My old cellphone got inactive and it was not working and I've to use my 7-11 app to redeem points and without the app I can't redeem so I've gone to one of your stores at Belmar located at the beach 801 ocean Ave and he helped me to merge the points from old phone to a new phone number as I've just got this phone number activated today he called customer service and solved my query within 20 Mims and I'm highly appreciated that your company employee Mohammed is co-operative and friendly we need this kind of people in every store Goodluck and God. Bless everyone

I stopped at this 7-Eleven today to get a drink and some gum. I had a small empty plastic cup and I asked one of the employees if I can get some ice. He said that it was going to be 99 cents plus tax. I said that quick check and wawa don't charge for ice. He said that he don't care for new customers. So I said that I was going to write a review and he started saying that I was threaten him and he called the police on me. I waited outside and talked to the police they were amazed of the situation. I'm never going back to this place

They rung up our chips 4 times and tried charging us for it. Thank goodness my card declined because I wasn't trying to pay 4x the price for one bag of chips. Cashier was rude

Stopped for coffee around 5:30 where four other places we went were closed. Not sure if the guy was the manager but he was very nice and showed us the fresh pots of coffee. Coffe was really good. I was really impressed

Eric, their new employee is wonderful! Such a friendly and engaging person. Had a great conversation with him and I’ve never left a 7-11 with such a smile on my face. He’s a great employee that they added to their team!

They hired about 7 new people, only 1 speaks English 🤣🤣 if u feel like taking 15min for them to finally understand what you're asking for this is the place.....whoever manages and owns this place literally has 0 common sense hire people who speak no English MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER, pure stupidity

Horrible. I went there 2 times at 5:45 am for one cup of coffee, which costs $1.70 and I checked my account a few days later and apparently they charged my debit card $11.70 both times. I never asked for a receipt because I never thought that I would need one for a cup of coffee. I called them to tell them and the man was completely rude and said "so". Never have I experienced such rude behavior!! Don't go there, or if you do, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE PRICE AND WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU !!!!! CROOKS.

This is by far the worst 7-11 I've ever been to. I've had multiple shitty experiences with the cashiers here, but here's the most recent one. So I am there with my one year old and my sister. I have a bunch of snacks and drinks for the baby and myself in my hands while trying to push the stroller and she's leaning out the side and almost tips over. There is a long line and I can't wait to pay and put my stuff in a bag so I can have my hands free to have better control so she doesn't get injured. I get to the register and the ass ringing me up is trying to sell the guy behind me some kind of hot food, 2 for $2 or something while absent mindedly ringing me up. The guy is telling him he's only there for one item. So after I pay my stuff is all just on the counter. I ask him for a bag and he says, "sorry Belmar doesn't allow plastic bags." I wait for him to offer me a reusable one but he says nothing. I quickly scan for one as there is a line and I want to get out of there but I don't see any near the register so I yell at the guy that if I lose control of my daughter's stroller in the middle of the street and she gets hit by a car that will be their fault for not having bags. Both cashiers start apologizing to me, "I'm sorry ma'am, it's every store in Belmar." Which btw is a great idea, but I've never heard of such bs as a store not having reusable bags at the counter if they don'thave plastic ones. I shop at Aldi all the time and if I forget my bags, I just buy some. So I get outside and my sister says something about sorry I would have bought you a bag. She said her cashier offered every customer to buy a bag for $1. I would have bought one but the ass didn't tell me about them because he was too busy trying to sell something to the guy behind me while ringing me up. I can't believe he still didn't mention the damn bags for sale even as I'm making a scene yelling at him. I love the convenience of getting snacks for the beach once I get there, but I'll stop at the 7-11 by my house before I get to Belmar going forward.

If there would have been negative rating. I would have given that. I guess gotta stick with 1. Very Very Bad customer service Experience. The Rep at store said "7/11 provides what we want to give not what Customer wants" Really!!! And the only thing I asked for warm food.

Worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff is rude and disrespectful. They literally called my boyfriend stupid in front of the manager and tried making me pay for 2 additional slurpees that weren’t mine. Some guy didn’t want his and had a misunderstanding and I was just trying to help and I got treated like a criminal. If I could’ve gave 0 stars I would’ve but unfortunately this is the lowest rating.

Friendly 7-11. A whole lot of staff during the summer to help get you in and out as quickly as possible. Still the lines get long when Belmar Beach is busy. They have a lot of food choices at this location, since there are not a lot of places to eat near the beach. I had a sandwich, mainly because I was tired of beach pizza, and I have to say for a prepared sandwich it wasn't to bad. They have parking to zip in.

I’m a belmar local and they didn’t do the free slurpee on 7/11 yesterday. That’s a day for them to show appreciation for their customers. Will do my best not to come here!

We are frequent visitors to Belmar and this store...and today I was refused a bag for my purchase unless I paid 10 cents which I refused to do...I just spent 23 dollars and you are charging me for a bag!!! This most ridiculous thing I have ever heard..NEVER WILL I SETVICE THIS STORE AGAIN.WHAT HORRENDOUS CUZTOMER SERVICE!!

Excellent Store !!! Always helpful and friendly. I accidentally dropped my credit card in the store. The Owner/Manager picked it up and tracked me down after I had left the store and returned it. A+++
