Earlier this morning around midnight I stopped by one of my favorite stores which is Walgreens in Bergenfield S Washington St. I came across a honest well respected cashier by the name of King Cherief. A great man might I add. 👏 He did his job not well, but perfect. 👌 I was going through something tonight, although this was our first time meeting each other. He made me fill like he was part of my Family. Very genuine person authentic and trustworthy. Perfect Job 👌 you Should hire more Cahiers of this caliber. Don't ever discard this employee, this is one of your Assets of your company. Until next time King 🤴 Cherief. I came to write this review and of course i’m not surprised by all the awful reviews. I have been going to walgreens pharmacies for as long as I can remember and I just moved near this location. They have an 18/19 year old kid working the pharmacy telling me i have to pay for medication i never paid for. ever. i said did you use my copay card that I have on file that covers the rest of the amount? He said oh the coupons dont work this week its a system error. I said did you inform me of that and i missed a phone call? no of course not. So i wasted time and gas driving here just to be told “to call back later” not offering any type of solution. I’m not here buying a tv, i’m trying to get my medication to survive. Pharmacists are supposed too care. If you don’t care about people, there are plenty of other jobs. i’m home now with no medicine and no idea when i’m supposed to go back.

A tad understaffed (and you can tell who's a bit burnt out/had a bad day thanks to nasty customers) but that's not their fault. Overall, never had a negative experience here and lived nearby for nearly 3 Decades, so I know the local scene

Please if you can manage, do not take your children here for vaccination. Pharmacist administering the shots to my 6 year old was cold and dismissive, at the end I had to ask for our documentation and receipts. Maybe if we had been a different color the customer service would’ve been better but that’s saying something too now isn’t it. I only came here because they had the shots in stock next time I’ll just wait until the other nearby Walgreens has in stock. Disgusting!

The cashier was incredibly rude. When I asked his name, he mumbled something. I asked "Ronald?" He mumbled again. I asked "Ryland?" He then very clearly told me he was not going to repeat himself again. He was very unhelpful about a question I had about the price of an item I had purchased. When I said that if it wasn't the price on the sign, I might return it. He grabbed the item and returned it without anyone checking the sign, or asking if I wanted to return it for cash or on my card, since I had paid for my purchase with both. When the manager finally arrived, he was very nice. He checked the sign and took care of my refund. This cashier should not be working with people. He gives Walgreens a bad name. This is coming from a customer who is also a cashier.

Pretty much a typical Walgreens with just about everything you need for your health and personal appearance plus a pharmacy. Service was good and I got a greeting when I entered the store. Parking was easy as was the in/out access. Handy location right on the corner.

Clean and organized looks most Walgreens. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are a bit high but on par with most drug/convenience stores. 24 hours is helpful in case you need something late at night. Convenient location close to the border of a few different towns.

One of the cashier was very rude. I was buying the tide laundry soap it was on sale. And my mom wanted to buy as well. The rude cashier asked if we live in the same household, we can’t use the same Walgreens card, we have a discount card from a relative.I had a friend that worked there before and she was an amazing employee very nice and respectful not like the lady. And we have been using the discount for a long time any Walgreens had no problem with it, the sign had no sign of any limits. and that there’s not enough. I’m sure there should be stock.

Slow systems and noone picks up the phone.....need to find a mom and pop. Don't blame the Staff necessarily but the systems suck.

This is the most pathetic walgreens I have visited. There is no employee at photo center. I tell the girl at checkout I need help with photos. She said I will be there in a second and I am still waiting for 10 min with her looking at me waiting at photo center.I press the button for help at photo center and it starts announcement on pa that help needed in photo center. Still after 10 min 2 girls all of a sudden show up and one of them tells me my order was curbside when it was not. Absolutely rude with no courtesy. The manager should be fired right away. A 24 hr pharmacy with so much business should be easy to run. What a pathetic place! Forget about helping customer finding things they can't checkout order that's been placed online. What a shame! Will stay away unless an after hours emergency.

Walgreens you need to hire more people especially for the pharmacy. Always a wait and I'm here 25 minutes for a prescription I was told by text is ready. Misplaced and waiting for it to be refilled. This is totally unacceptable and would recommend people get their prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Called before coming here in regards western union service to make sure I will not be disappointed and be wasting my time, person who answered me “yes I can pick up my funds” but when in the location (she’s black, with long and curly hair, with rude approach) the assigned person told me “how much do u need? wow!!! Isn’t that my money? Very wrong approach!!! She added, I can only dispense 300$, try going across “stop and shop”. Just like that! Waste of my time!Ms. Western Union person, please if there’s a call for western union service better answer that call so that the customer will be given an exact information not when the person is in there and do not make your customer look like a liar in front of other customers. The person answered my call did not mentioned that you can only dispense 300$ not 359$.The management should look into this situation customer are treated poorly. Easy to say sorry but you have caused traumatizing incident. Poor customer service.

The Pharmacy is too non chalant and slow. The staff behind the counter don’t communicate very well with the customers. I waited almost an hour before the pharmacist simply told me I had to pick up my prescription tomorrow. Which is ironic because when I spoke to the pharmacist on the phone the day prior she said I could come in and pick up my medication. 1 Star.

PROS: This Walgreens I would consider is my back-up one. I like the fact it's 24 hours and their inventory is usually fully stocked. I'm always helped by a staff member named Bryan Fajaro who I believe is the assistant manager. There's also a good amount of parking.CONS: Touch to get into the lot since it sits on an intersection and you can easily miss it. Besides bryan, the staff is always a bit snippy towards me anytime i go insideOVERALL: I would come here if you're in the area, but I prefer the Dumont one a little more

It is amazing to me how some people just do not care. Do not go to this pharmacy. #walgreenspharmacy you have lost a loyal customer. I will be taking all of my pharmacy needs to small local pharmacy. I'm done with big corporate businesses. #supportsmallbusiness #shopsmall. I waited 3 hours with a sick 2-year-old in my arms for medication. They took 1.5 hours to tell me they were out of stock and another 1.5 hr to make a phone call to change the prescription. Finally 3 hours from my start time to give me what I needed for my sick child. Unfortunately #walgreens has lost a customer and her family.

I just left. Called to make a complaint but no one was there. So now I have twoNever in my life has anyone given me attitude as much as stefani the customer associate at the cashier.Was going to save the review but no one picked up on the phone And left me on hold which makes no sense because before I left I saw at least 5-6 associates on the floor when j was there

Worst walgreens ever!! I was there for 1 hour and a half to get an allergy medicine for my one year old who was itchy and had rashes and red marks all over her body and staff is not helpful at all, don’t communicate, never tells you what’s going on, make you wait without a need for it....my daughter’s medicine ready for over 30 min just sitting there with us waiting and they never bothered to check us out. ridiculous

Great store for quick pickup and pharmacy items.I do find that their inventory is never updated. When you ask someone to check the back they cannot find their items. Or they know the item is NOT in stock. Why not update your system so I dont feel like I'm bothering you?? Very frustrating to drive here and then to another town. I would like to stay in town and make purchases.

Worst Pharmacy. They are slow, and have long lines. Also we have to constantly call, and get status updates on medicines. Many times the medicines are out of stock and you have to wait. I have decided to move my prescriptions to another Walgreens.

It’s 3:15 am and my 24 hour Walgreens is closed. This is the second time that I come and it’s closed with no one in site. I’ve lived here for 14 years and this Walgreen has never been this bad.

There are never less than 5 people on line for the pharmacy, and the wait is never under 25 minutes. They need more staff.

Nothing is ever stock or nothing in the fridge employees are not there to help and pharmacy never has any of my prescriptions ready or never got it and I leave near about 5min why is it there for this is horrible is always bad service in there
