This review is a long time waiting. On November 15,2022 after 4:40 pm, an older white gentleman with salt and pepper hair from this store, along with a group of men ( from off the street) and a couple of women tried to abduct me from this store. The gentleman at this store i noticed, days before was following me around in this store. I have the video stored on a device that I was wearing. I will NEVER return to this store again in my life.

It was my first time in this store. I checked out at the customer service counter. The clerk on duty at the time was very friendly and helpful.

I really hate this acme it makes me so furious when I go in and smell the stench of the one employees! Another thing I dislike about this place is the fish market! One time I went to pick up a fish for my loving family and it started flipping in my hand and I couldn’t control it and got kicked out because I went on the floor! This acme is as bad as the NY Giants on Monday primetime football. This place makes me throw up garbanzo beans that are covered in Nutella up from my stomach! Really do hate this place

Do not go here. Do not use the seafood dept and do not ask customer service for any help whatsoever. Its absolutely horrific. 0 customer service and the bald guy in the seafood dept. should be fired. The produce is absolutely horrible as well. I actually feel really bad for the cashiers who actually help you more than anyone else in this store. I am talking about the older cashiers the young ones are horrible.

Clean store. Advertised specials were easy to find and were in plentiful supply. Self check out seems to a bit challenging. The register always has some issue so we end up going to a check out with a human. We'd visit again.

My main issue is with the fried chicken counter. They have a $6.99 special on Mondays until 8pm. We went at 6:30 and they were throwing out all the chicken. 5 people came behind us and wanted chicken also, but they couldn’t bc they already threw it in the trash. What a waste! I get it that people want to go home early, but why not bag up the rest and sell it for half price? Or at least stay open until 8 like your sign states. Also there was nothing left but wings and breasts and they refuse to substitute for the special. The lady and man that worked there were rude about it. That’s the only area in Acme that we’ve had problems with and this isn’t the first time.

Stopped bye to pick up the sale items that I wanted, and of course, a few extra items that I ran across. It was early on a Sunday morning. The store was neat, clean, well stocked, and not crowded. Went through the self checkout and was in out of the store in a short amount of time.

Never in my 34 years have I seen so many rude customers . I normally come to get produce and things here and there but after yesterday I don’t think I will be returning. I was in line checking out when a lady yells at the cashier for pricing her turnips wrong . The cashier was sweet and a nice guy and had no words to say to her because he doesn’t make the prices. The lady then went up to customer service . She yelled at the lady at the counter. I stayed behind to make sure everything was ok and everyone was safe . The lady walks away goes to produce grabs a tag and comes back to the customer service desk . And continues to yell at the sweet little girl at the service desk. Her boss comes up and ends up I believe giving her the item for free . That to me is absolutely ridiculous. If your employee is having a problem with a customer you should back them up not give it to them for free. That is only making things worse for next time .

Well first of all took my son for flowers and there were so many to choose from u didn't know what to pick . And then did some shopping and found everything I wanted to get . I like shopping at the store. Is alot more expensive then other store's but what one isn't. Everything is expensive today . But I do like shopping there , I usually I don't shop that often at the store unless I have to . But they do carry more things that u can't find in the other stores. Love the store just ain't my price range. Still a great store to shop. Thanks so much for asking my advice.

This place is hell! I would compare it to the Gaza Strip, but its 100 times worse! At the lunch meat counter, I was waiting for my 10 pounds of maple ham. The person, Lenny, who was behind the counter, was not helpful at all! I’d rather have a dead horse help me! Then, during my delightful experience in the wash closet, I was hassled by a Palestinian man in a red robe. He babbled about how he released a pile of manure in the synagogue! How I had no idea they had a synagogue here! I had asked a worker, who guided me there after a whopping 10 minutes. I could’ve walked across the Dead Sea 15 times and back before I arrived. During my prayer, I was rudely interrupted by a rowdy shopper. She had thought this was the pharmacy! Overall, I would not recommend. I’d rather visit a dilapidated drug store in the West Bank which took 5 missile strikes.

Love the collection of groceries here. Also, the lady who works at the self checkout counter is so nice and pleasant with a great positive attitude. This grocery store is also much cleaner than the others in the vicinity.

Prices are steap. Looks like they changed to corporate or something. They moved everything around to drive everyone 😝 😜 crazy! But it’s pretty much the main store I use. It’s close by and the produce is usually quality and deli, seafood and 🥩 meat are pretty good just $$$$ otherwise a clean, well managed store. Almost always stocked full, and great sales. Get the app!!

1st time I was stopped due to an older lady that works the self check out accusing me of stealing candy. I let it go and showed the receipt. I was there recently without 20 items, I was on the line to check out however cashier stated to use self check out due to a customer in front of me having issues with payment. I proceeded to an empty self-checkout. Worker made I contact with me and did not say anything. Halfway through checkout started to get busy. The employee decided to reprimand me and yelling I was in the wrong line and I need to stop. At this time I asked why didn't she state this before when it was just she and I. She continued the while time I was checking out. She decided to call the manger. The manager stated she does this a lot and pays no mind due to her being "drunk" on the job.I was embarrassed a 2nd time by this lady and I had to not pay any mind to her cause she's drunk?Acme di better.

They have come a long ways customer service a lot better and store associates are much nicer but then again most are new and this does make a difference Kudos to them keep up the pleasant atmosphere store real clean also

They definitely improved since my original rating when I was upset with check out inaccuracy and overpriced rotten tomatoes. Although price discrepancy for some on sale items still happens, overall there seems to be more order and better products for decent price. Hands down their organic lettuce and kumato tomatoes are the best I can find anywhere. They also have store brand organic coffee beans, organic bread flour and organic bread crumbs, all of very good quality and relatively low price. Too many good products to mention.

The store itself is nice. Laid out in a logical manner, kept clean, nice employees. However, we have had numerous packages of meat purchased from the store spoil before we could use them. The final straw was a package of chicken thighs we planned to cook the other night. We bought it last Saturday, sell by date was the 25th, took it out of the refrigerator on the 24th and it was no good. We will no longer be buying meat from this location.

It's a nice store. I like how they revamped the whole produce department. It's alot easier to maneuver through the isles and find what you want with out holding up other customers. It's nice fresh look for them.

Bakery: I have to admit that they have the best cake ever. I ordered baby shower cake (vanilla with custard and strawberries and whipped cream icing) and it was honestly one of the best cakes I had. Everyone enjoyed it! Fresh and beautiful! Great job! Definitely will be ordering there again!

Very nice helpful staff at the bakery we had 2 cakes made one for each of our daughters birthdays and both times the cakes came out very pretty. The cakes were moist and the strawberry filling was great! Thanks Acme bakers my daughters were thrilled!

Dominic in the bakery was great!! He called and asked questions to clarify my cake order and the decoration and taste of the cake was amazing!! Everyone was ranting and raving about how gorgeous it was and how good it tasted! I’ve ordered from specialty bakers before for cakes and this one blew those out of the water!! Thanks Dominic!

Year 2022 is almost over and still very bad WiFi signal. It’s to slow. Even the apps would not load quick enough. PLEASE FIX YOUR WiFi SIGNAL!!! ShopRite WiFi is a lot better.

Nice sized supermarket, not too big to get lost in and buy all kinds of things you didn't plan to, but still big enough to have a very wide selection of food to choose from !The only bad thing is the deli starts cleaning up at 7-7:30 so you can't plan on getting any fresh cut cheese or lunch meat after 7 even though they say it's open to 8. So no after work pick ups for the next day...
