We took our four month old Golden Retriever for a bath this evening. Nellie, the store associate, could not have been nicer, more helpful or more professional. It's obvious Nellie cares about her customers and their pets. Bathing our puppy here was a great experience. Petvalu provides all the supplies necessary to bath and dry your pet. After this experience, I would never think of bathing my dog at home.

It was wonderful to be able to bathe my little yorkie mix without having to get on my knees by the bathtub. They provided shampoo, towels and hair dryer. It was super easy and quick all for $10.00 plus tax. We'll be back again for the next bathtime

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE FOR YOUR DOG. I stopped in to grab a small bag of food for my little Jack Russell terrier. When I was about to check out, I noticed a case filled with home made dog treats. I thought what a great idea, I'll bring my dog and the other six dogs that live with me some treats! Upon selecting my treats, I noticed something moving on one of them. I looked closer to see that the treats were covered in maggots! I told the employee's to throw the treats out and instead of getting rid of or cleaning the entire case, she removed just the type of treat that I noticed the maggots on. Very very very dangerous for your pet. Anyone in their right mind would have took the whole case and thrown it away. However that was not the case here. I would run the other direction or at least find a better pet store with some employees with more knowledge before trusting these people with my dogs health.

My dog Cisco loves going into the store for his bath. It’s so convenient and the staff is always willing to help...especially love the free bath card.....

It is a pet shop with well-equipped bathing facilities and a variety of products.
