5 stars. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the names of the pharmacist and staff who helped me on Sunday, but they were KIND, and processed my prescriptions quickly. Their kindness was exceptional, and I felt cared for. Thanks Walgreens BH!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Store is disorganized and messy. Employees are always unhappy when I ask for help. I never came across such a rude manager like Alicia. Avoid store and pharmacy at all costs.

If I could give negative stars I will. I this is not the first time I have had a terrible experience at this Walgreens. They are extremely slow in attending to customers. I made an appointment for Covid vaccine and filled out all paperwork online. I arrived 5 minutes before appointment and waited 20 minutes just to be asked to fill out paperwork again. After that I had to wait another 20 minutes at which point I really need to leave for a meeting. I asked the pharmacist and she said they are getting ready for me in the little room on the side. Another 10 minutes goes by and the nurse who was standing there the whole time calls my name. So essentially I waited 50 minutes to get a vaccine even though I made an appointment and arrived before my appointment. Talk about vaccine hesitancy - this is a total deterrent for me to get vaccinated as they don’t make it easy at all.Go o another Walgreens. This one is not great.

Happy ending…after miscommunication and some other frustrating issues, it had looked like I was not going to get my medication delivered until the next day, but after hearing how uncomfortable I was with my symptoms, the pharmacist surprised me by delivering my script after his shift ending at 10pm. So though I could focus on the aggravating issues, I choose to focus on the professional and kind act. Thank you!

So much better than other pharmacies in many ways…EXCEPT for the drive through which they just don’t have properly manned. They tell you a drop off prescription will be ready in 15-30 mins and when you go back after 2 hours…they tell you it is not ready and they’re still working on it!!! Urgggg! Also…you could wait up to 15 mins in line at the drive through just to speak to someone. I’m doing it because of all the viruses that are around. Will go back to the inside walk up counter as soon as it feels safe out there!

The Pharmacy is great , as are its pharmacists'. I have a mother in stage 4 cancer and also pick up a prescription for myself monthly. They always are friendly and have gone out of their way to help my mom by getting her meds assembled quickly and has called her insurance on her behalf. All the normal ladies and gents deserve an applause for all the Covid Vaccines they have administered as well

Don’t go there for your prescriptions. My mom had a prescription called in and we waited for more than a day for it to be filled. First when I went there, they told me they haven’t checked their messages (which had been almost 3hours since the prescription was called in). I then called more than 24 hours to check the status. I was then told the prescription was on hold. When I asked the person on the phone when it meant. She told me she doesn’t know. My mom has been waiting for this medicine for more than a day and she has been miserable. Do not go there for prescription unless you want to wait for more than 24 hours for it to be filled.

Staff is friendly, but check your receipt. Several instances of items not matching pricing on the shelves (higher at the register). Still, better than the competitor up the block.PS Michael is still 5 stars. Those who live here know what I'm talking about.

Needed a nebulizer to keep my babe out of the ER for the 2nd time in 24 hours. We waited as told and it wasn't ready when they said it would be. When I explained the ER prevention situation they just looked at me like "how dare you attempt to rush us." Nice care and concern for a child under the age of 2. Lead pharmacist was super helpful but the other girls were caddy and were spending their time gossiping about customers instead of assisting.

Best store for anything you need. Most importantly, Michael is the highlight of our store. He remembers everyone’s name, asks about my job, my son, and can help you in any way when he is there. I’ve never had any issues here. Sometimes pharmacy drive through is busy, but going inside can help. I’m so thankful this store is not one that has been chosen to close.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! So I use the photo center here to develop my pictures for my Kodak camera. I went in on December 8th. The girl at the counter told me she would send them out and my ticket I kept said to come back on December 15th to pick them up. Long story short, I spoke to the “assistant manager”, Gloria who was trying to assist me. When I told her I spoke to just about every employee at Walgreens she laughed in my face. She did not once apologize for how long this process was taking. Richard was assisting me the most , actual manager, and called me about when to pick them up. So I went in on January 24th and FINALLY they were ready. Richard told me on the phone that an employee sent it to the wrong photo center. I picked them up and Gloria was there, miserable as usual. Richard gave me 15% off which I appreciate but it only took off $1.50. I nicely asked Gloria if she had a photo coupon or something and she immediately said no. She did not even look around or offer me something different. Clearly, she doesn’t know how to interact with customers and I was a very loyal Walgreens customer so I will not be returning for anything. I still had to pay $14 for my pictures that I patiently waited on for almost 2 months! DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I thought this would be better than the awful CVS location up the street. Turns out standards are equally low here. Not the fault of the staff who are patient and nice, just feels like they are always understaffed in the pharmacy.

I LOVE this store. They are discrete, non-judgemental and have wonderful customer service. I've had power trip issues in the past where pharmacists insist on asserting rigid rules just to be able to control the situation. I have never experienced anything like that with this crew. Every person I speak with is kind and 100% rational.

The woman named Amanda in charge of the pharmacy is the most helpful person I have ever encountered in a store. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the best use of my coupons and was so pleasant with a smile on her face that would make the world smile! Thanks for all the help Amanda!!!

Just pick up my medicine from this Walgreens. There is no one else in drug department. The employee was showing unfriendly attitude to me for unknown reason. It’s around 9am and there is near zero customer. How can the employee showed attitude when there is no urgent load?No wonder the average rating is not too pretty.

Always have a great experience here! Walgreens' products are varied and useful, and the pricing is consistently good. The pharmacy staff is quick, pleasant and helpful whether we go through the drive through or walk in. And I love their selection of chocolate!

Every time I come to the drive through I get left waiting for at least 15 minutes before someone acknowledges my existence. This last time I was told to ring the bell. Maybe someone should put a sign to ring the bell isnstead of hoping you’ll see it while looking down from your car window!

Apparently it is too difficult for the people working in the photo area to cut your pictures to the actual size that you ordered. Instead, they do an approximate job so that you can then spend half an hour at home painstakingly cutting your photos to the size that will actually fit in the frame. Guess you have to be a special kind of idiot to work there!!!

Stood there in front of the cashier and manager for 5 minutes while they tinkered with their cash register. They did not acknowledge my presence and did not offer any explanation for keeping me waiting. They did not even look up when I left what I had planned to purchase on the counter and left. Two rude employees who did not care in retail- has not happened to me before.

The worst pharmacy. Save yourself the aggravation. Not only did they mess up a prescription in the past but i dropped off a prescription they said it'd be ready in an hour I know how bad they suck so I gave more time went back and they DIDN'T EVEN START IT. Than they said they had to call the doctor. Not using them anymore. Its a joke.

They continuously contact my former doctor to try and refill prescriptions. I cannot get automatic refills, because they don’t go to the right doctor. No matter how many times I explain the situation nobody listens.

they are informative.. helpful.. and never ever lose control even though sometimes I can get on peoples nerves asking the same questions over and over.. I switched to them about 5 years ago and I never plan on switching again..
