We've had a great experience here! They're basically magicians, because my dirty dog comes out looking *and smelling* so fresh and clean! She can be pretty timid, but the staff at Snips N Tails work so well with her! 10/10

I can't say enough about Snips N Tails! Cheryl is so kind and welcoming and Kim is really great with my dog! I never have any concerns leaving her with them because you can tell they truly care and love their jobs. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful to have found this place!! Cheryl and Marsha are such caring business owners and Summer is so wonderful with our dog and does a great job on our mini Aussie. Not only does he always look very handsome but we never have to worry about him when we leave him for his spa day, as we know he's in loving hands!! What's more telling than a happy pup that greets his groomer with a wild wiggling tail and butt!! Thank you ladies!!! Buddys mom ❤️🐶

My dog loves going here for her spa day. She is a husky mix and sheds alot. They do a wonderful job of bathing and brushing her, she always looks and smells awesome.

Everyone I have had the pleasure to meet at Snips N Tails is simply wonderful. Cheryl is so kind, warm and welcoming as is the rest of her staff. They truly care for animals while remaining efficient. Dom takes care of my pups and we are super grateful for her patience, care and guidance for when to come back! Shout to Kim as well! Being new to the area, I am happy we found Snips N Tails to take the best care of our fur babies and their grooming needs.

I called them on Friday morning, and they were able to help me that very day. They were able to trim my aged, anxious, traumatized rescue dog quickly and with minimal stress. They showed me a simple way to walk my large girl without her pulling me, and causing her no pain. Over the top service!!!

We use Snips N Tails for doggy daycare while we are at work. We are always very nervous about leaving our pup with anybody, but with Snips N Tails, there is no worrying. They are so friendly and take great care of all the dogs. They are very reliable, keep a close watch on the dogs during the day, and keep you in the loop with any concerns that come up. Occasionally, they even post photos and videos to their FB of the dogs playing, which are always a blast to watch. Not to mention, they also offer grooming services, and I would definitely trust them to do a fantastic job. We have been using them for over a year now, and I highly recommend them!

My dog Tucker has always been difficult with getting his nails trimmed. When I brought him here they were very careful about making sure they built trust with him...and let me tell you they were able to cut his nails with ease. Totally amazing!! I'm so relieved to have found this place!

So... we absolutely love Marsha and Cheryl. When we moved to Sussex County from Hudson County, we were very stressed about who we’d trust our kitties with. After one of our cats had a very serious health issue and developed a fear of the vet and generally traveling, we didn’t feel comfortable doing their nails on our own. After calling a few places, I happened upon Snips ‘n’ Tails and called them. They explained that they really mainly do doggie trims. They spent a long time on the phone with me and I explained our situation. They understood and welcomed us. We have now been going for more than a year and we LOVE THEM. Seriously. We love them. We are very particular about our kitties (yup, we are those people) and we really trust them! Plus they are just delightful humans. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking my puppy there for her nails to be trimmed. The ladies and gentlemen that work there are so nice and love my dog as much as we do. We’ve only Had her nails cut but plan on taking her for grooming. Their prices are Also very reasonable.I left a message for them and they called back within 15 minutes. Very responsive and professional.Will always bring my dog there.

My dog has been going to snips N tails for almost 10 years! The staff is incredibly friendly and loving. They treat Charlee like he is their dog. I never have a complaint. Charlee looks even more cute every time I pick him up. Highly, highly recommend these wonderful people!

My dog Ashe is 14 yrs old. Snips N Tails is the best groomer he's EVER HAD. They are 45-minutes from my house - but well worth the ride. Look at his face...this was right after a recent cut!Go to them: OVERLY friendly, reasonably price and reliable. End of story.

I made an appointment for our 11 year old White Shepherd, Angel to be groomed and bathed at PetSmart in Newton after speaking with them at length about his age and anxiety. We arrived for our appointment and he laid flat to the floor and wouldn’t move. They had me leave so that they could bring him in the back and within one minute of me getting back to my car they called me to come and get him and said there was nothing they could do because he was too nervous.I was very upset that Angel wasn’t going to receive a bath and I pulled over and called Snips N Tails in Branchville. The second Cheryl answered the phone I could hear the warmth in her voice I explained the situation. Cheryl told me to bring Angel right in, we were only two minutes away. My day went from being filled with disappointment and frustration to meeting such a wonderful group of people and having such an incredibly positive experience. Snips N tails took Angel right in - their experience and love of animals made him feel immediately comfortable and they made him look so clean and beautiful. I could tell Angel didn’t have the dignity he once had, I knew that a good grooming and bath would make him feel good and confident again and Cheryl and her team at snips N tails did such a fantastic job I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. They even have a self wash area for people that would like to bring their dogs in and wash them themselves. Give them your business you will not be disappointed they are so loving and amazing!!!We could not be happier and we can not wait to bring Luna there!!

My dog was in desperate need of attention. I had been keeping him brushed and washed but he needed to be shaped. He hates being groomed but he left here happy. He will go back in 6 weeks. We love how he was cut and treated.

Does terrific work! I work at Father John's Animal House and they ALWAYS volunteer to do our animals for FREE. Every dog we have sent there came back looking fantastic! Great work and big hearts.
