Overall, I was please and will rate them 4 out of 5. The service was awesome. The food was served hot and fresh. My overall favorite of everything that was ordered were the dry rub wings. I would definitely recommend the place. We loved it! When in New Jersey again it will be a must go stop.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu options

Much better experience this time, had a first date 16 yrs ago with my still girlfriend here. Hadn't been back because of a not so great experience but they cleaned things up a bit and we will come backFood was served quickly and hot, fried shrimp were large and juicy with a nice planko crust. Chicken sandwiches were large and had 2 Chicken breasts in them so that was a pleasant surprise. Beers were cold and our server was nice and explained the menu changes. Tables and picture frames were clean and not Sticky. Good experience.

Kind of sad the this is the closest one to me. Living in north jersey, we could use a place like this. Food is good and service is good too. Had a chicken sandwich that was awesome. Bread wasn’t too thick. Fries are separate but always a must. Will be back to try the rest of the menu.

Amazing sports bar! I happened to be staying at the nearby Holiday Inn Express and while looking for food, found that Chickie’s & Pete’s is within comfortable walking distance.I was in town for a week and ended up going back each night from Monday to Thursday.Awesome atmosphere, very relaxed with plenty of TVs to watch whatever games were on.The food is great; wings, nachos, burgers, and different types of fries were all delicious.The bartenders were all very pleasant and attentive, the drinks were well made and they have Leinenkugel's® Summer Shandy® on tap!!!The bar area has plenty of seating and there is also a lot of regular table/booth seating available.

Stopped in here quickly for a beer and a cheesteak. Tons of draft beer options. The cheese steak was good. Soft rolls. I like my cheese steaks whiz with and so their cheese sauce lived up to that expectation. Good place.

Liked the atmosphere. Server / bartender was excellent. Clam chowder was very good, warm lobster roll was pretty good but in my opinion not worth $32 - but I'm from Maine, living in the midwest, traveling through, needed a lobster fix and was prepared for that. I'd go back to try other menu items.

We visited recently during a business trip to the area. The design of the bar area is beautiful!!!! The ultimate crab fries and sweet potato fries were amazing. The waitstaff could be a little more efficient and knowledge about menu items. Otherwise, great experience overall.

It was my first time there And I’m coming back ANY chance I get to. The service was top notch. Abby was my waiter and she was awesome. Fast service. Food was sooooooo good and I’m very particular with my orders because I’m vegetarian and literally everything came the way I asked for it! My friend ordered the crabs and lobster and stuff and even THAT looked appetizing. Good meat portions. Portions are unbelievable in a good way. I could go on for days! I love good customer service. They outdone themselves. I loved it

Sorry to say I have to keep what was one of my favorite places to eat at a 1 star rating. This is the second time in a row that I have come here and was severely disappointed with the food.. Not sure what happened between now a few months ago when I gave a 5 star rating. Just to be fair my daughter had the crab nachos which were great she said.. she also had the banging shrimp burger which she also said was very good.. I order the shellfish soup which of course the bowl was hot and the soup was cold so I had to send that back.. The mussels in the garlic sauce were smaller than my pinky nail which i felt along with my daughter should not be served or should have had a price change. I ordered the crab feast which I will never do again.. For the price tag of $110 dollars it was subpar the crabs once you cracked them the meat was mushy and the texture was a complete turn off. The dungess crab was yes very large but barely edible. The lack in seasoning and you could clearly taste that everything had been frozen for a while. The one star is for my daughters food. My only recommendation is come here for the basic sports bar food. Do not splurge sooo no worth the money. All in all the bill came to $244 dollars for 3 people with drinks for each of us. Overall not worth the money spent and is no longer one of my go to places for dinner. I do generally enjoy the restaurant and atmosphere but that's no longer enough to get me to come back or tell people they would enjoy this dinning experience

We went to this location as we have had good experiences at other locations. There were 5 of us and we placed an order for 2 appetizers, 5 waters, and 5 entrees. One appetizer came out with the waters. Then 2 entrees came out with the second appetizer. Then we waited almost 20 minutes for the 3rd entree to come out and an additional 10 min for the fourth entree which was a burger..our food should ahve come out all together.I ordered the chilled lobster roll which I couldn't eat. The lobster was very sour amd bitter tasting. Additionally, for $31.99 there was a very minimal amount of food on the plate with a giant pile of lettuce. My husband after waiting a long time and still not getting his meal went to find our waitress to get the check. When approaching a waitress that was not ours she was extremely rude to him. Finally, he spoke to our server who was super nice and apologetic. She took both my Lobster and his meal off the check. We actually left and went to another establishment down the street so my husband and I could eat. I was super disappointed with this whole entire experience. We will never return to a Chickie and Petes.

We’ve gotten food from here about 4 times this month from DoorDash. ABSOLUTELY the best place to get a cheesesteak in this area! Been consistently good too, which is unique for this area. Def recommend the crab fries with cheese sauce too ^^ if you don’t finish the cheese sauce-pour the remaining on the cheesesteak 😋. Thank you to the amazing kitchen staff! :)

Inattentive waitress. Left us waiting to order after taking orders from people that sat after us. Forgot drink order 3 times. Forgot side order and didn't check until meal was cool.Ultimate crab fries crab meat was ice cold. Very obviously straight from the fridge. Meals came out almost 10 minutes apart, couldn't eat together.Music was shut off and replaced with blasting the audio from WWE for seemingly no reason.Finally, went to check out and they have scannable QR codes on the table for your bill. Pretty standard stuff these days. This scam code is a 3rd party service that *charges you* to check out using it. Didn't see the fee until I got my email receipt. Unreal.Prices are wild too. $90 for king crab. Won't be back.

Had the crab fries and chicken wings. The crab fries to die for. Cooked perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The wings are fresh. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Definitely some of the best I've tried based on that.. they only have three sauces. Would like to see more. Update- had the shrimp pizza. Bomb.com. I highly recommend. Perfect combination of white sauce, shrimp cheese with a hint of lemon.

First time visiting this particular Chickie's & Pete's as I was driving home from Massachusetts. From the time I sat down, to the time I was served my order was maybe 14 minutes, which was incredibly fast. The server was attentive and had me out of there with my check paid in under 45 minutes, which was great because I still had another 2.5 hour drive home.

It's Chickie and Pete's, it is what it is. Food is overpriced but decent. Tons of TVs. Beer is of course overpriced but in my experience the bartenders have always been great. Four stars just because of the TVs, I'd rather go local but Chickies isn't a bad alternative.Parking: Generally a ton of parking options, shouldn't have an issue.

Maybe an off night but our waiter was nice and somewhat attentive but messed up our food orders. Brought out incorrect dishes and charged food to the wrong bill. These mac and cheese dish was not available. I didn’t care for the overall seasoning of the food. I had the clam chowder and a crab cake. The crab fries do not have crab meat.

Nice local seafood bar and restaurant. Staff was good and service was fine. Restaurant gets crowded and a bit noisy. Fairly simple and easy to navigate menu. Prices were a little high, but the taste and quality is great.

We ordered chicken sandwich a ordered of chicken tenders, Ceasars salad and crab fries. Crab fries are always good, the chicken sandwich was dry it had sauce on it but the breading was really dry. Chicken tenders were smaller than I had 3 days ago and on the thin side. The Ceasars salad is just average for $9 I would pass. The biggest issue was the time we waited for the food and how we received the food. Their were 4 of us The salad came out at a normal time and that person was eating a few minutes the chicken sandwich arrived , so now one person is finishing up the salad and one person started eating the sandwich it wasn't until he was done the sandwich that 2 orders of fries arrived so now we have 2 people eating fries and 2 people not eating and finally about 5 minutes we get the chicken tenders. How on earth does it take that long for chicken tenders when we already got a chicken tenders sandwich 10 mins earlier. The place wasn't busy 3 pm on a Saturday. The server was very nice but never asked if I needed a refill on my drink.

Great little spot. Food was delicious. We tried a little bit of everything. Fun decor. Have a lot of beer choices on tap. Win! They are definitely a more laid back spot. Don't be surprised when you don't get silverware or napkins. If you are a salad person or on a diet, this may not be the spot for you. Enjoy!
