They did an awesome job! My Goldendoodle had been shaved by a previous groomer and it came out awful! Lisa assured me that she would not shave him and she didn't disappoint! She takes the time and he came out amazing! I am so glad I found her!

I am current client of Details by Lisa. I have Goldendoodle and Whoodle who see Lisa for grooming every 1-2 months. Last night, my pups got into some brush where they got covered in burrs. I called Lisa in a panic due to their discomfort and she came in early on a Saturday morning and worked on both dogs for three hours. Lisa is a fabulous human being and groomer. Your dog will look and feel its best after going to see Lisa.

I was pleasantly greeted when walking in by the owner and another worker where they took my dog behind the desk and into the grooming area. The place is small and cute- one open space where you could pretty much see everything. The owner was grooming a dog on the table while the other worker sat on the floor and pet my dog and allowed him to get comfortable with her. They had a few other dogs roaming around the open area freshly groomed as they waited for their owners to pick them up. I have a 1 year old, old English sheepdog who has a long full double coat that’s hard to maintain at home without getting matted. I took him to details by Lisa today for his first real grooming experience and she did an amazing job. He had some big knots on his legs and arms and matting on his chest, all areas he hates me brushing at home. I knew I needed to take him to get groomed even though I was worried I’d be picking up a shaved dog in the end from all his knots.Details by Lisa untangled every single one of his knots and Matt’s and trimmed him up so nicely. When I picked him up she went over and explained every single thing she did for him and told me about her concerns for next time. He still looks like himself which I’m super happy about! She cleaned him up so nicely and Im so happy with his treatment and care there! If you’re looking for a groomer don’t hesitate to take your dog to her !!

My dad surprised me with a grooming when I came to visit from out of town. My dog has terrible anxiety but, the second we walked in there, Duke warmed up to Lisa instantly. Duke gave off no signs of anxiety or fear. The environment was welcoming for the pup and their owner. She gave duke the poodle cut of my dreams and duke came out feeling like a brand new dog. We’re both so satisfied, She’s my new groomer. I am in love with my poodle cut! She’s definitely going to be part of my out of town visit.

We have been a customer with Details by Lisa for 3 years. After one incident in which my tire got a flat, I contacted Lisa, however she is inconsistent with responding to messages, I missed the appointment. After this incident, she gave me an attitude. Ignored me when I walked in her door, limited eye contact. I continued with her because she is a good groomer, however felt like I needed to coddle her emotions. One year later, I missed my appointment accidentally. Two missed appointments in 3 years. Her response was she is dropping me as a client. Despite having referred her numerous customers, she lacks loyalty to her clients and lacks understanding of life circumstance. I'm very disappointed in her professional work ethic. Find another groomer, she's too busy and unable to handle the workflow associated with her own regular customers.

lisa is great! was recommened by a client of mine and i decided to try because its hard finding a good groomer.. first time going to her in november right before thanksgiving, i have 3 shih tzus and they all came out soo cute. she also put cute little bows on my girls and a bandana on my boy. my one is older and she made sure they were put in the pen together so they didnt freak out. and i also like that you can see her groom the dogs.. its very open and no cages! i would definitely recommend her.

My little guy Jax isn’t always the easiest dog to groom. However Details by Lisa did an amazing job grooming and deshedding him. When I went to pick him up he was his happy go lucky self. He was happy and looked amazing! His coat felt so soft!

Lisa is the absolute best!My dog, Bentley, loves going to see her. I do too. She’s is so sweet and kind and does the best grooming! Bentley will smell great for at least two weeks after we go to see her.You can tell she cares about her clients as well. Couldn’t recommend her more!!!

Highly recommend Lisa to groom your dogs. I have two fur babies that have been going to Lisa for over 7 years. Our Yogi Bear went to the rainbow bridge in December and she provided gentle care for him as he grew older. Now with our Luna missing her brother Lisa makes sure she give extra pets and hugs to her while grooming.

I had a great experience with Details by Lisa! I’ve met Lisa, and she was very welcoming to my pup and I. She asked very specific questions such as, “What kind of shampoo does he usually use, does he have any rashes or bumps, any allergies,” which are all great questions to ask. I was never asked for specifics with previous groomers, so I really appreciated Lisa for taking the time in asking. My pup was in good hands and he came out super clean, soft, and fluffy!
