I had a very pleasant surprise today when I went into Family Dollar. One of the associates, Terry, was very pleasant and helpful! She recommended that I start to use digital coupons (which I did not know that you had ) and she even brought my other bag of items I bought out to me when I left too soon !Keep up the good work Terry! Oh, and Christian was nice too !!!!

Most of the time the shelves are stocked up. This visit was different. I was buying gifts for a 7 year old girl and I had trouble finding gifts for her age. You can have a great time here as long as you download the app for coupons. My trip cost me approx $40 for 16 items. I love going here and recommend this store.

I use this family dollar instead of the one on blackwood clementon road because it's much cleaner, organized, well stocked, and has nice store associates. The prices are the best around for laundry, cleaning, paper, and health and beauty products. I save so much money with their digital coupons!

Lots of Christmas gifts n decor in store. Very friendly employed. The blackwood store and the woodbury store are by far my favorite ones. Whenever I'm near either I have to stop cause they always have new items yet still have my favorite gotta get items everytime I go. Love family dollat

Officially done with this Family Dollar. The manager is incredibly rude. She literally followed my & my 5 year old son around the store & every time I reprimanded him for touching something she would snap at him "Pkease don't touch that!" She heard me tell him not to touch. I'm quite sorry that my 5 year old child with ASD doesn't listen perfectly. He was actually organizing the shelves..its an OCD thing. (Wish it applied to his bedroom) The child actually left each area better than how we found it & was extremely confused as to why this lady is always so nasty towards him. He a child for goodness sake. I purchase all my cleaning supplies for the restaurant I work at part time & the Cleaning business I own. I'm there constantly. Yet this woman never fails to make the shopping experience uncomfortable..at best. That stops today. There are plenty of places with great customer service that I would rather give my money to.

I would give them no stars, if I could. They made me leave my backpack at the register.My mom was with me and had a huge purse that she was allowed to take with her. My mom is Caucasian, but I'm Hispanic. Don't go here unless you want to experience racial profiling.

My fiancé & I got a very nice Christmas Tree & skirt & purple & silver garland & LED lights for our tree & other great deals & bargains. This year for Halloween he got a tombstone two five foot hanging ghouls & a giant black ,orange , & silver spider.

I recently bought a large box of fruity pebbles and after opening the box all you could smell was stale cardboard. I looked at the date expired and it was feb 8th I bought it the 27th of march that is 47 days pass expiration that is poor management this should not of occurred.

First time I ever went at this location and as I walked around I've noticed the handwritten sign taped on register and it said " Do not put the money on the counter , hand the money" , I assumed that it's because maybe some customers can say that I put the money on the counter and that they might blame the cashier for it, but then a colored man was paying and asked about the sign and the colored pregnant cashier said that " it was just a courtesy & it's just fair for the customers to hand me the money instead of me reaching on the counter for it because how would they like if I put their receipt on the counter instead of handing it to them ? " i was getting too aggravated seeing all the stuff all over the place floor , this place is a real mess and it wasn't pleasant to see a messy and very dirty place to shop" yes, the price is right " the only one I was amazed is with the white female lady who was very helpful when I asked of where I can find the stuff I was looking for . I'm telling you that cashier is kinda arrogant & she was on her cell phone " I hope the owner would send her to a class of how to cater on customers instead of being rude . I don't think I'll come back again at this place if I ever came around that way.

Very clean and organized. Finding what I needed quickly. Prices are cheap which is what I love about it. They also sell tobacco products.

I literally almost live across the street , so this is where I always go out of convenience . I am not going back unless I have to . Most of the staff is very helpful nice and friendly but one girl is so rude unfriendly and scowls at me every time I go there . She makes things more difficult for you to when you check out in a super passive aggressive rude way .

Family Dollar is my favorite place to stop for all those little things like baggies toilet paper paper towels laundry detergent batteries you name it and it's in a great location and we're glad to have them there
