They failed to check the shoes, and I ended up with two pairs in the right size that I can't wear at all. I had to make the 45-minute driving back from Levittown, PA, and on top of that, we had to pay for the EZ Pass. The manager wasn't helpful; she claimed she couldn't do anything about it. I've wasted both time and money. Be aware and check everything yourself; otherwise, they seem to just stand around all day without doing much.

I bought a hoodie with them which came unstitched from the factory, I came to have it changed and the Adidas assistants did not want to change it, disappointed that a brand like Adidas sells items with manufacturing defects and the staff refuses to make an exchange,

My problem is that the clearance sneaker wall never has prices on them. You basically have to try and get a sales associate to get a price, or wait in line to go to the registers in order to get a price on sneakers. Very annoying and time consuming, I would love if these sneakers actually had a price on them.

My recent experience at Adidas left me quite disappointed due to the behavior of one particular manager. While I fully understand and accept that we were in the wrong and violated certain rules, the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and rude.The manager in question approached us to address the issue. However, her approach was confrontational and condescending from the beginning. Instead of calmly explaining the situation and the rules we had violated, she chose to berate us in front of other customers. We all make mistakes, and I believe in owning up to them. However, the way this manager handled the situation felt like a personal attack rather than an attempt to educate and resolve the issue. Her tone was dismissive, and she made us feel humiliated, which is unacceptable in any customer service setting.I want to emphasize that we have no problem with adhering to the rules and accept the consequences when we are in the wrong. What we do take issue with is the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by this manager. Customer service should always prioritize respectful communication, even in challenging situations.I hope that this Adidas store can address this issue and provide better training for their management team to ensure that customers are treated with dignity and respect, even when addressing rule violations. In the future, I hope to have a more positive experience at this establishment.

Overall, you can find very good deals. I was not greeted walking into the store and nobody came up to ask if I needed help finding anything, I had to seek out an associate to find a size of shoes. Clothes area was clean but the shoe area was a mess. It was busy in there, I knew what I wanted, went up to the counter with my shoes…associate at the counter was not personable, quite frankly looked like they didn’t want to be there, they rang up my shoes and was about to put them in the bag without checking to make sure sizes were correct or if there were right/left shoes in the box. Having worked retail myself, specifically in shoes, I can’t say I would want to shop there again just based off of the lack of customer service I experienced. The only saving grace were the promotions.

I ordered something online to be picked up from this store. When I arrived today, the store was closed with signs saying they do not know when they will open again. I contacted customer service who then gave me the number for the store... Of course no one is answering the phone because the store is closed. Not sure how to proceed with getting my order...

I am surprised to see this store rated so highly. I was quickly able to find the sneakers I was looking for, but noticed half of the sneakers (including the pair I wanted) were priced 10$ more than some of the other same pairs. The man in front of me in line clearly had a disability, and the cashier was not friendly when his card wasn’t working properly, which upset me initially. I waited in line for 5 minutes while the situation was resolved, and was never given an apology for the wait even though there were many other workers on the floor who could have hopped on the register. Then when asked about the price difference of the sneakers, the cashier yells across the store at another worker who was chatting with a woman at the door, and he takes his grand time to come over. He takes the shoes that I wanted to buy, and walks to the section, notices the ones priced incorrectly and carries a large stack to the back. I allowed several customers ahead of me because it took him 15 minutes in the back. He clearly made a mistake and was fixing all of the boxes because the stack of shoes came back out and was put on the shelf before returning to the register with my shoes. He then proceeded to give me the discount after fixing his mistakes. There was ZERO apology for any of the mistakes/time/service anything that happened. I will NOT be returning or recommending this store!!

The Adidas store is much smaller than the Nike store but was easily much more crowded, making it a bit difficult to walk around without having to maneuver through aisles and side-step between people. The store itsel was a little dirty and messy. But the cashiers were personable and service was good. I was in and out. I would definitely return but would encourage the store manager to be a little bit more on top of the appearance.

You have to log into your ID verification account to get veterans discount. Before all you had to do was show your veterans identification card. They making it more difficult to get veterans and military discounts. The kid that told me to do it was probably about 23 years old. He has absolutely no idea what a veteran is. I'm very disappointed with the Adidas corporation.

very nice beach. Not too crowded. Cape May is bueatiful. Enjoyed looking at all the well preserved architecture. The shops are very nice and the restaurants and bars are quaint. Also town is very easy to navigate on foot.

I asked for the price of the Official 2018 World Cup Soccer ball to the store guy who also happens to be the store manager... I really did want to buy one as a gift to my friend.He sarcastically , mocked and told me it a cheap thing and suggested I try buying 2 of them as It's only $160 each ... How I wish I'd tell him that's what I get paid an hour, I did politely tell him that it's not funny to mock people based on their race or skin color.He certainly mocks people based on Color and Race ... Someone should talk to this guy and get him some sense of humour.

The young staff at this site is rude and ignorant they purposely left an alarm tag on my daughter's pants and when the door alarm went off and we returned to the register the young girl acted as if she didn't know but we watched her leave it on but we didn't say anything until we went back to thew register and she laughed as if it was funny, very childish. On the same occasion I was followed thru the store by a tall young man who no matter how many times I told him I was just looking, would resurface and ask again, because I was only in the store a short period of time but was approached by this same young mean more than 6 times. I felt harassed and extremely annoyed because I have spent thousands of dollars over the least 30 years in Adidas on my children and myself because they make sneakers that are comfortable on my bad feet

Great place to get a good buy. Being a huge fan of Adidas clothing n kicks, this is one of my favorite places to visit. They always have a great price but usually for a few days or month, u can get like 30%-50% off the already knocked down price.

I was in store today and bought items that were buy 3 get one free. The lady said the shirts were on sale so she would have to ring up full price if I wanted them to be buy 2 get one. How does that make sense

If im going to catch covid, this is hands down the place to get it. What a mess, i walked in maybe 2 mins before i was out the door. The sneaker section looked as if someone was literally opening the boxes and shoving them back on the racks. No one was 6 feet apart. Just walking in there was 5 people standing together at the door.

The amount of people they are allowing in here in a pandemic is SCARY. I left without purchasing anything because people were bumping into me it was so crowded.
