Pharmacy workers are extremely Rude. They think they control your health, life, & money and they are nasty about it. Especially the new girl in the white pharmacy jacket who thinks she's a doctor when she's just another check-out girl. Go to another CVS or use the drive though to minimize contact which is where the Idiocracy lies.

The store itself is usually well stocked and has a friendly customer service staff. The pharmacy however is totally incompetent and repeatedly makes mistakes and fails to fill scrips in a timely manner. In addition, they are disrespectful and condescending to their customers. Apparently they feel that counting pills is a skill that entitles them to have a bad attitude. On a recent visit (12/31/23) the female pharmacist even refused to get on the phone with the doctor to sort (after I got them on the phone) out an issue with heart medication. She seemed more interested in the chat she was having with the tech about her New Years Eve plans. When I finally decided to walk out she threatened to call the police if I didn’t return my retail items that I was no longer going to purchase to the shelves. At least that gave me a good laugh. Do yourself a favor and avoid CVS at all costs. Patronize a local pharmacy where people care instead.

The pharmacy is terrible. They denied service when I attempted to use a military ID (CAC) and told me that was their policy and I could contact corporate if I had an issue with it. She couldn’t have been more condescending and rude. I did contact corporate and they stated a CAC is a perfectly valid form of identification.

Pharmacy staff is horrible. No integrity whatsoever and also rude. Took no accountability in making an error with one of my prescriptions.

The only thing that I don't like about the store, is the set-up. Maybe it's just "me" but every time I go in there, it takes forever to find what I'm looking for.

I am so happy a CVS is right in Bordentown now! I have been in here quite a few times and I must say I am very impressed with this location. I'm always greeted when I come in and am asked if I need help finding anything. The employees are very attentive and courteous and it is so appreciated!
