Great shop to get gas, snacks and trucking/auto suoplies. Grace was very helpful ringing me out for snacks. Kris was helpful with my xcell phone ear piece. All gas pumps were in service. Friendly gas service attendant.

Only stop here if you absolutely have to. 90% of truck parking is pay to park, price for pay to park is ridiculous at $25 a day if you pay before a certain time, more after that time. And of course being part of the northeast, the cost of anything is so much higher than anything south and west except the west coast itself.

Did a 10hr here.Wow the parking is a complete mess!If you plan on staying here I would recommend reserving a spot before you get there. The sooner the better. They fill up VERY fast. There is a lot attendant and is very nice and helpful. He does check and kick people out of spots.DO NOT PARK IN RESERVED IF YOU DID NOT PAY!Burger King is open from 8 AM to 8 PM and the country pride restaurant has weird hours bc of construction. I would call ahead if you want to eat there.Women’s bathroom was very clean the men’s bathroom smelled like urine.The fuel lines were backed up to the road.The hotbox did not have much in it but there was a good amount of food in the cold section.

Today while on my way to NYC, I had a breakdown right as I crossed into Jersey. I was able to limp the truck into this TA and found some kind, professional people who helped me get back on the road again! Their technician Nick, was thorough and very skillful in repairing my truck, and was happy to explain to me what was wrong and how he intended to fix it. He did a good job and the price was fair. The service manager was very nice also, as were the staff in the store. They really do have a good thing going on here. Even the guy cleaning the restrooms was cheerful and doing a great job! My compliments to everyone who works here. You are making a nice oasis for those of us who make our living out on the road....thank you!

Only reason I stopped here was to shower and I haven't been able to shower in 3 days. All parking is pay to park so instead of risking a ticket for a shower I paid to park. $25 to park is ridiculous! I was expecting 17 or somthing but I def won't comeback agian due to expensive parking.

It's a TA in NJ! We all know the NE states hate the truck drivers...Paid parking is $25 flat rate (5pm - 3pm). There is maybe 20 free parking in the middle, behind the service station. No, they do not allow "creative parking". No, do not argue with the guy that comes out & knocks on your door if you "creative park". There is laundry, showers, a Burger King & restaurant. Are you expecting to be hailed a hero for driving a truck?

How sad is this TA!!! All the fuel pumps filled with driver who ARENT getting fuel. We left because we couldn't get the service needed here. A bobtail with a driver IN IT just sitting talking on the phone. If you need fuel get it..if NOT GET OUTTA THE WAY some of us want to make some money. TA YOUR COMPANY REALLY SUCKS!

I've used the reserved parking for two years without issues until today. I paid for a spot for both Saturday and Sunday but had a tire blowout, arriving only on Sunday morning. All spots were taken, and when I asked for help, the staff, particularly a young black girl, was unhelpful and rude. Instead of apologizing for the double booking, she told me I had to wait until 4 pm when someone leaves. Luckily, a security guard stepped in and found a spot for me. I hope the management takes action to prevent this in the future.

This is a TA of last resort. No food in the evenings. What's there during the day is expensive as hell. The toilet in the shower leaks around the wall into the shower stall. The toilet leans hard to one side. Can't park for more than 12 hours without a manager bugging me but doesn't mind the bobtails in the car area (I'm an oversize escort btw). The only reason I didn't give a one star is because this is one of the few TA left that not only still has a CP, but has tomato soup. The other one I know is in Montana...

Typical truck stop. Has a decent size store, fuel, scale, showers and parking. There is a pilot next door and a Citgo for autos across the street. Parking lot is small for a big rig but doable.Burger King and a Country Pride restaurant are located inside. Restaurant has a hot buffet & salad bar. Nothing special to write about- just mass cooked food served hot. Stuff can get old looking if left too long. Salad bar is decent.Restaurant has a bar type seating area- NO BOOZE- also- small game room in the back by the showers.Not much in the area to see. The small town of Bloomsbury has NOTHING going on and only a very small pizzeria in town. Pizza sucks there too!Truck stop is popular w/ traveling families & busses who stop in to use the restroom and eat. Place can get crowdedIt is def better than the pilot.

I had a coolant leak so I had to call roadside service. One of your technicians couldn’t even fix something so simple. One of the hoses needed to be replaced & my EGR pipe needed to be replaced too but your mechanic didn’t wanna do the whole job & was cutting corners. To make the matter worst, the coolant was leaking for the 2nd time when I left so I had to go to the shop & explain what happened. When you charge $894.03 for a job that could’ve been done in a few hours your mechanic took the whole night cuz I had to come back to the shop when the job should’ve been done in the first place. He was lazy, fire your mechanic Mike ASAP cuz of him I had to spend additional 1,136.67. I’ll never call you guys again.

New REVIEW: to be frank & fair i gave another chance to myself and Iron Skillet the following day (on 12/11/2023) around noon.I hoped not to meet the same waitress, "luckily", I did see her ☺️.I, in polite human way, emphasized to her that I wanted to give another try, and frankly saying, she eagerly accepted small talk and was awaiting for that chance ( at least that's how I felt).She explained in brief what went wrong the previous night, she apologized, and I accepted it at the same time asking her forgiveness for my impatience with the past situation.Thus, we started off with good mood, and I enjoyed my t-bone stake and I hope she had at least smiley face after.Regardless, what went wrong PLEASE let's try to keep our humane COOL in any situations, and please let's try to give excuses to one another, perhaps we can get our loving-caring world back.THANK YOU tons to the Iron Skillet and all TA/Petro truck stop personne l!!!We drivers LOVE YA'LL and THANK YOU TONS for your professional services 🙏🙏🙏-- -- -- -- -- -- -- --*** OLD review - My frustration with Iron Skillet waitress is beyond any limits… 🤬🤬🤬I specifically ordered t-bone stake prepared within the butter in a separate stake pot, hoping to enjoy my dinner, as previously I had the same order from other TA/Petro Iron Skillet restaurants and i was enjoying it. However the waitress on duty on 12/10/2023 around 18:20 pm had an audacity not even point it out to chef about my specific order, nor let me know that they couldn’t/wouldn’t fulfill my order needs.Sitting there awaiting for my food, making “yummy thoughts” about my T-bone steak, they brought me the stake just regular way they prepare… 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻Wasted my precious time and nerves because of lack of professionalism of the waitress on that day shift. People are nice, the have a country pride and food was good.. and for the parking, DO NOT park on the Reserved Parking if you did not reserve any parking, because they will really knock on your door to find some available spot, you will get TOWED, DO NOT park on the road also, you will get TOWED. you are called professional drivers so you should know better, every drivers like you work hard for the day, so taking someone's spot wherein you are not supposed to be is upsetting. Be responsible 😉

I wasn't impressed with this place . Pros : They have fuel and basic Truck services. Cons : The comfort areas are mediocre with less than minimal effort from staff. If you have another option take it.

Plenty of parking, 50/50 paid and free. The Country Pride restaurant is fantastic and it's staff is even better. Crystal in the morning shift is amazing! The store is clean and organized. The bathrooms and showers are clean and well stocked. A great stop for the region!

Parking during the day is a hit and miss for truckers, at night it’s a different story. It’s terrible! Fellow truckers speeding thru parking lot all hours of the day.Just be careful.

This is usually the final stop on our trips from Charlotte back to NJ (Bergen County). Not a trucker, just driving a 4 wheeler We pull in at the front. Always plenty of parking. Inside is usually clean. No real complaints. It is definitely congested at times coming/going to 78 with the Pilot next door as well.

This was a full service gas station. Unheard of now a days. Was a welcome surprise. Store was pretty full. Their small selection of collectables was just that small. But we managed to find a cute bear collectable for our grandson. Not so much for our granddaughter. Search continues to find her a treasure. Ma y states to go before making it home. Gas prices very competitively priced. We love stopping at truck stops.

This TA needs to do a better job of chasing off drivers who park in no parking areas, so those in regular spots can leave after their breaks.For shame: Liberty Transit LLC/ Fleet Quest Logistics, Grand Rapids MIUSDOT#1722624, MC#631434, Truck#210.You blocked in 5 different trucks on July 2nd, 2019 from 7pm and backed into the trailer of Global Transport Group LLC.The actual truck stop was clean and incredibly busy.

Explain to me how you're going to let a major truck stop run out of register receipt paper I wanted to purchase a new CB that was on sale and I always pay cash for things like this and he tells me there's no paper for a receipt I said well give me my money back I'm not going to walk out with a $200 CB and not have a receipt and while this was going on five different drivers come in wanting receipts for their fuel just absolutely unacceptable that you run out of register receipt paper
