Nice selection of items. However, NJ Goodwill's have lost my business due to the new no change room policy. I will not buy clothes that I can't try on first, no matter how inexpensive. This is in all NJ stores I've been to in Mercer and Burlington counties.

This is by far the worst Goodwill I've came across went and got in the line to pay for my stuff and the cashier (Anika B) told me before she ring me up I have to take the hangers off of my clothes and hang the hangers up on the pole where the rest of them was at and walk away. The last I check that the cashier job. I will never go there again

This is the most ghetto Goodwill I’ve ever been to. Workers can’t speak proper English and the black ones are worst. They want you to take off the hangers so they can walk around and socialize. I will never come here again.

After reading through all of the comments on this page I felt very compelled to add one of my own. I find it very interesting that people have complained about the store being disorganized, dirty, and chaotic. WHO DO YOU THINK MAKES IT THAT WAY? I have been in this store and watched customers literally ripping clothing off hangers and throwing them everywhere. Many of the customers who shop in this store are ignorant, disrespectful, and downright rude. The majority of them don’t even speak English which only proves they’re used to living this way and brought their nasty habits with them. They allow their kids to run around and tear up the store as they pay no attention. The employees are always very nice and try to keep the store together, but no matter how hard they try it’s useless. I was in there on a Sunday ($1 day) and couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The customers were picking up items like clothing, shoes, etc and just throwing them everywhere while their kids were doing the same thing. If this store is chaotic the people who are complaining can only blame themselves. They are the ones who bring their nasty habits with them and destroy the place. Their behavior is disgusting and they shouldn’t even be allowed to shop there.

Don't park in the back parking spots by the donation doors even if there aren't any no parking signs because the man in the back will complain about you. He tried to tell me they weren't parking spots when they were clearly marked lines. The sign on the building only said no dumping not no parking. I told him I wouldn't have parked there if the spot had been marked donation parking only. He was not a nice person at all, and I told him I'd never go back to that Goodwill ever again. They don't have to much parking there, and they will complain about where you park even if it's not clearly marked! Shop at your own risk!! Yes, I'd accidentally posted it for Lumberton Goodwill, but it happened at Bordentown Goodwill!!!!!!

Prices were good however, staff was not friendly. There was also too many items/racks by the fitting room to stand comfortably out of the way. To the point where you couldn't even find a spot to stand or were allowed to sit without being very in the way. Carts were left everywhere inside the store. Just overall very unorganized.

Left a container marked FRAGILE, full set of dishes that were old family set with glass ware. Person who took them from me after I explained what they were dropped them on the floor (intentionally)and I heard almost everything break. Wow, not friendly at all. Can never get anyone to help with a receipt. Disappointing experience since I have been donating for over 20 years. I believe in Goodwill’s mission but will think long and hard before donating to them again.

Easy to make donations and get a receipt. Staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes store is a little cluttered and haphazard. Usually Lots of good deals.

The place absolutely stinks from the moment you walk in. Moderately well organised, but what truly ruins the experience is the self-important fascist of a manager and his petty rules that he decides on the spot.

This Goodwill has TONS of things. Unfortunately the store itself is not run very well. Presentation is key, and it's severely lacking in this store. It all looks like junk unfortunately (which it's not... Some of it is not at least), and it has an odor. It's a bit of turn off to even look.

Well in here they need mere carefully, respectful and peaceful people. I buy here for first time and I get a bad impression instead of a good one. I get a bad costumer service with one of the cashiers. I buy a $15 coffee machine and she was rude when she takes the machine. She throw away to harder the machine on the table and that makes a strong loud noise, believe me. With that action she was able to broken something inside the coffee machine and that’s was rude and unconscious. I don’t care about the money but at the end is money that you wanted in something that maybe don’t work no more with that kind of actions.

Took my 8-year-old grandson in there because he likes to learn about new things and always has questions about things he picks up. A young woman walked up to him and then as nasty of a that she could muster told him he better not break anything. That was on a Saturday I could not help but notice that they were pulling all the colors that were going on sale for the next day what's up with that?? Then last but not least they put donut holes on the racks to tell you the size but forget it ladies just go through everything because nothing is well organized Saw it with my own eyes. I suffer through it though because it's probably the best stock goodwill around here they are also adding on to the building so they can start carrying more furniture Good to know maybe things will get better

Since goodwill corporate has decided to try its hand at being a competitor to eBay the individual stores have become real garbage depots. They have lost sight of their mission. Slim pickings for sure. It’s a shame as there used to be some great finds but not much now. The stores have increasingly become more disorganized and dirty. I will be bringing all of my donations to Salvation Army whose mission is clear. Please do the shame.

I donated some clothing and as I was leaving somebody told me "you're not allowed back here." Tf? I dropped some stuff off and was obviously heading to the exit. Completely unnecessary, not even a "thank you" for donating a ton of stuff. Very rude!

I went here on a Sunday which should be $1 day. I found great pants but that was it. They had shoes marked for $17 and $20! I was blown! The Trenton location is so much better and nicer staff.

Not very clean, very cluttered, and hardly any walking space. Sometimes I enjoy "clutter" because you can occasionally find great bargains while rummaging. Not the case here. Clothes wrinkled with spots. There is a very, very small selection of household items piled on the racks. No furniture. Plenty of shoes though --- but really, really used items. There are too many Goodwill stores to choose from to waste your time at this location.

I like Goodwill and frequently shop at them but this one has the most unfriendly workers. The two times I've been here I was scolded at about their rules. Never greeted or received even a smile. These workers are unpleasant and make my shopping experience uncomfortable. I will not visit this location again. For them to be so hard up on the rules it doesn't show with a very tidy or organized store, the other ones around are much better.

Girls that work in the backroom are awesome, the rest of the employees are horrible and rude.They spent a lot of money remodeling but not on air conditioning.Might as well put the heat on.Quality of merchandise is going down but prices are up. Employees take breaks every 15 minutes. Please dont respond, to this review

This was my first and last time visiting this store. The people who shop here are rude and will lean right over you while you are shopping. No one knows the words “Excuse Me” anymore, but I should have realized this when I was outside waiting for another car to finish pulling out of their parking so that I could have it. A rude, fat, sloppy, elephant pulled her dirty, black, jeep into the parking spot after she saw me waiting there for it, but I let it go and found a much better one. Also, I was in the dressing room and some lazy, rude, person put a statue and mittens in my cart, because they were too LAZY to put it back on the shelf where they got it from. Therefore, I brought the statue up to the front desk and she took care of it. It is unfortunate, because the staff was very well mannered and nice. After these experiences I walked out without purchasing anything. I do not recommend shopping here. It was an absolute waste of time and their variety of clothing was very displeasing.- Very Upset Customer in NJ

I was shopping there and I needed to go to the bathroom (I really needed it) and they wouldn't let me in no matter how much I begged them that it was really urgent they didn't let me use the bathroom I had to leave everything I already had in the cart to buy and go out running to find a place where they would let me use the bathroom, if you don't go in your own car you will have to relieve yourself on top because to find a bathroom in another place it would be from there you must go by car because they are not that close on foot. this is inhumane

When i go to this shop, they don't give us to use the toilet. i have a five year old daughter and i can use the toilet by begging. i can't believe and i hate the manager behavior. it doesn't suit that goodwill shop at all. it's against the rules, maybe it's against the law. come to yourselves!!!!

This place is chaos incarnate! If you don’t already have ADHD or OCD, this store will drive you to at least one. It’s disorganization is that of a hoarder. Prices are ok, but don’t expect to find what you are looking for in the logical places. Size signs appear to be for show and not completely functional. Don’t park in the parking lot lest you want to be sucked into another dimension, park at Jarons. Better yet, another Goodwill.

I found two great puzzles for my kindergarten​ class. One is the rain forest and the other one is the planets. I also purchased an outfit for my Elf on the Shelf. All items cost a total of 3.41, all items were 1/2 price. I love picking up things for my classroom.

Can be rather sloppy with items mopstacked on top of each other and hard to see because of the weight of those top items. The workers are usually very nice even on a nice and busy day.
