1/16/24: I haven’t been to this store in awhile but the first time I went I couldn’t contain myself. I was like a kid in a toy store. There are so many cool things from kitchen to storage to office supplies, etc. When I visit I pretty much explore every aisle. I’m never disappointed with my purchases and have never returned anything. My local store is in Paramus but I wish there were one closer to Suffern.

If you need a container of ANY size, an organizer for anything from kitchen items to wrapping papers and boxes for gifts, then this is the store for you! I went in search of organizers for travel and found an entire aisle of them. Was able to purchase three for under $40. Very happy! Wish I had more space for more containers...

One of the only places in the area to purchase Pura air freshener refills. Nice bright clean location. Friendly staff. Always helpful.

My boss shopped here, said it was lit. He's 47. Good job container store. I am also Canadian and heard there are containers specifically for Ice Skates. Gotta admit, sounds lit.

I genuinely wish I never introduced my wife to this store because now it's considered a "date" whenever we go. She absolutely loves everything this store has to offer, and I love the prices. We'll be back soon.

Very clean and big but it's an over priced store. I love all the options, and ideas, but the majority of the things they sell there, you can find on Amazon for much cheaper. They display ways of how you can organize but the last time I was there, everything seemed to be out of stock. Wouldn't be worth just purchasing 1 or 2 things when you can just do a big order on Amazon/Walmart/Target for less.

I have been shopping at The Container Store since they opened in Bridgewater; A good majority of my townhouse is products from them and I couldn't be happier. This Summer I met Lisa and Mark who helped design my masted bedroom closets; Not once did I feel rushed when sitting down with Mark to sketch everything out and when I left, I felt I had made a new friend. I wish for all businesses to take a page out of Mark's book on Customer Service.

I visited the store 7/3/20 @12:56 PM.The store was nice but their was no customer service to rave about. An associate had caught my eye as I was about to signal for her assistance, but she simply and hurriedly passed me by. I watched her as she walked away thinking that perhaps she was focused on assisting another valued customer. But, much to my dismay, she simply entered the cashier area, leaned against the counter and began twiddling her fingers, as she looked back towards my direction.The sales associate at the register did not present as though he valued me as a customer with the salutory greeting, welcome to the Container Store. No, instead he sort of motioned with his head " Next".Once he finished ringing my merchandise, with my receipt in hand, I was forced to wait until he finished speaking with an associate on a matter that had nothing to do with my purchase.To add insult to injury, he looked at my receipt and exclaimed "Oh".I do not know his name, but he was tall and wore what appeared to be prescription grasses.

The staff in the store is very friendly and there is nothing wrong with the store itself. I've been to a number of stores (in Virginia) and this one is like the rest.The only thing I dislike about the Container Store in general is the price. Almost everything sold here can be bought somewhere else MUCH cheaper.That said, this store is a good place to go if you need something now.

I decided to check this store out when it first opened since I knew it was similar to the bed bath store. I had a birthday coupon for 15% off and the lady told me I could come back and use it on anything in the store on sale or regular price. I came back LDW and tried to use it and the women told me she can’t honor it. She checked with the manager and he said no as well. It’s unfortunate that your workers would tell me one thing and it’s different when I come into the store another time. Needless to say, I’ll be returning my items and shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. They let you use a coupon when the item is on sale or clearance.

Haven't been inside a container store in quite awhile so it was fun entering here and seeing what was available. Had a small issue of being next in line when a registered opened(person being checked out had a lot of items) and as I was walking over the guy behind me just sorta cut me off and started his transaction, the cashier said nothing and just went with it.

Never came in to shop, only ever pick orders up that I order online to the store. Customer service is great, but there have been multiple instances where they either can’t find my order, don’t have it ready when I set a pickup time, and/or make it out I never ordered anything even with my confirmation.

Clean, organized and have everything you need for storage, kitchen, office and some gadgets. A little pricey but the quality is good.Cashier were not too friendly this time, been there 3 times.

Clean, new store with just about any container you might need, big or small.Hard to go in here and not buy something. Service is excellent and prices are good. Conveniently located just off Rte 22. next to Whole Foods.

Great selection and well designed interior. Expensive but has items you can’t get at Bed Bath or Target. Great for specialty items.

I went here thinking they would have every container you can think of. Not so! All I wanted was a container to store deviled eggs. They don’t have any but I found what I wanted in Walmart! I won’t be going back.
