We’ve been going here for over 15 years with several different pets. Everyone has been super kind, compassionate, and considerate. I know that Dr Bonnano and Dr Plunkett always have my pets best interests at heart. I feel confident in the level of care and service I receive every time I give a call. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this practice, the vet techs, and the vets who work here.

I was hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately, there were several issues leading up to it. My cat became ill on December 30th, and a friend recommended Dr. Bonnano since my regular vet had retired. I tried to make an appointment, but the earliest available slot was a week later on Friday, January 5th. I knew I was taking my pet to an emergency vet, so I scheduled the appointment for a week out, anticipating that he would need a follow-up. I asked the hospital to fax over the exam results so that Dr. Bonnano would have them for the visit the following week. However, on Wednesday, January 3rd, I received a call questioning why they were receiving the records for my cat since he wasn't a patient. I explained that I had an appointment with Dr. Bonnano on Friday, January 5th. The receptionist was able to confirm the appointment but then went on to explain that only current clients could see Dr. Bonnano and new clients had to see the other doctor. At this point, my priority was my cat, so I was okay with that. Later that same day, around 4:45 pm, I received another call asking if I planned on keeping my appointment since I had called back on December 30th and mentioned that I was taking him to an emergency hospital. I confirmed that I would still be keeping the appointment. Then, on Friday, January 5th, an hour before our appointment, I received a call canceling our appointment because the doctor we were seeing became ill. Understandably, we rescheduled for Monday, January 8th. I asked the woman to confirm that she had all the test results from the hospital, and she had to put me on hold for a few minutes before eventually finding them. At this point, I was starting to get nervous because it was clear that there was a lack of communication and organization going on. On Monday, we arrived and had to stay in our vehicle and call to let them know we had arrived. Eventually, an aide came out with a clipboard and a form for me to fill out. She then came out again, saying that they had no records and asking if I had a number for the emergency hospital.I explained that I spoke to someone who claimed they had the records in a chart for my cat. After that, she went back inside. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, I called back to ask if we could start the visit, and in the meantime, I'll try to reach the animal hospital. She replied that they didn’t have any room for us yet and suggested that I take my cat for a walk to calm him down. Unfortunately, my cat is an indoor cat, so that wasn’t an option. We waited for another 5 minutes, but since there was no progress, I decided to leave. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disorganized. It’s important for veterinary clinics to be well-organized, especially when dealing with sick animals who are like family to their owners.

I have been taking my pups there for over 20 years. Excellent care, excellent compassion and the doctors have my complete trust and confidence with regard to my pets needs. Dawn is excellent and helped us through a very tough time. Jen recently helped us and she did not just book an appointment and rush me off of the phone. 5 stars for the doctors and staff all day long!

This place although not flashy is comprehensive and fair. Dr. P and Dr. B have always been honest, caring and compassion towards families and their animals. They are not looking to make money, just generally care for the saftey and well being of the animals and their ownersHonest, fair, and very reasonable in pricing. The staff are just as caring and compassionate. Willing to ALWAYS go the extra mile for those they treat

Been taking my cats here for over 25 years. Drs Bonanno and Plunket are excellent, along with their staff. Thorough, kind, and their rates are reasonable. Their approach is to treat conservatively first, with the animal's best interest in mind, not jump into big procedures like some places do. I'd never take my pets anywhere else.

Both Dr. Bonnano and Dr. Plunkett are the best. We have had them take care of our cats for the past fifteen years. They are well informed, professional and compassionate. We have a new cat and would not even think of bringing him anywhere else! They never overcharge and are always honest. Their staff is excellent, also. I recommend this practice without reservation for the best care your pet can get.When my senior dog was at the end of her life,Dr. Bonanno was kind and respectful of our dog and us as he put her to sleep. I’ll always be grateful to him for that.

My peke had a wellness visit today. The staff is excellent knowledgable friendly and caring. The prices are very reasonable. Dr. Plunkett is excellent. Facility is clean n following Covid guidelines. I could not ask for a more professional place and service for my dog. Highly recommend. Have been a customer for many years.

Dr. B is hands down the best vet I have used. No BS. Just an honest vet doing great work. Had to bring my one year old pug in to have a weird growth removed from his lip. A few hours later he was all done and ready to come back home. Btw the bill was very fair. He also has taken care of my English bully and French bully and my calico cat. The office staff is also very professional and kind. Thank you again for taking care of all my pets.

Dr "B", Dr "P", and Staff are always extremely accommodating. Whether bringing in animals from our local rescue group or my owned pets, the doctors and staff always take time and care in treating our animals. They are caring partners of ours and I highly recommend them.
