I've been to this location twice, and both times the employees were super helpful. Yesterday I needed a riding helmet, I'm back to riding after seventeen years. The person who helped me showed me options, measured my head, and gave me choices from highest end to budget friendly. She then helped me with a discrepancy on a gift card I had, she took the time and effort to fix the issue. Much appreciated customer service.

Love this store. My child is starting out with dressage and the person who was helping us took time to explain things to me (who knows pretty much nothing about horses). We got new boots and outfits. Recently returned to scoop up the sun protection Ariat shirts. I'm a customer for life :)

Been here a few times. Staff is great and not a bad selection but alittle smaller selection when it comes to bankets and things for minis. Can order things from online of not located in store so that's a plus!

Just had a great experience at Dover Saddlery in Branchberg, NJ location We were immediately grated and assist with my daughters paddock boot and helmet fitting. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made great suggestions. Everything in this store was of the upmost quality and at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this Dover Saddlery location.

Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extensive variety of English rider apparel, equipment and horse tack. Only downsides are high prices and the lack of coordination with the company website. Purchases and exchanges are treated separately.

I absolutely love this store except for some of the employees. I was the only one in the store and not one person asked if I needed help. All the girls were standing at the register gossiping about another employee. It's none of my business but I can't help but say I was a little put off about it .
