I called this company looking to get prices on Hay Bales for an upcoming event. It is a large event and would have brought them good business. This is how the conversation went.Her: "Reynolds"Me: "Hi How are you?"Her: "I'm busy, what do you want?"Me (a little shocked): "I'm Sorry?"Her (while chewing): "I'm busy, what do you want?"Me: "Well I was going to be a customer, but never mind. Have a good day."I never fill out reviews, but hanging up the phone I was shocked. Teach your people better customer service.
