we had a great experience at the dealership. as we started to walk the lot, we crossed paths with Lamar. He asked what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction then gave us time to check out the lot before coming back out to see if we found anything. We found a truck we loved, though it was more than we were looking to spend Lamar and the finance team fought hard to get us the best rate. my wife and I are extremely happy with our new truck!!

They were very friendly first thing in the morning. I was waiting for my car to be completed and was told that it could take two hours or more. So I came prepared to spend the morning at the dealership. They were done in an hour! I questioned if all the tasks were completed....and sure enough they were! I was back on the road in no time!

This has been by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had! Found a truck on your website that I liked. Called and spoke to Gary Fisher, a fantastic salesman, and drove from 3 hours away to come down and take a look. Gary had the truck ready for test drive, and after a quick drive we started the buying process. Chris did a great job getting me to where I wanted to be financially. Start to finish I was done in two and a half hours and driving back home in my new truck. You guys were awesome! Recommending you to all my North Jersey customers. It was so worth the ride!

I finally found a car dealership that I felt comfortable with and didn't feel pressured. Gary (our salesman) and Zac ( our finance man ) were thoroughly professional, yet so friendly and warm. They explained everything and answered all our questions. I was amazed at the extent of inventory on the lot. I had visited four other dealerships and none had what this one offered. i'm one of those people who always go to 4 or 5 dealers so i can get the best deal possible. even though i was going to go to one more dealer after getting a price from scott i knew it would have been a wasted trip.i would recommend anyone who is shopping for a new car or truck in the brands that they sell to give scott or one of the other sales people a chance to earn your business. picked my truck up last friday and couldn't be more happy with it................... mike skalaski

Editing review.I had them install body color fender flares and I thought they looked great. There is damage on one of them I didn't notice right away. They refuse to do anything about it. If you go here make sure you look at EVERY detail on your vehicle...

Took my car In for a repair that should have been covered under warranty. Warranty company told me that Bam took to long to do the repair and didn't meet the national standard for labor. Paid $1300 drove down the street and broke down 10 mins after pickup and a week in the shop. Was told battery needed to be replaced and a tech didn't hook something up correctly. Another 3 days in the shop I picked it up and broke down a second time 20 mins after leaving. Was told the secondary battery was bad now and told I had to pay another 300. After a week in the shop I went to pick it up again after I was told it was good and the mechanic said he couldn't get it started again and that I had after market wiring causing a battery drain. Which I never had until work was done by them. And I have no aftermarket equipment on my vehicle. Another week goes buy and they said that it was a fuse that was blown causing the battery to die. Finally got it back and running but I'm nervous to keep the car now because of electrical issues. So they had my car for over a month and it cost me $1500 when it shouldn't have costed me anything with my warranty and the management said the best they could do for the inconvenience was $50 off. I will never do business with Bam again and neither will my family or friends..

The Service Staff is wonderful. Very attentive. My issue came when I went to pay the bill. There was a sign stating a 3% surcharge for credit card payments. I was paying by Debit, was told by office staff that the surcharge is for all plastic payments. As everyone knows, Debit is a cash auto payment.I told the office staff that their sign is incorrect. I have over 40 years in Retail, signage like that needs to be specific.

I dropped my vehicle off at this dealership (for an OIL CHANGE) approximately 4 pm the day before my scheduled appointment. at 7:45 am the next day. My appointment was made approximately 2 weeks prior. I expected to get my vehicle no later than 10 as usual.After repeated calls to the service department (that kept going to voice mail and no call back to inform me that my vehicle was ready), I went to the service department.I was informed that my vehicle was "currently being worked on" and that when a vehicle is dropped off over night, it means the service department has "all day" to finish the work.I did not get a call to pick up my vehicle until approximately 2 PM.The dealer ship is on my way home from work. so it is convenient for me to drop off my vehicle after work. I made an early appointment so I could get my vehicle back early enough to complete chores on my day off.I feel I got terrible customer service and no sincere apology. I am considering taking my car elsewhere for service next time.

Hello, I like the 2012 Corvette thus far however, I feel that I was mislead about the purchase regarding some service needed. I stated that the brakes needed some attention, I was told service would look at them. I stated again the brakes shouldn't be sqeaking and again I was told they would be taken care of. I took the train in town to make purchase, so I was in a tricky situation, not being able to take it somewhere to look at it before I signed the papers. I trusted management to keep their word. They didn't. Now I have to replace the brakes on $40k purchase. I thought Bridgeton was better than this. I will be letting anyone who will listen know this story.

I live over 4 hours from the dealership and never saw the vehicle in person. I was weary of purchasing without going to see the vehicle, but Hermann went above and beyond, sending me pictures, videos and answering every question I had. Fantastic experience!My husband and I found the vehicle we wanted while searching online.I spoke a couple of times with Gary Fisher and made arrangements to see the vehicle in person.He greeted us as soon as we pulled up for our appointment, answered all our questions, never pressuring us about anything.After we decided to purchase the vehicle, Gary and Bill helped get everything wrapped up quickly for us so we could get back on the road asap (4 hour round trip).Finding exactly what we wanted was worth the trip. Being taking care of in such a friendly, professional manner was a big bonus!
