I had no issues. Unlike the Bucks County one, this one is pretty large and had a decent amount of people for a rainy Saturday.I only stayed about hour but grabbed a few items for $5. For comparison, one of t-shirts in my hand would have normally cost $4.99 in the regular Goodwill. So, the prices are virtually a steal.People did pounce on the new bins but not in an overbearing way. The worker there does loudly let everyone know the ground rules and people seemed to heed her words and play nice. Everyone seemed to just move around each other. No fighting over stuff. The people with the most sense of urgency seemed to be there for the non-clothing items, if that makes people a little less intimidated. I dug without too many people in my general space most of the time. The staff were fine. The teen or possibly young adult at the register looked bored, but was nice enough.I would return with the time to dig on my hands.

This is not your regular Goodwill run. The outlet is an open space with bins filled with random items which you gather together and then weigh at the end to pay for. It is hectic, frantic, loud and crazy so if you like that kind of stuffthat’s where to go. I’ve had good finds there and I will return. Fairly easy to get to even though it’s an industrial park.

Julie was very helpful to explain how everything was priced, sorted, and switched being that it was my first time at this location/setup. She was patient and kind. Thank you Julie! You made my experience much better from my initial walk in the door.

People aren’t as crazy as the other outlet I’ve been to in NJ. However this outlet has mainly GOOD STUFF than clothes. It’s not as organized as some items are mixed in with the clothes. It’s not as competitive, but it really sucks since they only rotate it every couple of hours or so. Versus the other one rotates it every 30 mins- 1 hr. Still had a good experience tho but since I’m mainly there for clothes I give it a 3 for the items I found

Came with my dad and we had a good time. Some of the reviews and articles online had me nervous it’d be a bunch of resellers pushing people and hogging items but it really wasn’t like that. Everyone was friendly prior to the bin rotation and I actually made good conversation with two other shoppers. When the bins were switched it was certainly hectic but everyone seemed to maintain a certain level of respect for each other’s space. Ladies working the checkout were nice and sociable too. Got a cart full of stuff for $37, we will definitely be returning!

I really do not understand why people criticize this place. My children have named it the Dump of Goodness. It is not clean and it is not supposed to be! It is an outlet store and you only pay by the pound. They do not have time to go through the items one by one!! I go here almost every day and I enjoy purchasing books, toys and lots of other goodies. Most people are very kind, but sure you get a jerk once in awhile. When they switch the bins it is a little chaotic, but it has gotten so much better than it used to be. If you like going on a treasure hunt then this place is for you. Just bring a few bags and some gloves and you'll be in for some fun.

Good place although when I went there wasn’t much clothes. And when new stuff were put out people just raced and grabbed everything specially the shoes and they would grab the whole entire bin. Personally I go to the bins to find affordable clothing. I feel like most of the people there are resellers. It’s obvious just sad that people in need may not get the chance to grab necessary clothing because others are greedy. Not sure if I would go again the people that shop there are just unreasonable and embarrassing. The workers were friendly and doing their jobs. It really is the resellers that ruin it for everyone else.

The way people are allowed to act in here is ridiculous. The manager states no speed walking but they all speed, block you with their carts, and aggressively dig. The regulars get the in on the bins with the managers, the one manager working today signaled “4” to a regular, who then whispered to all her friends “ there are 4 of them”… how is that fair to everyone else? It’s crazy the way people act over literal junk. Pushing, shoving, some people filled their carts without even looking at the items. Its like a riot every-time the bins are changed. I felt like I was in a stimulation or a tv show of hoarders vs resellers.

I used to love shopping here. Went today to look for a pair of boots and now they have all the decent shoes & boots at the front of the store for & $10. Nothing in the bins but left over trash, so disappointing.

Good place to go If you are looking for bargains. Stock changes every couple of hours. When they bring out new bins it could be all books, could be all clothes, Could be all shoes, or could be a mix of everything. Lots of times there are holiday decorations for various seasons, often have lots of Christmas things, Lots of toys, stuffed animals, things like that. You have to go digging through the bins and it can be chaotic when they change the bins because people make mad rushes to see the new stuff. Best time for me to go is after 4 PM after the last bin change, it is less crowded and less chaotic, If you are looking for specific items it is hit-or-miss because inventory changes every few hours until the last bin change. They weigh everything you by the pound, it is a $1,29 per pound. Shoes are priced slightly higher, and all books are 25 cents each. They do also have furniture which is priced individually and there is a table in the front of the store with different items that are priced individually. There are also several racks of clothing in the front of the store that is priced individually because it's higher quality. There are also some shoes and boots and purses towards the front of the registers that are priced individually, Overall if you don't mind digging through bins and fighting the crowd, it is a good place to pick up bargains. I strongly suggest any clothing you purchase be immediately washed Because the bins can be very dirty. They used to be open later but they closed nightly at 7 o'clock And on Sundays they close at 6. I believe they open at 10 AM but not sure, I do not go during the day.

ICK and ICK - after walking in the door I felt like I needed a shower! This place could not be more depressing, dirty, disorganized and more of a waste of time than any other Goodwill! I read the reviews which were all over the place so I decided to give it a try. The bins are never cleaned - literal dirt in the bottom of every single bin. There is no organization of the bins - they all have clothes, shoes, housewares and any random thing thrown in. One bin had a FILTHY DIRTY drop cloth in it that only added more dirt to anything around it. I asked an INCREDIBLY rude male worker at a register who was just standing around with about 4 other staff to use the bathroom and he rolled his eyes near me (mind you he didn't bother even looking directly at me) and told me "they all busy." What kind of answer is that?? I had to ask another employee standing near him if they could get me the restroom key.Seriously, do not bother going here unless you have gloves or tongs (saw both from shoppers) and you are willing to dig through bins and bins of absolute trash hoping to find maybe somewhat of a "bargain." I wouldn't even buy clothes from here even if they were designer. GROSS.

Never been to a Goodwill outlet before. Did not really know what to expect but it's very different than the other stores. Instead of going to the racks and shelves you basically pick things out of big bins and you pay by weight.

First time ever being at a goodwill outlet.. soon as I walked in I didn’t know all the rules just went in to look at furniture and was immediately yelled at by an employee to back away and go to the other side and wait cus they were changing out the long blue bins. I had no idea I’ve never been there before. She said u have to wait or you’ll be kicked out for the day. Never have I ever went in a store and was talked to like that. Maybe u should have signs with the rules as soon as u walk in. That’s better then being yelled at.

I love me a goodwill outlet. And I have been to this one several times now when I travel to PHL/New Jersey for work. It is a large location, but I have yet to be there during a rotation or fresh bins. Granted, I am usually able to get there between 4 and 5, so maybe the rotations are over for the day, but still, I keep hoping! I have found a few gems, but for the most part, nothing out of this world. Heavy on the clothes. They also have a few things marked up, like shoes and some select clothing items. Nice staff and reasonable price/pound.

The staff are disgusting. They yell from across the room at customers and then have such inappropriate conversations while doing absolutely nothing. As a mom of multiple children who loves to shop at goodwill this one by far is the worst. I felt so disgusted the way I was talked to by the staff and the way they made my children feel publicly humiliated.

We have been here twice before but today was the first day when the bins had not yet been rotated. 20 minutes into opening they started YELLING at customers to stop shopping and to move! As if were supposed to know! It wouldn't have been a big deal if they employees weren't so RUDE and just ugly about it. All the other reviews about employees say the same thing! Just awful. And they kept yelling at us and one short man from the back said "they must've not heard me" . Mocking the people that were trying to be out of the way! My experience was great till today! We left immediately after.

**2/16/23: It continues...Please send a secret shopper to the Outlet in Bellmawr... customers shouldn't have to be criticized by management and spend their money...This outlet still have their customers stand behind a line like a hurd of cattle...no one should be treated in this matter and spend their monies. The cherry on the cake is when you see the workers pushing the better items out for higher prices...ex.$100 for a pair of boots...SMH...ITS SUPPOSE TO BE AN OUTLET POUND STORE AND IT'S NOT. 😶😶😶😶😶

I have not been to a goodwill outlet before and this is the closest one to me. I started reading reviews online and see what seems to be the owner responding negatively and outlandishly to consecutive and honest reviews. This seems extremely unprofessional. Not to mention this person’s lack of using coherent sentences and grammar...

First time experience at a wholesale location and made out really well on a Monday evening. Found a bunch of nice Stone Mountain purses and Adrienne Etienne shoes. It was really dead but they seemed like they had a good selection still. Glad I didn't have to experience the chaos that supposedly happens here. I will definitely be back!

This is an impression solely from the process & outside of the store, so I can't really rate the goods they have inside. We came at the wrong time on a cold winter day, and they told us to wait outside for 20 minutes as they switched the bins around. I didn't really care about the bins and just hoped to look at the furniture they had (based on pictures I saw). We decided to not wait in the cold for so long since we weren't really interested in the bins. I did want to note, the gentleman working there manning the door was EXTREMELY polite and nice. I don't know about the other staff, but that was one kind guy.

5 stars bc employees are great and ready to help when I walk in. But just a bunch of junk thrown in bins. A lot of furniture though some nice stuff. I am looking for a file cabinet with lock for work.

She said her name was Cheyenne, brown skinned young lady with dreads. Located at bellmawr outlet. She was training an employee when I asked several times what will my FULL total be, as I have two small children and was ready to pay and go. They were both confused and gave me the wrong total twice. She finally tells me $17.24, I give her $18, tell her to keep the change and I pull my kids and cart aside (clearly flustered at this point) and as I go to walk out she tells me I still owe 67 cents, loud and clear for everyone to hear, to embarrass me. I laugh and say, I clearly have my hands full. Give me a moment and I'll go to the car and grab the change. At this point she walks away mumbling under her breath, I lose my cool and she proceeds on with her mouth. I will not be coming back here. Rude employees who do not know how to communicate properly.

Interesting shopping experience. They bring out a large warehouse full.of rolling tubs full of donated products. You pay 99 cents per pound. Be prepared. There are regulars who are ruthless. It's amazing watching adults tear through (sometimes destroying) items literally throwing them through the air if they don't meet their approval. You can find treasures...especially books. Toys and kid clothes and stuff are abundant. Staff are nice and helpful. A well run store. I give goodwill 5 stars and the regular customers one star.

First time I was there. Prolly wont b back. Dont like them yelling 2 get out, with stomach issues that I hav I dont like asking 4 them 2 unlock bathroom door and wait 4 me 2 get done so they can lock the door after I'm done. Found a can of Bear Mace in a bin which had everyone coughing n sneezing even ones with masks! The man I gave it to was very polite n so were the cashiers! Good job them!

While shopping to help a friend that lost everything, this place came highly recommended. I however, will probably find any other place to shop but here. The staff was not friendly at all and its no wonderful because the manager, she was very rude and snappy. Then they gave me prices on the fly and overcharged me, including weighing the cart. I spent $43. on 4 bin items that must've weighed about 11lbs. They persisted & was very nasty. I'll go somewhere else and pay full price, before I deal with obnoxious place that reselling donated items!!!!!
