Simple Walgreens, low ceilings and not all the inventory in stock. Staff was not particularly helpful, moved very slowly even with no one else in line.

The staff and the pharmacists are all SO sweet and accommodating here. They have given me my covid vaccines, and I am getting a flu shot today. They are very patient, and kind, and will answer all your questions very thoroughly. I am so grateful I live close to this store, and they also have ample parking. Thank you all at Wallgreens on 33 River Road in Bogota!

This store is inconsistent with stock. Not as good as Rite Aide that was there before they took over. The PHARMACY is great and the staff is always helpful.

I got hurt at this location and they treated my situation very poorly. I was told they don’t do accident reports, and they took my information and said someone would reach out to me. It’s been 18 days and I still haven’t gotten a call, & I followed up with a manager multiple times. Unacceptable.

GREAT experience at this Walgreens. After the vaccine mishap yesterday at the Hackensack Walgreens (I wrote a review), I was able to get my mom a vaccine appointment for this Saturday afternoon at the Bogota Walgreens. It's about a 15 minute drive, but it was worth it. Our appointment was 3:45pm. We got there at 3:35pm and was out the door by 4:10pm. When I took my mom for her first vaccine at Hackensack, we were there for close to 1.5 hours. It was a madhouse.Bogota Walgreens was a smooth and easy process with virtually no wait. The pharmacist on staff was very friendly and kind towards my mom, making chit chat. While my mom had to wait her 15 minutes after her vaccine, I did some quick shopping. They had everything I needed, and the cashier was very friendly and told me to stay warm outside.Big fan of this Walgreens. I think I may come here from now on.

I want to leave a well deserved, five star review for Kyle. I had an issue with a cashier when I tried using coupons to purchase diapers for my two children. The savings were huge and the cashier, an older, callous women named Jean didn't have the patience or willingness to do what I asked in order for me to take advantage of the promotion. I even told her I was willing to go to the back of the line after each purchase so I wasn't holding it up. She was extremely unprofessional in her tone and made no attempt to help me after she screwed up my transaction. I demanded to speak with the manager and Kyle came over, fixed the mess she made and handled things professionally and courteously. I don't know what Jeans problem was but we're hard working people trying to save money and buy diaper for our kids, Promote Kyle to upper management because he knows how to handle a frustrated customer and make them happy and fire Jean or put her on a retrain.

First I must say that the pharmacy staff are the absolute best. However the pharmacy hours are disgraceful. It doesn't open until 9 on weekdays. If you want your Rx before you go to work you are out of luck. They redesigned the store - pretty but not much of a drug store. The choices of OTC drugs and the typical items one buys have been whittled down to make room for an entire row of gift cards and displays of high end cosmetics

They DON'T understand the concept of CLOCK TIME here. Very often they don't open at 7am which is their official opening time. If it was a couple times per year that would be okay. Everyone knows that things can happen. But to be late multiple times per month is not acceptable. Some people have to plan their day, so if 7am is the official oppening time, the store must be open at 7am, NO EXCUSES are allowed, except in very rare instances. Once I even saw the paper delivery man have to leave without delivering the papers because no one was there at 7 am, or even 7:15 am. It is not unusual for them to be half an hour late. Other than that, the store is fine.

Three stars for never having the accurate times on google not being consistent when going to the store. I’ve seen the pharmacy open till 7 or 9 but barely consistent.

Do Not go here for Western Union. The staff will treat you as if you are bothering them or asking for some outlandish request. I have Attempted to receive western union transactions there many times and I use the word Attempted because a majority of the time they flat out won't do the transaction. The excuse varies from "not enough money in the register" to "we have had too many revievings today". This is the only working western union within a 5 mile radius and for someone without transportation, not completing someone's transaction could mean not eating that day or not being able to pay they're rent on time. Also if they get a more than usual amount of senders and receivers wouldn't you think they would prepare themselves for those exact situations? No, not them. I have also been asked by staff to come at a later point in the day when the register will be "full enough" to complete a transaction and upon returning was denied again. To make your customers seem like they are an inconvenience to you is flat out wrong and a terrible way to do business. I am not the type of person to write negative reviews but I have been dealing with this situation at this exact location for Months now. It's to the point where I can't complete a transaction up to a week, sometimes longer.. I have had similar experiences at other western union locations but none as frequent as this one. It's almost a garauntee you will be treated as an inconvenience and will NOT be able to receive money.

Had my prescription (not controlled) transferred from Rite aid/Walgreens Hackensack because my medication was backordered. The pharmacist Jackie refused my script because she’s incapable of verifying the provider who is my sister. She needs to learn how to use tools to locate drs and recognize the law. My prescription is not invalid because I have a family member who is a licensed physician. As a pharmacist myself I was appalled at her incompetence. I transferred my script to another Walgreens with a more capable pharmacist.

They just redid the place very nice. Now if you have alot of money to spend this place is for you. They did away with discount items and became an expensive high level store. See for yourself. Someone has to pay for the renovation, you.

It is a very good store!!!! There is just a little discomfort sometimes because many of the products are locked, that's why I only give it 4. Stars, but I understand that it is because of security in the store. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to give our opinion.
