Hello this is Lizandra, I’ve brought my dog here today for a full groom, wash, a de-shed, nails cut and over all it was AMAZING! My dog seemed very comfortable and she came out looking super fresh and clean. The customer service its self was amazing! I will definitely be bringing my dog back for her grooming sessions !

I had been to this Business a few times before. I was always happy when I got my dog the cut was great. However a few times I called the place to try to make an appointment but the owner was rude to me. Also one time I remember trying to pay with my debit and she was having trouble with her machine and she was rude to me to! I never went back after that. I have been going else wear.

I have been taking my dog to Precious Pawprints since she has joined our family over three years ago. I have stayed loyal to Precious Pawprints, returning asap even when the shop was closed for months while the owner was out on leave. I would not recommend this business as I have had two incidents where i was treated unfairly and in a very unprofessional manner. The first incident was when the owner or another tech did a terrible cut on my dog and I couldn't get a straight answer on who did her cut and what happened. I gave the shop another chance and had a tech who cut her hair nicely. I was then was told after a few visits that the tech I requested not to be the only one to cut my dog's hair as she was "difficult to cut and sassy." I felt terrible and asked over and over if she tried to bite the tech or did something happen and the owner said no, she's just "sassy." I didn't know that dogs all know to sit still and not move around as though they were grown human adults. I am also surprised as a business manager that picking and choosing to deny clients based on their anxiety level is ok. My dog is a nervous dog, I would've imagined techs are trained to work with this, but i guess not. No, I would not recommend them.

The staff is always courteous, pleasant and professional. My pups come back looking and smelling great. I’m glad I found this groomer. Highly recommend!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times. Originally a Monday then changed to a Wednesday then changed to a Saturday then a Monday again. I go in, and they tell me they’d have to cut off all of my dogs hair, wouldn’t work with me, very dismissive. Would not recommend.

Very friendly, prompt communication and online booking streamlines everything well. The staff is very friendly as well. Have taken by dog here multiple times and always a great result. The deshedding bath is very effective. Would definitely recommend for any dog parent around Bloomfield

I was excited to bring my cats here. However, I booked yesterday for the following weekend and I received a called today, that’s there’s no availability until mid April. The lady was very nice and pleasant when she called, I just wish the website stated this.

Precious is the best! Our golden doodle is always looking fresh and clean after a visit. We love how quick her grooming is without sacrificing any quality. You can always depend on dropping off and picking up just a couple hours later. Highly recommended!

Decent food, nothing to wrote home about. The main problem tho is that there is no consistency, your favorite dish may be prepared and taste completely different depending on who's cooking from day to day.

10/10 service. I love that it’s a cage free environment and his haircut was done under 2 hours. Groomers were very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend precious paw prints for all your grooming needs. I can’t stop looking at him, he’s so cute.

They did a wonderful job with my shih tzu. They were ready for her right on time, I love that this groomer is cage free and she was done in under 2 hours. The online booking system made it very convenient as well. Will definitely be back !

Customer service sucks first off there booking site is all confusion needs updated second I call in to confirm my pets appointment the site said 55 minutes it will take to have your pet groomed next she told me that’s for booking only then I explained this will be my first pet grooming then she said I put it for another dog like OMG beat me up for a first time service she sound really unprofessional and rude now this is thing I’m coming to bring you business your not paying me ? so why is it that you can’t be a profesional person or business now what she should of done was be welcoming a new customer and being the most kindness and helpful to someone that doesn’t know the procedure we don’t know you and or your timings its all wrong on there” booking site !! like I’m suppose to know that” right upfront it’s a good thing I called just to think to go in it would bin a mess all over sorry I canceled rite away after that call I didn't feel sure of there business I will not leave my fur baby with people like that in there hands” don’t worry keep that. Rudeness going on your business will shut down in no time I saw another review I should of took that as a sign someone saying the same thing customer service horrible don’t seek them out seems like they do a good groom job but not customer service lost this business ($&tips)they don’t know how to run a decent business your customers are your gold!!! 😅

DO NOT bring your CATS to get cut here it’s horrible they don’t shape the face legs or tail and they are more expensive than otherplaces. I could have did this myself

My baby looks amazing!!! She loved her cut and nails! The service was a very respectful and pleasant experience. The groomer listened and did exactly what was requested. Love the fact that it is a cage free grooming shop! Will go again! Recommend this place highly to dog owners!

Got my dog’s nailed trimmed/clipped at Precious Pawprints today & had such a great experience. I emailed the owner about a nail trim & she got back ASAP & I was able to bring my pup in the next business day no appointment required. The business itself is so cutely decorated & very clean. To say my dog is difficult during a nail trim is an understatement & I was so happy to find a place that it was done w/ no complaints or commentary. She also advised me on a nail trimming schedule that is ideal for my dog’s coat/breed which was great. We were in and out in 5 minutes. There was only 1 other (very well-behaved) dog there in the process of getting groomed I don’t think they overbook, if you are concerned about multiple dogs being on-site with yours. BTW parking is always pretty easy around that area of Bloomfield as well which is great.

I started bringing my new puppy to Precious Pawprints approximately 3 months ago. The professionalism has been consistent! From drop off to pick-up there have been no delays. My shih-tzu looks so handsome after each groom and he is treated with such care and compassion. I know this because he's always calm when he arrives to the salon and when he comes home. Precious and her staff are the best!
