Coats Jewelers has been in the business for over 100 years. You don't stay in business for that long if you aren't doing something right. It is a true small town gem, pardon the pun. They have a nice selection of custom jewelry and make repairs on your existing jewelry. They always provide service with a smile. They also change watch batteries. Highly recommended. It's a small family owned shop in a small town. Stop in and visit if you are passing through. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

I recently dropped off my jewelry to be repaired. The service was beyond what I expected! With in 48 hours I got a call my jewelry was ready for pick up. I can’t thank Mary Ann and Michael enough. My rings look brand new! This was the best retail experience I’ve had in many years.

Moved to Branchville this past year and decided to search for jeweler near me to get my engagement ring sized. Greeted me as soon as I got in. Very nice! Repaired my ring same day which was amazing! Would definitely recommend going here. Loved the whole experience.

I can't say enough good things about Coats Jewelers! I inherited a few pieces of old jewelry from my Mom, some of which were broken. Michael's repairs are so flawless, that the pieces look as if they had never been damaged at all! His work is true artistry. Marianne and Barbara are so gracious, helpful and extremely patient. Their prices are very reasonable, and the service is outstanding -- I cannot recommend them enough!

I had worn down all of the prongs on my engagement ring and needed it repaired. I had been in Coats Jewelers once prior and met the owners who were so nice and knowledgeable so I felt comfortable with leaving my diamond ring with them. When I mentioned I was going to take my ring there my sister she said she has shopped there for forever and highly recommended them. I dropped it off and they called the next day to say it was finished. Not only did they do the repair but also cleaned it and told us to bring g it in annually to have it checked. I cannot say enough about the service we received! So happy! Thank you!

First time here. I took watches in for battery exchange and 1 watch repair. Very attentive and knowledgeable about watch clleaning and repairs. Friendly! They do not do engraving on carried in items, only purchased items and no clock repairs. I will use them again.

Good, honest place to have repairs done. The cost of repairs are very very reasonable. It's a bit small if you want to browse, but they're very willing to let me look through a catalog. And they've ordered pieces in for me to look at before purchase. They aren't pushy like some places you find in the mall. This is a really great place. Michael is great, and the ladies are so friendly. I highly recommend this family friendly jeweler.

I was very up set to find when I brought my jewlery in for melt that ,when I asked about the stones owner gave me the impression stone were scraped. When I asked ag a in for the stones in my jewlery it was stated to me that I would have to buy them back.So I guess you should remove the stones from your jewlery before y!give them up ror the gold
