Glenn is the best! My dogs have been his clients for over 18 years! He was the only one in my area that hand strips wire fox terriers. Plus he’s good with my Yorkshire terrier. All my dogs have been going to him since they were puppies.

Just moved to the area and needed to find a groomer for my boys. Just picked them up and Glenn did any amazing job! I’m very particular with how I like them groomed and usually have to ask to have them fixed whe I pick the. Up, but not this time! Glenn did everything I asked and he is super friendly and seems to love what he does. Price was very reasonable and was able to make an appointment a week out. Highly recommend and so glad I found our new groomer!!

Glenn did a wonderful job on our puppy! He looks and smells great and came home a happy camper! We were worried about his first hair cut but Glenn took such great care of him and gave him the perfect puppy cut while still keeping his little beard longer.

I brought my 3 Chihuahuas to Glenn and he did an amazing job!! Their nails were cut to perfection, their fur was so soft, and they smell so good! Usually at other pet groomer's that I have been to, the shampoo smell fades away within hours but not here! Treated my dogs very well and they came out happy and clean! would recommend! very friendly atmosphere! you can see Glenn takes pride in his work and loves the animals like his own!

Glenn is a fantastic groomer! We have been taking our three labradoodles there for a few years and have been very pleased with his services. We recently got a fourth dog and he was very patient with her for her first grooming session. Glenn has a calm demeanor and is very knowledgeable. When we first went to Glenn, one of our dogs had been very leery of grooming in general. Glenn allowed me to stay with him to keep him calm and to help make sure he felt safe during the session. We love Glenn!

Our dog Oliver was scarred by bad experiences at other groomers. We went to Glen at World Class Grooming. He patiently listened to our past experiences and he worked out a solution that allowed Oliver to receive his best grooming to date. By the end of the appointment we could see that Glen had gained his confidence (as well as ours). Needless to say, we immediately signed up Oliver for his next grooming. Debated giving one star just so y'all would stop booking up Glenn's time!Glenn is great, my 3 year old yellow lab rescue comes out of this place looking great. Its a morning drop-off with a call a few hours later for a pick-up. Super convenient and easy-peasy.I joked about it earlier, but actually -1 star for trying to book a date & time here. Often times there's nothing available within 6+ weeks of the day you call, so do plan ahead. Since this is effectively a one-man shop, you know who you're dealing with at all times but it can be hard to get in the door!

Glenn is a super nice guy, caring, and extremely professional. We brought our badly matted long-hair cat to him as a last resort, for our vet couldn’t remove her mats without sedating. With our cat being 17 years old, we didn’t want to subject her to sedation. On very short notice, Glenn was able to accommodate us. With my wife and I helping him by holding the cat as he directed us, he completely removed all the mats in about 35 minutes. We never realized that mats could cause not only appearance issues, but general distress to the cat. Glenn explained the necessity of removing them. The cat trusted him too, cooperating fully, to our delight (she wasn’t this compliant at the vet). Glenn followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure the kitty was doing alright. Since the procedure, our feline has been more active, eating better, and generally feeling more up-beat.We’re extremely satisfied with his service and care, and highly recommend Glenn.

I was very worried about how my dog would react to a groomer. He is 2 yrs old and has only been groomed by myself. I was told about Glenn, from the owner of Barbie's. She assured me that if anyone could help, it would be Glenn. I am so happy to write this review, to let others know that the reviews are correct, he is FANTASTIC! He treated our dog with such tenderness and loving care, that I am forever grateful! I will no longer be cutting his hair on my OWN! Thank you, Glenn! See you again...soon.

Glenn is awesome !!! This was my first time there . My puppy had some matting on his fur . The former groomer suggested sedating him and refused to even give him a bath! I contacted Glenn in a bit of a jam as he came HIGHLY recommended .He was patient , kind and kept his hair long on his face area .We booked again , and found out forever groomer .Thank you SO Much for taking good care of my baby .🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶

Glenn was amazing with my dog! I have a 15 year old who is extremely difficult. He suffers from arthritis, fibromyalgia, has become very skittish. He also needs to be medicated when going to the vet or for a grooming. Glenn was completely unfazed by my dogs behavior. He patiently worked with him & was very caring! It's very stressful to bring my dog to the groomer. Glenn made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog in his very capable hands!

I can't thank Glenn enough for helping us with our difficult dog! He was a last resort to get my dog Leo's paws trimmed and nails clipped since we were told by another groomer not to bring him back. I have tried several different ways training Leo to have his nails and paws trimmed, each to very temporary avail. If this didn't work, I felt my last and only resort was to have this work done at his vet, sedated. Glenn was great, we forewarned him that our dog is difficult, and he allowed both me and my husband to help restrain Leo, despite COVID-19 restrictions (of course we were all masked). Glenn wasn't the least bit fazed, he just got to work and did the job quickly as my husband and I wrestled Leo. Thank you so much Glenn! We will definitely be back, though my husband pointed out that now the difficult part would be getting Leo back in there. Highly recommend, especially if you're in a last resort situation like me with your pet!

I had my two dogs going to their old groomer up in Bergen county for years when we lived there and even when we moved to Madison three years ago but after having a baby we realized it was too much for the dogs along with our baby to make the drive just for haircuts . Glenn got very good reviews on Googles and came across as one of the best groomers in the area so we decided to give him a shot. I’m very happy we did because he gave my two shih tZua excellent haircuts and Glenn knew what I wanted without being able to explain it well. He also had them groomed relatively quick compared to how long their old groomer would take so it was great. He called as soon as they were done and he is the nicest as well. They’ll be going back in 6 week!

Glen did such a fantastic job with my 2 bulldogs. I typically bathe and brush them myself (I’m a perfectionist) but during the winter months it’s really tough. I hate to dirty up my bathroom and they shed SO much! They both came up happy, smelling great, and not shedding (for the time being)! We will definitely be going again!

I've been getting my cat groomed here for a couple years now and I absolutely love it. It took me quite a long time to find someone who grooms a cat, let alone affordably and who does a great job. I moved to Rhode Island last year, tried to look around from someone new without any success so now I make an appointment to get the kitty groomed up when I visit family! Highly suggest!!
