3/19/24 Devin was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to my photo issue. A previous employee attempted to retrieve my order, however, was not successful. Devon was kind and educated regarding the issue at hand thank you for your help!

The store is relatively new, so it’s very neat and clean. Shelves are pretty well stocked.Next a busy bus stop, gets lots of commuter traffic. The store is open till midnight, pretty handy to get over the counter meds late night.

If I could give it a zero I would. The pharmacist was so rude and irresponsible. You can literally waste all your day trying to get your prescriptions from this pharmacy. Poor communication between the staff and the pharmacist so because of this prescriptions aren't filled or even filled properly. The pharmacist just had a "no care" attitude. I am planning on taking our families prescriptions elsewhere.

Stay away from this place. Go to the one down the street. I just had the rudest encounter with a cashier and consequently a supervisor (while trying to mediate and have a conversation about an uncomfortable and potentially discriminatory situation with said cashier). Unbelievably unprofessional and incredibly demeaning.This is first time I have ever had to call corporate. Having worked in retail and food service myself, I am patient and understanding with my fellow peers. It takes a lot to get me to push back. However, lines that should NEVER have been crossed, were crossed today and that absolutely needs to be remedied.

I just came out of this walgreens. I'm appalled by the unprofessionalism of the cashier. I just bought 3 boxes of children's Tylenol and when I asked when the next shipment of children's motrin may be. She was extremely sly in her delivery. "Well there's a shortage but if people would stop by 3 or 4 at a time and just what they need". At first I understood her but she quickly looked at my purchase and rolled her eyes.I told her my kid is actually sick and I don't like what you're implying. Older lady with glasses. I've never encountered such inconsiderate behavior at this location. She has no right and no understanding of my personal situation. I really hope management corrects this attitude and teach their employees to keep their opinions to themselves. They certainly don't get paid to do that.

Don’t go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist will discriminate against you if you take certain medications. I had always went to one pharmacy for years, and wanted a pharmacy closer to my parents home. Unfortunately when I tried to have my prescription sent, once Ms. Pharmacist was informed of the medication, she refused to accept it or take my insurance card. Additionally, she stated I have to live in the zip-code. Mind you, I grew up in this town and lived here for over 25 years. The best part is another pharmacy in town had no problem assisting me, and it just all just shows me this particular pharmacist is prejudiced, and maybe should work in a different field…..one star only because I have to to post the review. Oh, and I am going to speak to an attorney about this incident because people should not feel like they are criminals for filling a valid prescription.

I am VERY upset by how one of the employees at 4:50pm on 1/22/23 spoke to my mother when she went to pick up my picture order. He was very condescending and rude in telling her with an attitude that I MUST'VE sent it to the wrong store DESPITE my confirmation number and email saying that it was at their store. After my mother put me on speaker to try to sort out the situation he was still adamant that my order was not there and telling me I was wrong. FINALLY (and the only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1) the assistant manager came over to figure out what happened and FOUND the picture order that he said was not there. I have been ordering pictures from this location since it OPENED and still do even though I currently live in Passaic County. I may have to change that if this is how newer employees treat customers.

Pharmacist was rude and unprofessional. After she hung up the phone on me, I called back maybe it was a accident. It was intentional and she even admitted to it.. Continued to get an attitude from her and still refused to help me.Not looking forward to picking up my prescription. In a week when it will be ready. Is every experience at the Walgreens pharmacy at 241 North Washington Ave. In Bergenfield going to be like this?This is acceptable by Walgreens standards?

I waited nearly an hour for my prescription after talking to a pharmacist before going back in line waiting another 30 minutes, actually having my prescription filled, but when i checked the medicine it was the wrong prescription. Had to wait in the line again only for them to tell me they were out of my original prescription. Incredibly unprofessional and could be considered medical malpractice had I not checked the label before taking the medicine.

Very sad for the second time I come to this pharmacy after 8 am which is the opening time. And the customers are outside waiting for the manager who rarely keeps the hours. Lack of respect for your customers. I hope something is done to fix this shame. After all, we all have a schedule to keep.

Went to get my disposable camera developed at this location... The employ who helped me didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered.(turns out she did a half a** job and didn’t do what she was supposed to) I dropped my pictures off around March 12 and was told they would be ready March 22. Went in and was told they won’t be ready for another week. For the past 6 weeks I was following up consistently with when they would be ready to only continually be given a runaround saying it’s still being processed. Then about a week ago my fiancée went in to see if they were ready, now the story changed and they were sent to the wrong store..... I called the next day to get the story of what’s really going on to be told one of the employees “mislabeled” the package and sent my undeveloped pictures to a recycling place. So many pictures LOST! Gone forever, all because of someone’s careless mistakes. There was some helpful people who called the recycling center to see if there was anyway to get the film back but as figured 6 weeks + have now passed and they are gone forever. It’s totally unacceptable, I appreciate the manager’s effort to resolving the issue (mind you she wasn’t even aware of the mess up in the first place) but still very disappointed and upset that I trusted Walgreens to develop my film. NEVER AGAIN will I give my business to this location or any Walgreens at that. To “compensate me” they gave me Walgreens points to use in the future. LOL like that will make up for the memories that camera held. I do understand mistakes happen, but it was a careless,& super sh**** mistake.

I came to pick up medicine for my 7 year old that has the flu and everyones standing outside still waiting for someone to open the store. It had been MINUTES passed 9 and nobody with a key was on time to open. Thats very unprofessional. On top of them sending me home last night without the medicine because they were closing in “3 minutes”

I came to ask about my wife's prescription on 23 Jan 2020 at 9:15 am. Talking to Amanda, she is saying that I need a prescription. I replied you people called doctor's office before and you should have a prescription in the system which was true. Amanda didn't bother to check and kept saying there is none. Somebody else in the pharmacy came and checked and found the prescription. In the course of doing this, I believe Amada's attitude was unacceptable. She even threw away empty medicine bottles which I needed.

Arrived 10 min early for a second booster and was kept waiting an additional 30 min with no one ahead of me. Did not mind waiting if the pharmacist wasn’t so rude and dismissive. This is not my usual Walgreens and will most likely never return.

Told me my prescription was invalid when it was written BY MY VET and I was told to take it to a regular pharmacy. What a waste of time and space this pharmacy is. I heard them turn away several people for bull shot reasons. They just don’t want to do their jobs

Generally enjoy coming to this Walgreens but the pharmacy is the worst. Went in as soon as they opened for a varicella vaccine and it took 45 minutes with barely any customers.

Totally ignored at the Drive thru pharmacy window while the woman - who clearly saw me - dealt with several walk up customers. She didn't alternate whom she handled. Unacceptable.

June 12 ,2018 ( 3:48pm ) I came to photo section , one of Walgreen staff ignored us when he knows that I needed assistance, he has no manners not asking if my family needed help , I didn't get his name , he was just sitting , his white tall Male, after 5 minutes , there's help and one of the female staff teach him how to press button on the wall for someone to assist a customer, that Walgreens staff is not an asset of Walgreens, no hi or hello , no manners at all...

I come to use WesternUnion but says our limit is $300. There’s no limit for sending meaning he is accepting money but not giving money 🙂 . Also limit like a kids limit . What’s that mean we have limit $300. It is funny
