Female Manager named Chris was extremely kind, helpful, and went out of her way to help me. I wanted an electric patio heater. Her store had none in stock. She called buena store and found one for me! Most other employees would just stop after realizing they were sold out. Not Chris! That’s customer service!

Has a lot of odds & ins.what u think they have they don't & vice versa.went 2 the Carl's corner location.been there a few times.the workers & customers have at times looked & acted "weird"as I seek s'thing they may have.i feel like they think it's there "personal"store,seems as though they have the same customers so u get that s'times.but their stock isn't as big as 1 would like.their high priced on many things.will only go if desperate not 2 go s'where else.harbor freight & Lowes will do.update-04-19-24-i hav been back since this review & it has improved very much.

I would not recommend this tractor supply to any one in or around bridgeton me and my fiancé were bringing our two puppies in to get their vaccines and we got dirty looks from the workers soon as we stepped foot in the store they watched our every move following us through the isles like we were thrives the whole time cant even be comftable shopping , the puppy had an accident on the floor ,he only peed a tiny spot so when I asked the worker for paper towels to clean it they started making rude comments and complained saying "well were not cleaning it up , and the other worker said well they shouldn't even came in here with those mutts if they were gonna piss on the floor" I never made the assumption that I wanted someone to clean up for my dog I'm fully capable of taking care of my own dogs , never going to this tractor supply ever again the one in woodstown is much better and the employees are much nicer and understanding that puppies have accidents sometimes.

Went in to look at smokers. They had one on the floor. We asked if they had any more of them in the box. Multiple associates were involved trying to determine of they had it. The item on the floor had no identifying information on it. I'm pretty sure (like 99% sure) it was the $200 smoker they advertise online. After waiting 20 - 30 minutes, an associate said "We think it is $300 and we might have some in boxes but they are in the tent right now." He made no offer to go get one, just that they were in storage. So, we left without a smoker. Not sure if this is best business practice.

Started coming here for wood pellets in the winter. Now it's a good spot to grab boots , hardware, items to fix my chainsaws or other lawn equipment and pet supplies

My only complaint is they need steel , safety or composite toe for women. They never have any at all. Neither does the other boot place. It's stupid cuz walmart boots fall apart to fast and keep my feet soaked

Whenever, I'm doing a home improvement project and just need a small item, ie screw, plumbing pipe, wheel for small trailer, or a warm jacket, boots, dog food even a heater. It's closer then the big store.

Bridgeton store. Online it said they had two of the product that I wanted. I called to make sure that they really had it and it took 20 minutes to get an answer and by that time we were in the store and found out. Oh no they don't have it.Vineland store. Online they had two of the product I wanted. I called to make sure that that store really had the product. It took one minute for the guy to answer and give me the answer that yes they do have it. The Vineland store is excellent.

As far as staff members go, from my experiences most are very nice and will help you if you need help with anything , and some just didn't want to seem to help me and I believe it's because of my race. Because I've seen how some of those staff members act when they're helping white males and females(friendly , kind etc) as soon as they're done helping them I ask for help and it's a whole different attitude from them. What I recommend for children/teenagers with parents who don't speak English perfectly or at all is to go with them! Because there are some workers here who will mistreat them. As far as prices , it's fairly well priced for the quality of things but sometimes you can get better sales elsewhere on some of the items.

Been there 3 times looking for parts or items that have not been on shelves. Must be out of stock or I would think they would restock those shelves. Also I would think they would be getting shipments in on items that are good sellers. Been disappointed by this many times for different items. I really like the store, but it seems like management should be up on this.
