This pharmacy is the worst. The most rudest staff you can encounter. One person tell you something and other will tell you something else. It took them over 3 days to process a transfer only to tell me on my face they can’t fill it. They don’t even call or communicate to let you know what’s the status of the prescription. I have never encounter such a disrespectful and irresponsible staff anywhere before.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst. I sent my son (young teen) to pick up a script. I gave him the insurance card and told him how to do it. A literal child could do it. The tech was too lazy to enter the insurance information, so she handed the card back without entering the information. She charged him for the script, which was 100% covered.The only one who seemed to be working and actually know what they were doing was Collin or something like that.Since the two scripts were sent there, we had no choice but to go back for the second. This time, they tried to charge my husband 300 for a antibiotic. The pharmacist claimed it wasn't covered, but we just filled it at Rite Aid a week ago.No one here knows what they are doing, except the one.

This pharmacy is the worst! They’re always out of things and screwing things up. We stopped going there about a year ago. I’m so sorry my husband scheduled my son’s shot there. We entered and checked in at the counter at our scheduled appointment time. The cashier verified our info and told us to go wait at the shot area. We sat there and waited for 36 minutes. I went back over to ask how much longer, but one of the younger male pharmacist sarcastically asked if we had checked in over here? I told him yes. He then told me the cashier forgot to check us in, and they didn’t realize we were there. He never apologized, but he told me to go back the the shot area and he’d be right over. I went and waited another 10 minutes. When over walks the elder pharmacist with a patient. The patient immediately asked, “Were you here? You guys can go first”. The elder pharmacist intervened and said, “Ma’am we didn’t know you were here, so you need to wait until the other pharmacist comes over”. Needless to say we left. This was totally mishandled, and I have to wonder if this would have been handled differently if my son and I were a different skin complexion. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the mistake they were completely rude, and unapologetic. They took the white male ahead of us black customers and intended on making us wait even longer. Absolutely unacceptable! We won’t be back.

The pharmacy is horrible. The indian drive thru lady screamed in my face saying i didnt have the correct insurance card. And then the white boy w blue eyes cane and help and said he would help while the indian lady kept laughing and she said we r closing now while they were in the middle of helping me!

It’s been about one year since I started filling scripts at CVS in Blackwood and in that short timeframe, service has gone from bad to worse! For starters, they entered 2 of my RX IDs incorrectly and then told me my insurance was denying coverage (a call to my insurance company confirmed that was a complete lie). Then, they only partially filled my insulin script and failed to alert me. Most recently, they told me that my heart medication would be delivered this past Monday, but when I went to pick it up, I was told that it was back-ordered and that they had absolutely no idea when it would be available! Today, the drive-thru was closed, the pharmacy wasn’t answering the phones at all, and I watched the entire staff completely ignore the phones ringing off the hook as I stood in line. CVS certainly isn’t the only pharmacy in town, so if you want decent customer service, GO ELSEWHERE TO FILL YOUR RXS!

The older woman that works the register at the CVS on Collage Srive in Blackwood NJ is just absolutely rude. I had several items last night, scanned the first & and then the machine (self checkout) lit up for associate help. She accused me of not scanning one of the 2 items I had laying there. I said “I did scan it. That’s the item that tripped up the system” she snaps back “NO. You Didn’t!” I know it sounds minor but 1) it’s humiliating to have someone falsely accuse me of attempted theft 2) this is not the first issue I’ve had with this woman. She has been rude in the past. I ended up putting all my items on the scanner & walked out. That CVS will never get another cent of my money. Grant it I was only spending about $70 but it adds up.I posted about it on social media & was shocked at how many people had the same complaint about the same woman.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY !!!!!!!!I called to follow up on a medication transfer initially I was told there was nothing there , l hanged up and called again and person l spoke to said it came in 26secs ago. Ok great how long will it take to fill the prescription he said 1hrI asked so if l come over in an hour l can pick up? He responded l don’t know and l asked didn’t you just tell me it will be ready in an hour and l am just confirming with you..His response was “you think we are here doing nothing, do you know how busy we are filling other proscription?” I was in shock and responded don’t put words in my mouth all l asked was to confirm if my medication will my be ready in 1 hr as quoted. He hanged up on me. Very Unprofessional, Very Rude and should not be working with the general public.

The people who work here are very nice and I like the convenient location. However, there is ALWAYS trash in the parking lot and quite a bit of it. They could clean that up a bit more often.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at CVS, I was looking for batteries and the salesperson was kind enough to show us where the battery stand is also she told me the right type of battery I needed.

The drive through is closed every other day. I ask for all my scripts...I get some. I ask are they ready. ..you say no....I leave and get a text message from the hub saying it is ready?!#@$ There are people with disabilities that physically CANNOT WALK....like me on several occasions there.....that CANNOT.....WALK....No drive through should be allowed to be closed there...FOR LACK OF STAFFING!!! GET IT TOGETHER.....OR TAKE THE DRIVE THROUGH AWAY ALTOGETHER!!! NEVER RETURNING....EVER AGAIN!!!!

Prices change without notice and without reason. For example my Clonazepam prescription price has ranged from less than two dollars to eighteen dollars. Also the self checkout terminals are the worst I’ve seen in any store.

10/08/23 @3.30 the drive through at this location has a lady working the window who is rude and clueless we sat at the window for 15 minutes got 2 of three scripts because 1 was put back for some reason she forgot who we were and needed all our information again…

Absolute worst pharmacist and the people do not listen nor do their jobs accurately. The pharmacist was refusing to call my doctor when my rx was out of stock until I called the doctor and they said he must call them. When I asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint, she stood there nodded her head and asked for me to take a seat. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never return to this location again due to their absurdity and ignorance.

Close to home & the staff is friendly & the pharmacist Reena is really up on adverse reactions she personally called the hospital to change the medication to something else that I could take . She’s really great. Also, she has been helpful with what over the counter medications I can take with out causing an adverse reaction.

Made me come in to make a profile a little inconvenient since I never had to do this before but fine , once I picked my prescription they made me pay saying my insurance had my date of birth wrong. Which I know this was false due to the fact I never had a problem with my insurance!!! Called my insurance and they called the pharmacy and said that CVS had my date of birth WRONG! Why ask multiple times if your not going to get it RIGHT ! I had my children with me going in and out was frustrating! Thanks for my refund I handed the money in your hand least you can do is the same. Ew I will not be coming to this cvs again

Manager of store does not know procedure or how to run a store. To embarrass a customer in the middle of his store (not taking them aside) calling out several times throughout the store " your not welcome here"! Especially to a customer already on the way peacefully leaving the store, just to make a point about something he knew not the whole story; borders harassment! This to a verifiable customer for about 7 years. Him and the pharmacy manager ( the male one) are incompetent and THERE decision to throw me out of there store they have made for their whole company, i will never step foot back in CVS again. To date no company representative has called me back as promised by customer service. Customer service SEEMS to be the issue at CVS anymore.

Speaking specifically about the pharmacy and it's staff. They are all fantastic. I left CVS and went to a private pharmacy. They closed, literally out of nowhere. They transferred my scripts to CVS and for the last 6 months they have exceeded my expectations!

I’m here to get Allegra allergy medicine and a few other things. Nobody is at the counter. I stand here for 5 mins and finally someone comes over and says you have to go to the pharmacy to get this. No other store does this. I’m not sure if they have so much business here they can turn people away? They lost my $40. This is why CVS is failing. They make it as difficult as possible to do business with them.

Literally everytime I come to this location they need another 3 hours to fill medication or it takes 20 minutes to ring out at the front. Its gotten to the point this will be my last visit at this location because its actually quicker for me to drive to california and back to nj. “Itll be ready in 15 minutes.” Hour passes... “picking up” “itll be another 20 minutes if ya wanna drive around” everytime. Never fails.
