It’s a shame these reviews really do not reflect on the hard work this pharmacy actually puts in on a day to day basis . And as we all are human , we all know that sometimes we ourselves are not as nice and respectful as we should be to others and expect it in return . Yes they have new faces that may still be learning but they have wonderful people that have been there for years whom have gone above and beyond for their customers care and needs . I’ve had several experiences with Della and she is awesome and very in tune and aware of what she is doing , so welcoming to still see her face at the pharmacy . The pharmacists are also great , despite being so busy , they find the time to still be as helpful and intense as they can anytime we need the extra mile . Keep doing what you do guys , it’s appreciated .

Gave us expired medication without an explanation. Phoned several times to get a human that could comprehend my question as to why they would give out expired antiviral medication for covid. I asked them to take back to unopened bottle so I could get a current dosage from a different pharmacy and they refused. Lied by saying it was explained to you which it was not. A nearby pharmacy has current unexpired medication with a 2026 date. So basically these people do not care about sickly people and give out expired medication hoping you don't notice before you leave. They're incompetent.

My last 6 years of experience with Walgreens been amazing. The staffs are trying their best to help the customers as best as they can. The pharmacy manager is really caring and very competent at her job. Thank you for all you guys do for us.

I have been a customer of this walgreens and pharmacy for over 5yrs. My experience with the pharmacy is always great when servicing my needs.This pharmacy is really one of the best I've ever experienced. You really cannot judge a book by the cover. Nice respectful staff. Very helpful.

To the manager, I won’t complain about your poor service and bad attitudes at the pharmacy. I’ll give you some advice because a 2.9 google review isn’t regarded as even “satisfactory”1) have mandatory name tags so your staff can be accountable for their behavior and performance2) greet your customers with a smile, a majority are sick with some element and just need kindness while they purchase their script (this goes a long way when service is delayed!!!!!)3) don’t make excuses for poor service or behavior of your staff4) TRAIN THEM with consistency and how to work efficiently5) You consistently have walk-in scripts, dedicate someone on the staff to do only those6) Drive up isn’t a “VIP/priority line” or is it? First come first serve! Your staff should be juggling who was in line first

My experience with the photo station was absolutely horrible. About two weeks ago, I gave them 7 disposable cameras to develop from my wedding night as an anniversary present to my husband. When I went to pick them up, everything was great until I looked at the photos - 60 of them were not even mine. They were of a family who I don’t know on vacation. I went back to Walgreens that night to let them know of the situation, with hope that there was some sort of remedy. Since they don’t develop the pictures on site, I was told that they would call the company that develops the pictures first thing in the morning and I should expect a call from Walgreens letting me know the outcome. The next day, no one had called me so I ended up going back to the store to see what was up. Of course, none of the workers had awareness of the situation and no one had called the photo developers. I ended up having to explain the situation to the manager, who was insistent that the photos I had received were in fact mine and were from the cameras I had provided. This is IMPOSSIBLE because the amount of images produced didn’t match up with the amount of images possible from the disposable cameras that I had provided. After a lot of unwarranted and unnecessary attitude from the manager, he ended up calling the developers and told me there was nothing they could do, still insisting that the photos I received were from the cameras I provided. All I wanted at this point was money back on my credit card, but the manager refused and told me that he can only give me store credit since I didn’t have the receipt - which I didn’t think I needed at the time, since I never would have thought this would happen (silly me). I ended up calling customer service to let them know what had happened, and they were able to issue me a refund directly, no questions asked. Not sure why the manager couldn’t do that and was so unapologetic - but the refund still doesn’t take away from the fact that half of my wedding photos are missing and are probably in the hands of another family that is missing their vacation photos. Unbelievably poor attitude from the staff at this location, pointing fingers at me when all I did was simply give them cameras to develop - a service I’ve always completed at Walgreens. Never ever ever again will I fulfill this at any Walgreens store.

The Pharmacists are very rude and condescending. My husband has been trying to refill a RX since yesterday and this store specifically will not allow refills until 29 days instead of 28 days like all the other pharmacies around us for what he needs. She told me she has “170 refills before his”. This is very negligent and dangerous to peoples’ health and well-being, this is why I switched to CVS years ago. There is no reason to make acquiring refills in a timely manner this difficult.

Rude is the first word comes to mind. Pharmacist Akshita here goes by personal comfort level than medical. She refused to give us vaccine because she was not personally comfortable giving us; absurd reason I ever heard. Long wait even after having appointment.

Traveling and finished at a near by urgent care. The pharmacy turned us away because they were taking lunch in 15 minutes. Told to come back at 2:30. At 2:30 was told to wait 15min. Still waiting for the steroid to help with the massive allergic reaction. NO sense of urgency or care. We are still waiting!!!

Unbelievable, I requested a refill a few days ago. I was told through my online order that my prescription would be ready at Greenbrook by Sunday at 2pm. I go there today and they say my prescription is at Bound Brook. I go to Bound Brook and I'm told my prescription is not ready. I haven't take this med in 2 days because I have none.

Usually the service is good but tonight i went here picking up a order i made earlier on in the night. when i went to pick it up i was told by the website to go to the photo counter, the lady there was super rude and ignored me for a good minute. then she asked what i was there for and how she could help me. i told her i have a online pick up and that the name it was under. she didn’t seem enthusiastic at all or even customer friendly (i work in retail so i know how employees should behave with paying customers). her name tag said maria, not sure if she was the MOD but it was very unprofessional. will not be visiting in the nights anymore.morning and midday staff is superb and i always love going in here around those times

I wanted to post a review about this location a while ago but oh well I forgot. I was on site one day when the Pharmacist was explaining the drug purchase to the elderly gentleman in front of me. At the end of the explanation the Pharmacist asked if the man had any questions. The man did not react, he said nothing. The Pharmacist then called him by his last name and asked "Mr. ??? are you okay? The man replied "NO!"I was in a rush to get to my own Dad, but I understood this was an emergency situation. I backed up and gave the staff room to assist. The staff sat the man down and got him water while continuing to talk to him. He was breathing different, he managed to say that he became lightheaded and felt a little dizzy. Another representative behind the counter continued to help the customers that were in line, I got my medicine and left the building. I appreciated the staff jumping into action to assist this man.

Awesome staff, friendly and knowledgeable cashier's photo department is on point. Store is clean, very organized. The staff is always eager to help even the Pharmacy staff they would come out an assist. If we as customers don't know what's going on behind the scenes we should think outside the box instead of getting angry or the blame game. Working in retail isn't easy and when we get in our feelings it only makes these employees feel like they don't matter. Of course they do matter for those who gave 1s one here re-evaluate the circumstance and you will see it could've been a better outcome. Give them 4 stars cause there is always room to elevate.

want to give a 0 if I can. As a 5th year pharmacy school student and who has worked in numerous pharmacies before, the experience as a patient at walgreens bound brook has been the worst. They can't find the order that was sent to them and would not want to call the provider explicitly stating that they don't have time. I called the provider right before calling the pharmacy and she told me that she has sent the prescription. I understand pharmacies can become busy, but telling a patient that they can't help because they don't have time to call the provider doesn't make any sense.

When to get pictures done, the Spanish lady at the photo shop was so rude . No costumer experience!!! I say I would be back to get them . No thank you !! Keep your pictures . CVS gives better services , and nice people working .

Horrible Service by "ELLA". I called early today to request information about my prescription because the automated system was not giving me details but hanging up the call.This lady was very rude and no polite at all having absolutely ZERO time to assist me further to find my medicine with a simple "I don't see anything in here".

It is a very good place to shop all your house hold needs, they even has milk , eggs and cheeses.Cashiers are always friendly. The only thing is that they are always disorganized, everything is all over.But I am getting what i need with no issues.

I have been using this pharmacy for over a year now and never had an issue. Today ,Arkshia,the walgreens pharmacy assistant has been very rude to me and spoke in a very humiliating way for no reason. She got upset that I asked her why I am not getting my refill ,while when I called I was told that my medication will be refilled. Arkshia was extremely unhelpful and all she did was compaining to me that it was my responsibility to keep a track of my refills. I am very much disappointed in the service. I keep track of all my refills and am a very responsible person. If you, guys ,mess up something, please do not blame the customers!!!!!

The pharmacy experience has gone well for me for years. You can use the website to keep track of your meds, request refills and check your history. A real person actually calls you if they anticipate an issue or to help you resolve am issue. The staff has been friendly and courteous. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pharmacy is a disaster. Customer service is horrible. Pharmacist had a bad attitude. Dropped off a prescription and was told 30 minutes. Came back an hour later and they forgot to fill order. Refused to do it because store was closing in 20 minutes. Took the prescription and went elsewhere.

The staff here is very good. Needed an emergency medication refill and the manager actually went out of his way to deliver it to my elderly mother's home in the next town. I'm very bad with names so I cannot recall the gentleman's name... but will never forget this kindness.

The worst experience I ever had. I have a paper prescription from my doctor, not controlled medication and the pharmacist name Jeenala refused to fill it up because it is a physical paper. I said she can call my doctor, she started yelling at me very loud on top of her voice. Very rude, apathetic, unprofessional, ill-mannered. She doesn’t deserve to be there. She can explain to me in a better way the reason instead of insulting me which she did. I am very disappointed.

Outstanding Customer Service! Jad and Jenn made my day! Very grateful! After hunting for flu vaccination at CVS and told off, I proceeded to call Walgreens and OMG the young lady on the phone was attentive and caring, told me I could walk in! I am grateful specially after the Pathetic experience with CVS earlier telling me I needed an appointment yet there was no one after she tended the customer prior to me.Place is friendly clean and customer centric!Again kudos to Jad and Jenn

This store as always is very convenient to buy but it is unpleasant to see that there are still people who don't want to help others.Today I saw a cashier (Katherine), who was very evident that she knew Spanish, didn't help a Hispanic lady who needed it.I had to mediate myself to be able to help this user. This lady thanked me at the end and also questioned the treatment of this employee. Could it be that Managment no longer care about the user's opinion? It would be good to re-read the policies of customer service charges.
