I love CVS! I always receive coupons which makes it easier to purchase the things I need. I would highly recommend CVS to all my friends and family.

I've always had great experiences at this CVS. Anson knows me by name and has always been nice. I did see him chide a customer who was checking out her normal purchase in the pharmacy line at the beginning of the quarantine as the rear store register is now reserved for prescriptions only -- there was a line in the front of the store as well as the back. She was really being an a-hole and loudly declared she didn't care that the rear was just supposed to be for folks getting her prescription. I thought he was right. All the other people I've encountered have always been polite and helpful though I miss Sheryl. The bathrooms are dirty though!

The pharmacy staff is outstanding. One can see how busy they areon an hourly basis. It is a non stop services center. I have been managing my parents medication for 3 plus years and the staff and manager Marriane Elias are always there to help me, with a smail and always ask how the folksare doing. My dad passed away 2 yrs ago, now my mom is the focus. And speaking of focus, Marriane and her team are very conscientious to detail, hence their seriousness about what and who they are supporting. That team is my chill pill when I work in and they all work so well together and the respect Marriane has for her team and customers. You can tell a well oiled group.Diane Vasko

Not worthy of even 1 star.HORRIBLE pharmacy staff and very poorly stocked pharmacy! They never seem to have any medicines in stock. It’s a pharmacy!!!I was there on Sunday. The pharmacist - a lady - did not get her name- INCREDIBLY RUDE! She had an attitude, pretended she could not see me and was totally disinterested in moving a muscle to help resolve my issue.Unfortunately this is the only CVS in Bernardsville. I hope someone from the CVS Corporate team tries to rectify the situation at this CVS.The pharmacists at this CVS need to be reminded that they are here to help customers get their prescriptions. They need to learn customer service from the Walgreens pharmacists.. Every pharmacist at Walgreens is so polite and helpful. They go out of their way to help resolve issues.I have to move to CVS because my insurance needs me to. Butthis pharmacy sucks!!Despite all the negative reviews over the years not much seems to have changed here. CVS Corporate needs to step in. I should not have to drive 5 miles or more to get my prescriptions because the the pharmacy 0.4 miles from my house is managed by very unpleasant and unhelpful staff and never seems to to be able to fill a prescription.

I ve been dealing with this CVS since I moved here 8 years ago. I have seen so many Managers in the pharmacy come and go and I was happy to see each one go, they were terrible at their jobs and had poor attitudes. The only constant in that pharmacy is Amy who is a pharmacist. If not for her I would have left that pharmacy long ago. Amy is wonderful to deal with. She is competent and caring and is always willing to find the answer you need. If you agree please write it here. Good people who care are hard to find, she is one of the very best!

Daisy had amazing customer service skills when answering the phone to transferring me to the night manager Joe to help look up a receipt. Both Joe and Daisy were super helpful and easy to work with! 😊

every single time i go in there my medications are never ready. Even when i go on the app and fill them 24 hours in advance. I got so fed up with the horrible service at this pharmacy i spent 3 hours on a work day calling all my doctors and changing to a family owned non cvs pharmacy. this place is all around horrible and the worst part is the attitude filled judgemental pharmacist, Mariana. she threatened to not give me my medication (which is illegal for her to do) after i asked her to do her job and talk to my doctor which she failed to do. i ended up getting my medication but it cost me $130 because Mariana would not do what she is paid to do. i wouldnt reccomend this pharmacy to my worst enemy.

This pharmacy has issues they need to resolve. I’ve had multiple negative experiences such as:-My doctor writes a prescription, and then this CVS says they do not have it in stock, but that I can “drive around to other CVS’s to try and find it”, but I can’t do that because my prescriptions are controlled substances, so instead I have to call back for days at a time asking how and why they don’t have my prescription ready, messing up the entire timeline of my prescriptions-My doctor writes a prescription with a date and they say that they cannot fill it yet because its “not time” to fill it yet. Since when is CVS making calls and when it is and isn’t time to fill someone’s prescription? Isn’t this between a patient and doctor?-I ask them questions like “when did I last refill this prescription” and they give me false info multiple times before realizing they were looking at the wrong thing (only after I ask them to please double check).

The pharmacy has the worst service I have ever had to deal with in any company. Every single month for the past 16 months, they will misplace my paper prescription on file, I will be without medication for a day or two and then they will happen to find the prescription and I will get the text on my phone that the prescription is ready. The consistent lack of effort in their job is embarrassing, and aggravating to deal with.

Go somewhere else. Pharmacy keeps you on hold forever, I'm on hold right now for 15 minutes and have time to kill for this review. If there is a problem with any med, you cannot fix it on the app and you have to call in to the pharmacy. I don't think that it is the employees' fault, I think that CVS just understaffs the store. Go somewhere else if you can.

The pharmacy is terrible. They consistently screw up our prescriptions and the costs. Three separate times over the past few months I’ve waited in line to pick up and get to register to find that the cost or prescription was incorrect. Instead of correcting the issue with me as the current cusomer (who has already waited in line), they take other customers and make me wait in line again. Terrible way to treat customers.

Rude and lazy pharmacy customer service. Every single time it’s an issue. Finally switched after they deleted my wife’s prescription out of system because they couldn’t fill. Found out when we called CVS town over (10 mins later) to get it filled and they noted it wasn’t in the system anymore. Completely unacceptable.

Do NOT come here for passport photos. Go down the street to Rite Aid for a much better (and cheaper) experience. So many things went wrong with CVS's passport photo service at this location. 1)They used a very small/cheap digital camera. 2)The sales rep didn't offer us to review the photo prior to printing 3)After printing the sales rep took us to the register (without showing the photo) 4)Before handing over payment ($14.99 plus tax) we insisted on looking at the photo first and it was blurry 5)The sales rep said it wasn't blurry (it was) then offered to take it again 6)Again on the 6th attempt still didn't offer us to review the photo and went to printing 7)On the second printing attempt the machine stopped working so the sales rep told us we can come back another time or purchase the first (blurry) photo. WHAT?!We ended up leaving without getting any photo, went down the street to the Rite Aid, and their service was so much better and cheaper ($8.99 plus tax). Rite Aid had a more professional camera and the sales rep offered us to review prior to printing. It was a very smooth transaction.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! The manager named Monica is racist and discriminates the customers! My daughter and her friends walk in and she follows them around! At first when my daughter told me, I thought it was because my daughter is young and the store doesn't want kids in there. So when my daughter and I walked in the store, she hurried up from the register and called someone else to take over so she could follow us! She asked if I needed help and I said no thank you! As I walked around and there were at least another 6 customers in that store and she wasn't following them. She said I was going to ask you if you needed help. I said you already asked me and I said no I didn't need any help! She then stated she goes around asking her other customers if they need help but she NEVER did. All she did was follow us! Then when I asked her why she didn't ask everyone else for help, she picked up her phone. DIDNT HAVE AN ANSWER! RUDE, RACIST and DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOR! I am appalled by this behavior. Beware of this place!!!! I would give negative stars if allowed!

Never has scripts on time, and you're lucky if the pharmacist even makes it to work on time. Good luck getting them to answer their phone too, they NEVER answer the phone!

The girl in the pharmacy with the ton of make up on is the rudest person. What happened to the people who used to work in this pharmacy. Probably gonna start using a different pharmacy if I have to deal with her every time I go in

Got there literally at 5 p.m. when they close but they didn't turn me away and I was able to get my prescription. They are polite on the phone. Great customer service!
