Very disappointed about the unprofessional staff. I called yesterday for information as a new client, I was told I could come in for an evaluation day today. I asked if I needed any additional information formation, documents. I was told just come in during the office hours. I had the vaccination record with me of course. When I arrived with my pup, I was turned away, citing that they need me to sign up online from my computer first then they can schedule a day for a first evaluation day. Very disappointed about this unprofessional service. Please educate your staff how to answer the phone and what information to give.

We have never experienced a doggie daycare and boarding facility like this. The staff is courteous and caring. Our puppy Charlie has been going to doggie day care and has been boarded for 10 days at a time. Every experience that Charlie has had must been great, because he always looks forward to going back. We have never had a dog that was so enthusiastic to go to a boarding facility! Thanks for looking out for Charlie, we appreciate it very much.Jim Ravier & Laura Hamm

I can’t even begin to say how much we love this place. We’ve been sending our dog here for almost 2 years and it’s the only place I’d ever send any dog I own to. The staff always takes such great care of my dog and he always comes home so tired! We have also boarded him here multiple times and the fact that he’s not locked in a crate all night makes me feel so much more at ease. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Four Paws is a family owned and operated small business and the ONLY one we trust with our furry loved ones. We never feel guilty going away since we know our pups will be having a great time. They’ve made simple and sensible adjustments to booking and checkin since covid and always care about the safety and security of visitors. Easy login process and can update dogs’ profile histories and submit vaccination updates easily. The facility is nice and clean, the employees are kind and seem to love their work, and our dogs love staying here. Added bonus is getting to see pictures of them enjoying their stay. Would highly recommend!

Our dog Lilybelle gets so excited to go here in the morning. She waits by the door with her leash in her mouth. She loves playing with her friends, the four legged and the two legged.They take such good care of her. She would go every day if she could. We bring her 2-3 times every week. She comes home happy and tired every time. We've recommended Four Paws to family, friends, and co-workers. Four Paws Playground is literally the ONLY place that I trust my Australian Shepherd fur daughter Remi with! We used to live in the area and she would attend when I would be away for periods of time. We moved a little farther away, and we used Four Paws on an everyday basis for their daycare program while I was at work. Now we are even farther away (1+hour) and we continue to trust Four Paws with our baby during our vacations.The staff is AMAZING! They care for her as though she is their own dog. I never have to worry about her wellbeing or how she is cared for. Remi enjoys people more so than dogs, and the staff is always willing to play her favorite games (hose jumping) and they ensure she is bathed for me upon pick up time. Since Four Paws was our first experience with a doggie daycare/boarding center, we have been spoiled! The family owned business is devoted and honest with their customers. Their prices are almost TOO reasonable for the care that the fur children are given! Thank you Four Paws for all of the love and attention you give Remi when I cannot do so personally.I have so much respect and gratitude for the owners and all of the staff. Even though we are farther away, I am glad that there is a place where I can feel comfortable leaving Remi in their care! Thank you Four Paws!

We have been taking our puppy for doggy daycare while we work since he was a few months old! He loves going and I love knowing that he is socializing with other dogs and people all day instead of sitting at home in a crate. I would highly recommend Four Paws to anyone and everyone. We haven't needed to yet but would 100% board him there overnight and feel confident he is in really good hands!

We have been bringing our furbabies to Four Paws Playground for quite some time however today I felt moved to add a review. As I'm sure you all know people get busy around the holidays and things get set aside until remembered or forgotten until too late. Well this morning I got a call from Four Paws just checking because we normally book a stay for our furbabies to be comfy and cozy with their doggie friends and the excellent staff to play with while all the rushing around takes place but we hadn't booked yet. They wanted to let us to know if we wanted a spot that we would be all set!! Thank you Four Paws Playground for covering my bases for me!! You guys are the best! I know that our dogs will be so excited when we say "do you want to go to Four Paws?" as they always are.

Four Paws Playground is a wonderful place. The staff is extremely friendly! We take our pup to puppy Wednesday and he loves it. It is a great way for him to get along with other dogs and with other people.. They also board dogs crateless and always do their best to accommodate your needs. We have been taking our dog, Maya, to Four Paws since she was a puppy. We have taken her for planned weekend trips, unexpected events (like funerals) and even our wedding! No matter the circumstance, Four Paws is always accommodating to our schedule, has been crucial to Maya's socializing and training, and we always feel she is safe and secure when we leave her with them. It's always a bonus when she comes home tired from playing all dat and also bathed and clean! We would recommend Four Paws to anyone who wants kind staff, crate-less boarding and reasonable prices!

When we first got our new puppy, he was very anxious and would not approach people or other animals without either barking or nipping. Our vet recommended taking him to Four Paws Playground, and a friend of ours told us about how they offer Puppy Wednesdays at a reduced price compared to a normal day rate. We have had the most incredible experience so far, and we have seen a huge difference in our puppy over the last few months with just attending one day a week! He is practically dragging us out of the car when we pull up to drop him off. The staff is wonderful and their prices are very reasonable. Our family highly recommends Four Paws Playground!

Our pup Benny gets so excited to go to "school", he can't contain his excitement when we get to the daycare and he sees his friends, both the two legged and four. This place is amazing! The owners and staff are amazing, friendly and accommodating! Our pup loves going here. We’ve used them for boarding and day care. Our pup comes out of there tired! While he’s there he’s able to get out all his puppy fever. And when he gets home he’s just ready to lay down and relax. You can tell he had a great time socializing with other dogs and people. We always know that he is well taken care of when he is at Four Paws playground!

Our pup Dobby returned to Four Paws this weekend for the first time since the pandemic with his little (but 80lb) brother in tow. We live over an hour away now but trust Four Paws implicitly as they were incredible with Dobby when he was a monthly when I lived in the area. The drive is truly worth the piece of mind that our boys are in the best hands 💜. I cannot recommend them enough for daycare and/or boarding. Myke and Patrick and their staff truly care about your pups and will take the best care of them.

We love taking our pup to Four Paws. Puppy Wednesdays are a great way for him to learn how to interact with other dogs and people, and the staff are AMAZING! Hands down, the best facility and service in the area. Cooper always come back smelling great from the bath they give him at the end of each day, and worn out from having so much fun!

TLDR: Terrible experience. The worker was lazy tried to throw the dog in the pool as a bath, took the dog food and then yelled and blamed us. Do not recommend.I never leave reviews but Four Paws is so terrible I felt I should save other pet owners the troubles of the horrible experience. Called two hours before the pickup because on their website it says there is a complimentary bathing for my dog. When I arrived two hours later, my dog smelled like urine and I was informed that she didn’t eat well, that she just “nibbled”. Upon hearing this I asked for the remaining dog food to which he replied there is none. I gave 4 days of dog food, because on their website they suggest you bring an extra day’s worth, my dog stayed 3 days, on the instructions I labeled to “feed her once in the morning and if she eats the food, once more in the evening”. I don’t know how there can be absolutely no food remaining, especially if my dog only “nibbled” on the food. About my dog’s smell he said that he put her in the pool. On their website it says a complimentary bathing when you call ahead. I don’t see how that is a bath. The worker then proceeded to blame us and tried to say that I didn’t ask for her to be bathed, but again that was the whole point on calling two hours ahead, it’s not needed else wise we could have just went and picked her up.Edit: To their response I attached a photo of what they actually said and not the lies they typed. Also you can tell by the cold reply how they are. Everything will be your fault they take no responsibility, notice they mention nothing about putting my dog in the pool as a bath. Yet instead they blame us. Look at their response to the food, they clearly didn’t follow instructions. But according to their logic it’s my fault too. It’s clear they are lazy. Terrible service. Never ever going back. Save yourself and pet the trouble.

We love taking our german shepherds to Four Paws. All we have to say is, "do you want to go to school?" and they get SO excited. They come home nice and tired and LOVE swimming in the pool. We feel so comfortable dropping them off for an overnight stay and the daycare is so convenient. The staff are super friendly and you can tell they really care about our dogs.

Our puppy Blu started at Four Paws over a year ago and she loves it. Pat, Myke and their family and staff do a great job of caring for the dogs. The part I like best is that whichever staff member greets or delivers our dog back to us truly seems to care for Blu and treats her like a star. We love our puppy and they do too!

I highly recommend, the owners and all of the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. When we leave our dog with them we know he is in great and compassionate hands! Max always cries watching his friends get into their cars at the end of the day! They have a great working knowledge of the various breeds and have even offered friendly advice on issues Laura and I have had with Max at home. Their priority is making sure your dog is happy and that the owners can enjoy their time home with their pups to keep then connected and together.

We used Four Paws for boarding for our previous dogs and we were very secure knowing they were well cared for while we were gone. We now use Four Paws for our puppy Cooper for boarding and playdays. Our dog KNOWS when it time for play days- he runs to the car and I love that we have such a great place to bring him. He comes home happy and exhausted from so much socializing. GREAT PLACE!

Oberon gets so excited when I tell him he is going to Four Paws. We also boarded him at Four Paws for a weekend in October. Obie had only been with us for a month. I felt comfortable leaving him in their care.

We started taking our German Shepherd here when he was 6 months old. we were offered a tour on spot, which was very nice and very clean. He absolutely loves going here. He jumps out of the car and pulls me in to Four Paws. The dogs are separated in groups by size, and age, the staff is very friendly, they are always willing to help and answer any questions, very accommodating to your schedule . Over the summer we missed several weeks of bringing him to daycare due to family illness. They called us to make sure our dog was ok and when would he be coming back. We have recommended Four Paws to everyone we meet who has a new puppy for Puppy Wednesday which is only $11. You can't beat the price and the dogs love it.

Once you are a registered customer, just drop-off your dog during the drop-off times; no reservations required. You will be greeted by a prompt and efficient staff.
