Brought my fussy boy to this store for bath. Good experience. You can buy 5 self-wash only for $40! Good deal! It has two wash stations, one for large dogs, the other for small/mid breeds. Shampoos are provided by the store(oatmeal/ puppy/regular). Towels and aprons are available for optional use. Vacuum is available, but only cool air is available,my dog doesn’t like it. His hair is only 70% dry. Overall, the place is nice!

We placed an order online for pickup, and it was ready quickly. We brought our pup and walked through store which was organized well and clean. We purchased toy and treat as well. Service at register was great. They provide complimentary treats but do not give to pup which helps with training. They brought our pickup order up quickly by name and even brought it to our car which was awesome since it was large bag of food. We joined their rewards program and get great coupons. We will definitely be return shoppers!

This place is the worst, the animals here are in horrible conditions. There were so many dead fish, we saw multiple fish eating other dead ones. And so many fish dead and stuck to the filters. The tanks weren’t clean either. The rodent area also smelled so strongly. Horrible place.

Good Customer Service ResolutionL I went shopping there a week ago, as a stop by there pretty regularly. I had an issue with purchasing some items, and the interaction did not go well. However, things can change. Sometimes staff have a bad moment, but it is one that they can learn from. Thanks to the efforts of Emma and Jeff, their solution to my very sensitive and unfortunate experience has been happily resolved. I’m happy to report that there can be good customer service and it’s nice to see some people still remember that.

Friendly staff, great pricing and I love the sales they have here. They also let you wash your dogs here I believe and have cardboard boxes for the cans I get for my cat, making it easier to carry. Love it here

Pet Supplies Plus has a diverse selection of cat, dog, fish, etc. supplies. Definitely sign up for the loyalty program as the discounts provided help make the best possible foods for your pet affordable and in the case of Oliver, our fearless British bulldog, treats and toys. The staff are courteous and helpful and most are pet owners so you’re getting real advice and answers to questions that only a pet owner could provide. The store is clean and the self service grooming is great for not only pets that might have a better experience in the hands of their owners but also saves money especially with the discount card for multiple washes/use of the facilities. Don’t forget to look out for discounted items, they are often up to 75% and are located throughout the store on all types of products. Glad they are part of our community.

Terrible customer service by older tall gentleman at the register, maybe manager or owner. Stopped by as a doordasher, I said I'm doordashing so he can scan the barcode doordash asigns, his response was, I don't care what you're doing as long as you can pay. Asked for a brown bag that most shops like petsmart etc give to doordasher, his response, no bags, we sell bags, do you want a bag, YES or NO. The hostilty I experience in this shop should not be experience by no more customer. I'm latin, maybe it was racial, can't say for sure. But that's not way to run a business. Would not recomend this business to anyone. There is always professional businesses like petsmart, shakeapaw, etc.

Pet Supplies Plus in Berkeley Heights is my GO TO pet store... The store is always clean and well stocked and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I could shop at closer pet stores but candidly I don't like the treatment on receives in those stores...

Took the dog for a ride today we stopped in and picked up some Science Diet and food and one of the lovely gentleman there gave my dog a little soft treat cuz my dog has no teeth but he eats well and he's a good boy thanks guys.

Only giving 2 stars because the actual fact they have a self service station but other than that I can't even believe how disgusting it was. It smells horrible from the moment you walk in the station, the actual station had grime on the tub part of it, there are no aprons so you don't get sopping wet, the tub is mad shaky and doesn't even feel secure. Then when you actually have to get your dog they give you 1 towel, which is ridiculous and there is water all over the place, so the dog stays wet and so do you. This should not be acceptable when using a dog washing station. Staff was also rude!

The Berkeley Heights store will not help me bag my order I get canned food have to put all the cans which I am very willing to do but there is a man there and he holds his hands while your doing all the work. I find it very rude

This is a review mostly for the VIP Pet Care Clinic that is held in the Pet Supplies Plus. This pet clinic is held every other Sunday from 10-1130- double check VIP Pet Care's website for hours. The set up is first come first serve. The set up is very efficient, the vet and the vet team were fantastic with my dog. Great option for getting your pets up to date w/ shots and nail trims at a more affordable price. Pet Supplies Plus is also a great place to grab your pet supplies :)

Newly reorganized store, large selection of dog and cat food. Dog wash has just been reopened with room for two dogs.They have live aquatic fish, some fish supplies and tanks as well as reptile food, supplies and tanks.Does not provide grooming or other services and not as large as say Petco but I seem to find all the products my family needs for our dog and reptile here at Pet Supplies Plus.With respect to dog food, I find it helpful that they are able to look up my information at the register and provide the last dog food brand/flavor I purchased.Staff is friendly and helpful too.

The convenience of a local store with high prices.. Staff is not helpful. They barely know the merchandise. Make sure they charge you the right price. The price on the shelves isn't always reflected at the register.

Just made me a customer for life! I’ve never shopped at this store/location before. I called them in a scramble about 2 months ago looking for a specific food for one of our pets (Royal Canin Feline Wet Food. . Everywhere was sold out of it. EVERYWHERE. The kind girl/woman on the phone said that she could take down my name and number and call me when they get a shipment in. I received a voicemail from Jessica yesterday afternoon notifying me that they received the product I was looking for and would keep it on hold until they heard from me. I had completely forgot about it. I called back this morning and said I’d pick it up soon! When I arrived at the store this evening, I was greeted with the same kindness and professionalism from the young lady working the front. I did not get her name unfortunately. Thank you so much for you’re kindness to all. Will be back soon!

Always friendly and helpful. Best prices on quality cat food you are going to find within a 45 minute drive. Great dog food prices. You want a toy or a collar? THEY HAVE IT! I have seen larger pet stores with less stock, not as clean and charge more. Love this place!

Great, clean, really big pet supply store, but surprisingly NOT a large selection of cat treats especially freeze-dried one ingredient cat treats..but they do have a large wet & dry cat food selection and a variety of litter brands also a big selection of cat toys😸 They also carry dog supplies and fish and snake and other types of pet supplies. The employees are very friendly and helpful!

By far my favorite pet store ever. The workers are very nice (especially the girls in the fish department). They have unbeatable prices for fish, aquarium supplies, and general pet supplies. For a chain pet store, they have a great selection of aquarium fish. While they do lack some of the rarer fish in the aquarium hobby, they never fail to surprise me with new fish each week. This place is my immediate "go to" for any of my pet needs.

All things pets !! From outfits for your furry friend to snacks and other misc items, you should have no problem in finding items for your pets. All in all, I liked that they had a treats buffet but the prices for most of the treats displayed are rather high.

I was looking for a particular product that's getting harder to find nowadays. I would get it at Petco. But Pet Supplies Plus is closer so I called to see if they have it and the manager said they did. Well, in my travels that day, I came across a Petco so I stopped, but they didn't have it. I went to Pet Supplies Plus, expecting to find it and it turns out that that the manager was mistaken, they did not have it. So why 5 stars? The manager was so apologetic and showed me comparable items. And as I browsed the store, liked it very much. Got what I needed and was even delighted to see a donation box for animal shelters which I could easily contribute to. Very nice store, very pleasant staff.

Very large and clean store. Everything is well organized and easy to find. I especially like the specialty doggie treats they have available, makes it feel like your snack shopping for the kiddies😊
