Final nail in the coffin of why I’m not coming back here anymore. When they don’t have what you ordered through mobile they always make you stand there like a fool for 10 minutes before letting you know they don’t have it. Today that happened and I was late for work because of it, despite ordering 10 minutes ahead of time on mobile. One time I asked for a peppermint mocha iced latte and the guy asked me to repeat my order 5 minutes after waiting in the pick up.. he walked away before the full order and gave me a caramel latte. I told him it looked wrong and he insisted it’s peppermint mocha. I took a sip and before the words even left my mouth he said he’d put the syrup in. He didn’t bother to remake it, just straight up poured peppermint mocha in with the caramel. Always a problem with this Dunkin, they need to get it together. I’m not coming back for a long time

Despicable service. I needed assistance with app. Guy says what app..well the Dunkin donuts app..he walked away. He could not punch in numbers to another gft card I had..one physical was electronic. He did not want to help. And I would have thought they would offer some assistance..both gift cards were enough to pay order instead I had to pay half cash..because he would not punch in numbers to my other gift card. The App seems like a hassle. He has no customer service skills..he is pictured here. And they did not even have donuts or much of anything. Worse trip.to DD. I usually don't go to any DD..thought I would try..but this is simple.laziness..lack of motivation.. if You don't like ur job..find another. Most times.not.evrn wearing mask. Not good during COVID 19.

Did an order to go at 5am and pick up my drink. Get to work pop my straw in and take a few sips seen something in my cup pour half of my drink out into a bowl and what do I find a SPOON!! In my drink 🤬🤬😡😡😡🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 never again in my life. After work I bring the drink back and told the lady I spoke to literally laughed in my face. The other guy that was working was the sweetest and took care of the situation he was apologizing and even told the lady it’s not funny and he remade my drink. He Was yelling at her because she worked at 5am and asked if it was her or the other lady in the morning she said I don’t know i don’t remember. This place is the worst I’ve gotten hair in my food and now a spoon.I’m done I’ll stick to Starbucks at his point.

Staff are friendly and do their job well. Food and drinks have always been good an a haven't experienced any issues with orders. The store is clean and fairly new looking. There is plenty of seating but parking can be improved. There is limited parking and the one way entrance and exit can be improved. The store itself is situated on a corner of a busy intersection, so it can be difficult entering and leaving during rush hour.

DESERVE NO STAR!!! Horrible manager!Stopped by shortly after 12 PM to get donut treats for my kids, no one at counter calling out for almost three minutes, another customer came in and said manager was outside sweeping, as I was about to leave lady came to counter gave her my order, as I left thru wide opened front door, the manager and his broom blocked me stating that NO I can’t get out that way as I was passing through, he then Placed the broom in front of my feet and I told him to stop u was going to exit that way and how insensitive and rude he was, I skipped the broom and he continue to shout that’s not an exit, I told him I came from the street that way in and my car was in the front and door is wide opened. He continues to lecture me I didn’t appreciate his attitude and told him the place has gone down and it’s a shame because I will no longer shop there.Horrible experience!

I see a trend in the contents at this place. Stopped there today with 2 people were ahead of me... the first guys order must have taken 10 minutes, I thought he got sandwiches for his office but then she hands him one little bag.Next person started ordering, apparently there is only one lady working here... coffee 1- enter into register... coffee 2 - enter into register... coffee 3... this is going on 3-4 more minutes.... just the ordering, not the preparation.When the person ordered a sandwich I lost it and we left!

ordered online, and both myself and my coworker are disappointed. She got an iced coffee and I got a hot coffee, both were extremely watered down. I ordered oatmilk and a flavor shot, the coffee does not look like there is any milk in it. It looks like dirty water. Next time I will go the extra few minutes to the one in Bridgewater. HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY!

Most of these stores are the same but the level of service and friendliness kind of goes out the window as most are independently owned. So you have people who have little service experience. However, after meeting the disgruntled cashier I waited for my order on the pickup side. Out came a very friendly individual who was happy to hand me my order. Made the trip inside worth it because I originally had no intention of stopping in since they didn't have a drive-thru.

Absolutely disgusted for what I had to witness, Monday January 17th at 12:15 pm after ordering a meal I proceeded to wait while I saw the lady preparing the sandwiches without mask talking on her self phone, obviously runny nose because she used her gloves to wipe her nose without changing it and she continued to prepare sandwiches, I asked her to please change her gloves and wear a mask and her answer was that she is not going to prepare my order, I requested to talk to a manager and they didn’t have any, I asked another employee to prepare my meal. Please be aware!!!

Ordered in advance through the app, a sandwich, hash browns, a donut and a coffee. When I walked in, they had only the coffee ready and seemed confused when I said I had ordered other items. After looking at the computer, they realized the mistake and quickly got the rest ready. Sandwich, hash browns and coffee were good, donut was mediocre.

Got a frozen caramel coffee from them 2/18 around 3pm and it tasted like sour milk gone bad. I came back and told one of the girls that it tasted spoiled and asked if I can get something else, she told me hold on the proceeded to ignore me while I was standing there for 3 minutes and comes back with a a frozen iced coffee I assumed was for someone else but when I said If I can get something else please , she got an attitude with me and said I already made you another frozen iced coffee(which I gave it a chance but it again also tasted like sour milk), completely gave up and left really upset at the customer service there.

I ordered a curbside order and parked in the section for curbside parking, but I did not get my order until 30 minutes later when I walked into the store to check out the progress. I saw my drink melted but I didn't wanna bother them to make another one. Long story short don't get curbside here. Still tipped though because I only saw one person working alone for most of the time that I was in my car waiting.

The store was stuffy and uncomfortably warm and the muffins and pastries definitely had not been made today, they were dried out and a big disappointment. If I wasn't on the run, I would have gone back in and complained but this is my lunch hour so I did the next best thing which was warn the rest of you.

I used to say I ran on dunkin. I would stop at dunkin at least 1x a day. But now that they changed their rewards program and really screwed the loyal customers like me. I don't stop every morning now. I'm stopping at wawa or quick check or I'm making at home or work. The dunkin I would frequent the most are great people and great service. I can't take anything from them it is just the CORPORATE greed!

I used to work at another Dunkin’ location in Middlesex, and we have never treated customers the way we were treated here. I ordered online and one of my drinks didn’t display on the POS so the man working here decided to not make it. I had paid for my drink, but he refused to make it even when I showed proof of purchase. The bagel minis were cold and clearly old. The hash browns were alright. Never coming here again.

Understaffed and overwhelmed on s Saturday morning means poor management. Workers seemed preoccupied with mobile orders that no one showed up for while I waited 15 mins for a large coffee standing at the pickup counter. I'll go to a different DnD next time. Never again here.

Very very very slow service. Very disorganized, waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Don't understand it. I left a coffee wasn't even made how I asked. I threw it away. We'll never go back. Very disappointed. For a national chain that should have their act together. This is one Dunkin' donuts that they should look in at.

There was no drive thru which was a bit inconvenient however the service was friendly and they actually made my iced coffee correct by mixing with a spoon so I don't get a gulp of caramel from rst sip. Store was clean and staff were prompt and friendly.

Never has anything in stock no whipped cream, no munchkins, NO DONUTS !?!? NO DONUTS! Oh food flies were flying around the only 3 muffins on the shelf... The food is stale.. Used to be a great place to eat and hang out. This company has gone downhill so fast.. Will never ever return here.

Lazy workers. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered curbside because we are all EXTREMELY HIGH RISK. We pulled in the designated curbside spot and sat there for 30 minutes. We then had to go inside because it was getting ridiculous and the guy working said to us that he didn't see us there. Theres no way they couldn't have seen us. We were sitting in the only designated curbside parking spot. He was just being lazy and because of that put our lives at risk. If you don’t want to work then go find a job somewhere else

My first time going to this location and I am very very disappointed and upset. I have a severe caffeine sensitivity and intolerance, but like to taste of coffee so I always get decaf. I ordered a large decaf french vanilla with almond milk. She used the pot of coffee that was right next to the counter which surprised me because decaf isn't popular. So I asked her again, "and you're sure that's decaf?" and she said yes, so I assumed I was safe. Absolutely not. I've been so sick since drinking that coffee, chest pains, panic attacks, vomiting, nausea, dizziness. What if I had had a heart condition and I was given caffeinated coffee? Very upset, will never ever be coming back here.
