Hi, my name is Coco and I am a senior dog. I have been getting my hair done here with Kelly at Splashing Bubbles for almost my entire life and I am almost 16 years old I feel safe, very fancy and fresh when I leave. Sometimes I have too much fun at the beach and I come in very very messy and Kelly is very gentle with me and gives me lots of love. I am very thankful that my mom brings me here. 💕 I see other dogs that are much fancier than I am, they get pink highlights and I’m a little jealous because my mom won’t let me do that. Tell your mom or dad if they’re nervous about dropping you somewhere to get your hair done this is very safe and a very good place to go. It’s were all the cool dogs go. Much love! We've taken our two dogs, Angel and Russell to another groomer in the area and honestly, after noticing that Russell was pretty traumatized (would back away/shake when we’d try to touch him and would hide under table/chairs) after his last groomers appointment, we had to search for a new place and are so glad we came across Splashing Bubbles! They take such great care of our babies and are so gentle.We've been taking them to Splashing Bubbles regularly for about 3 years now. Deanna and all the staff are very organized, friendly and professional. They genuinely treat your dog as one of their own and as soon as you walk inside, they are always so warm and welcoming. Our babies come out looking and smelling so fresh with their cute little bandanas that they throw on each time. Honestly have never had a bad experience here, and I would highly recommend taking your pet for grooming at this business!

They did such an amazing job with my pup. Bailey is super hyper (like any 4 month old pup) but they took the time with him and he looks so handsome. His coat never felt so smooth. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Meeting all of them when dropping him off was important to me. It’s not always easy to leave your beloved pet with strangers but just seeing how they embraced Bailey the minute we walked through the door made me feel at ease. It does take a few hours but I checked in with them once during that time and they updated me right away. Price is fair for the service you are receiving. PS: the July 4th bow tie added the cutest touch.

They treat my fur baby as if he’s their own. The staff is very friendly and caring. Samson loves his grooming appointments. They Always send him home with a bandana/tie. I put it on so you can see. :) Looking handsome even a whole week after! 10/10

Kassius absolutely loves Splashing Bubbles! They are so sweet and patient with our Doberman puppy. His coat is always so soft and shiny, and he always smells amazing. I love that this small business is owned by a woman and their entire staff if made up of family.

My wife and i love splashing bubbles. They’ve been taking care of my Toy Poodle “Mac” for most of his life. I hate to say, I’ve taken Mac to 2 other groomers in the past to see and compare since i was a 1st time dog father and they just seemed cold and felt like a grooming factory w/ no heart. Splashing Bubbles is like leaving my puppy w/ family. Their attention to detail is second to none and we absolutely appreciate the little touches like the bows and bandanas around Mac’s neck when we pick him up. WE LOVE SPLASHING BUBBLES!

Discovered Splashing bubbles by following Kelly! I use to live much closer to her previous location and then moved about 25/30 mins away. after trying what felt like almost every groomer in my area no one was able to groom myGoldendoodle Brody as stunning as Kelly. After many bad hair cuts, unsatisfied services at other groomers & a new mini Sheepadoodle puppy I knew there was no one else I could trust more then Kelly. I’ve been grooming Brody with Kelly since he was a puppy he is now 7 years old and now grooms our pup Presley who is a handful! Brody and Presley are constantly being stopped and complemented on how well they are groomed!!! The staff is always so welcoming & accommodating and couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have been using Splashing Bubbles Grooming since my dog was diagnosed with allergies over a year ago and she is always taken care of top notch. DeAnna the owner is a sweetheart and when you go the first time she shows you equipment and how process goes(this was before covid-19 epidemic) I go almost every 2 weeks currently. Great staff as well!!

Very clean & professional and have a genuine love for animals. Deanna is GREAT at what she does. She doesn’t only care about the hygiene of your pet, but their health as well. Complete package!!! Grooming, advice, vet, pet sitting etc! Love her! So glad she took over. The atmosphere is very welcoming. No complaints, Marley loves it there!

I took my dog here twice with no significant issues, but the third time the owner showed very bad customer service and was rude to me. I was running late and scrambling to get there. Even though they were aware of the delay they cancelled my appointment while I was driving there and refused to take my dog in upon arrival. The owner then proceeded to charge $40 for no show, after refusing to take my dog in on a 20 minute delay.I was shocked at how bad we were treated especially because prior to this event i felt we had a good and affable business relationship.Also note that the pricing is not ever broken down by services and they keep the dogs in crates for long hours. Be warned, the customer service is unpredictable and they care more about making a quick buck than about your dog or long standing business relationship.REPLY TO OWNER: I left a more detailed, step by step review the day you refused me service, but it must have been too long for Google because they didn’t post it. Bottom line for me is this; I’ll never forget how you made me feel that day. I conduct business with a lot of people, always have positive interactions with virtually everyone. There was no reason for the power trip and the bad customer service, as far as I am concerned. Customers should always be treated with courtesy, consideration and respect. I wish you well in the future; I know it’s not easy being a business owner.

I have been taking my dog to Splashing Bubbles for years. They are always friendly and welcoming. Their facility is very clean and I know my shih tzu is always well taken care of while being groomed.I do not live local but it is completely worth the drive!!

If I could, I would give a thousand stars!!! DeAnna and her staff go above and beyond to make my baby comfortable, and beautiful. I also have to comment on how D knows who my dog is and she’s in tune with her. My dog is a senior dog and D and staff knows how to handle senior dogs and gives them the time and care they need during grooming. Also, because of D being a vet tech and her knowledge of what to do at the time my dog passed out and had a seizure while Getting groomed, (no fault of Splashing Bubbles!) giving me full details, my vet was able to properly diagnose my poodle. Splashing Bubbles now knows my dog has new senior medical issues and will go out of their way to take even extra extra care of her. Splashing Bubbles is a clean, friendly environment, using all organic products. My poodle comes home happy every time!!!! We absolutely recommend Splashing Bubbles to anyone who wants their pet to feel safe and be happy while getting pampered.

DeAnna is the owner and my puppy Gino’s groomer who is amazing at her work. As a mini breed, Gino has been a handful since we started a year ago. She has the patience and pure love of her craft💜and he now kind of 😂 loves visiting.Kelly is always ready to help out with grooming or keeping Gino busy during his services with a smile and great personality. DeAnna and the entire establishment are super friendly, professional and were gentle & sweet with my cat. They are also very accommodating - they only do cat services once a month, but squeezed us in on a Monday when they are usually closed. Appreciate the professionalism and accommodations.

Brought dog to be groomed , had 11 am Appt, picked him up at 4–was not groomed. The dog was totally dehydrated and panting for hours. They did not give him water or food all day. Totally unacceptable and they should be closed down for animal cruelty. DO NOT GO HETE!!!

My Chihuahua’s new groomer! After many attempts at different groomers with horrible outcomes, my 10 year old Chihuahua is finally in safe hands. DeAnna is hands down amazing in more ways than one. From personable to empathetic to caring you can tell she truly loves what she does and is very knowledgeable. I can finally breathe knowing that my Jasper is in great hands when he is here and I highly recommend everyone to bring their pup here! My dog was beyond calm when picking him up and at ease, smelled and looked great! So happy to have splashing bubbles right around the corner from me! Can’t say enough great thing about it! It would be nice if someone would return our call or respond to our email. My husband and I have been calling for over a week to schedule an appt. We have left messages and sent emails, no response from either. Booked my fur baby elsewhere.REPLY TO FACILITY: I understand that you are busy but a courtesy call back never hurt anyone. In your voicemail it clearly states to give you 24 hours for a call back A WEEK AND SOME DAYS ISNT 24 HOURS! I still haven’t received a call back! Wish your business nothing but the best, I have already taken my pup elsewhere no need to reply. REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU SAY ITS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We have a Bearded Collie which requires a very experienced groomer. Our Beardie had a lot of matting and other groomers said she needed to be shaved. Kelly was able to save her beautiful coat, remove the matting and our Beardie looks absolutely gorgeous. We won’t be going anywhere else. She is the best !!! Highly highly recommend !!!
