I don't know what guy they had answering the pharmacy phone this morning but he couldn't have been more rude and clearly had zero customer service skills. I asked about the cash price of a medication and he had no idea what I was talking about, then just either left the phone on the counter or just stopped talking/responding to me for long periods of time. For my first time calling this pharmacy it was an extremely poor experience.

The pharmacist Trang at this location is top notch. She is one of the good ones left! This lady was thorough, kind, and patient! The ladies behind the counter were great too! You can see everybody works together to get the job done! I’ve been on the phone 2 days to get 2 shots for college entrance. This was the only local pharmacy that picked up the phone, answered questions , and follow through. I might drive from Phillipsburg over here to fill my prescriptions moving forward. Thank you for helping me in this tough situation.

I moved from belvidere to Easton pa area I still go to this one even though it’s a 30 minute ride for me the pharmacist is really nice and the people at the drive up as well! They always take care of my needs on a timely fashion as well! Thank you rite aid of belvidere nj

I moved here approximately 3 years ago and dam if I could remember names! But from the pharmacist to the people behind the counter such nice and helpful people! They close their pharmacy for only 1/2 hour they should take an hour for lunch to regroup I think! Anyway thank you for being there! Hats off to you peeps very stressful but you folks are excellent

Rite-Aid was great, the staff were pleasant and courteous. They were knowledgeable about their job. The pharmacist was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the questions I had asked her. She responded to my every question with sincerity and kindness. Cautioned me on some of the meds and gave good advice for the others. I really appreciate having a place like Rite-Aid close to home. Keep up the great work Rite-Aid!

Never been more frustrated by pharmacy team. How do you tell someone a specific time for pickup for a prescription and then make them wait for 20 minutes because it's not ready and tell that said customer too bad. Poor service, what is the point of your refill line.

The Belvidere Rite Aid is awesome. They carry not only groceries but organic snacks and environmentally friendly laundry detergent! They have better products than my grocery store. Also, the people are really nice.

I used to really like this Rite-Aid. They filled prescriptions pretty quickly and accurately. It was a nice place to do some shopping.That all changed with the closing of "Zack's Pharmacy" (a little over a month ago).The store is always crowded. The lines are ridiculously long (including the drive-through). Most of the new customers don't seem to understand that this is NOT Zack's and they do things a bit differently.The worst part is that prescriptions take 3 times as long to get filled and are not always filled accurately. Multiple times my wife and I have been told that a prescription would be ready in an hour or two. Usually we give them 3-4 hours and the prescription is still not ready.I don't blame the workers there. I think they are doing their best, they are just over whelmed.There is a sign at the pharmacy counter about standing back in line for privacy (which I appreciate), but now they put a second register there and you have to stand elbow to elbow with another customer. What kind of privacy is that?Hopefully some of these problems will be resolved in the near future. Right now my wife and I are considering changing to a different pharmacy should these issues continue.

The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are so so nice. I am a chronic pain patient and have been treated horribly by pharmacists at other pharmacies. This place is refreshing to someone like me who doesn’t want to be in this situation but i have no choice. They understand I have rheumatoid arthritis and are super helpful all of the time. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this Rite Aid for 15 years and have come to know and trust the pharmacy staff and pharmacist. They are knowledgeable, will spend the time it takes to get insurance coverage and always go that extra mile.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to! The male pharmacist was amazing but the female cows they have there are unprofessional, rude and mean. I have heard them speaking poorly of customers right after the left as far as making fun of physical features and ailments. I overheard them lying to patients and laughing about it, as well. They have violated HIPPA multiple times speaking about patient specifics with no attempt of privacy. Go to The rite aid in Washington instead if you value privacy and professionalism

I got my Covid booster today. I chose to travel the 20 miles (one way) to this Rite-Aid because of how professional and courteous everyone was when I got my first 2 Covid shots in March/April. Everything is well organized. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

I want to thank my ex coworkers And pharmacy staff for for getting my medication ready as quickly as possible...Trang text and called me personally to see how I was and told me that one of the RX staff would drop my script off to my house on their way home. I wanted to give recognition to Navi, pharmacist, of the Belvidere, NJ location. I had just gotten out of my urgent care visit after being sick for a few days and didn't have a lot of time until the pharmacy closed to fill my prescriptions. Navi stayed 10 extra minutes to make sure I got the medicine I needed to get back to feeling better as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your total customer dedication, you are an asset to this pharmacy team and store.

Never had a problem with this pharmacy. I get text messages when my medicine is ready and they will fax my doctor when I run out of refills. I always go here for my flu shot too

Very bad place to get your prescriptions they didn't have mine they said it would be there the next day they still didn't have it that was on a Wednesday and they said they wouldn't have them till Monday not a good place for people getting a prescription I would put a zero but the Stars won't let me
