Very disappointed in today's experience. I backed into a parking space that I have parked in before. There were two people smoking in the far end of the parking space but I assumed they would move since I was attempting to park. Instead, one person walked up and said 'you can't park here'. Since I have parked there before, previously asking the staff if I was okay where I was parked, I did not see a problem. The space was not marked in any special manner. If a parking spot is reserved for a particular person or not a parking space at all I think the simple resolution quality of a great would be to mark it as such. I the person why I couldn't park there and he said 'because security said so'.By then I felt kind of bullied so I told them I wanted to speak to someone that was in charge. The same person that had been talking to me said 'I'm in charge'.I realize this may not sound like a big deal to most people. The staff and security guards are supposed to be servicing medical people as well as the General Public. When people are coming to a dispensary in pain, I think that a little bit more kindness and consideration should be used.I have no complaints about the inside staff at all! They were all very compassionate and understanding.If the one particular security guard can step it up a bit and be more considerate, I think it will be a much nicer place to go to when you need help.

So happy with the overall environment of the Curaleaf in Bellmawr. The staff is knowledgeable and the products that are offered are top notch. I am a medical card holder and I have been very happy with both the wait time in line after ordering online.Ryan was our cashier and he was a delight, super friendly and quick to help me check out and get on with the rest of my day! The place was packed today but the staff kept everyone moving quickly. Great experience!

For as large of an organization as Curaleaf is, one would expect way better service. They are very rigid in their policies, so make sure you read all the fine print, use your points that you accumulate immediately, and any other rewards… Because they give you absolutely no time to redeem them. The price point alone is enough to make anyone go elsewhere, but after this last experience, I’m definitely moving on. Thank God they’re not the only one in town anymore. ✌️

When I placed my order I accidentally used the wrong kiosk. Once i was at the cashier and he explained, he was very helpful and kind to go and look to see what might be the equivalent on the Rec side. Even further he made solid recommendations of other product I might enjoy and patient when my card didn't work. And he's quite the snappy dresser. 5 stars for sure!

Maybe hire security that aren't foul mouthed instigators? Maybe someone in shape as well that could actually so the job. They seem to enjoy attempting to goad people into a confrontation but clearly couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag! I'd love to meet him in a dark alley...... just to have a nice talk, of course! The other guys are even more out of shape(although round is a shape) and I wouldn't trust them to protect a garden!

First place I came to after moving to the east coast (originally from California). First couple times were great, patient and friendly staff. However my previous time they were much more impatient and anxious to get me in and out and then tonight was the last visit. Had a pick up order. Arrived in the parking lot at 7:20pm. Security guard yells at me from across the street after I take two steps from my car asking if I was medicinal or recreational. I yell back recreational and he just yells back “you are too late!” Very confused I yelled “what” (ridiculous I couldn’t have just greeted him by the door and had a conversation) and said I had to be out by 8pm. Confused since I was there 40 min beforehand and they technically close at 9pm. Tried to say it’s a pick up but he cut me off and just yelled the same statement at me so I turned and left defeated and upset that I had made the order. I get it’s a Friday but just very unprofessional and rude and I would have been fine if I could have had a normal conversation and at least explain that I was there with a pick up. If he still turned me away so be it but it’s just not how you treat customers let alone returning ones and where there are plenty of other dispensaries around. Never has taken me more than 15 min to pick up so not sure why it takes 40 mins now. Left defeated and confused. Went to Indigo and just had a normal stress free experience. Security was professional and staff were friendly and much more patient with similar inventory and prices. Just unfortunate because I liked this place but made it clear they aren’t starving business and don’t need to give the same courtesies they used to. Maybe fine for most visits but I never want to just be yelled at for showing up. Best of luck to future customers, shopping experience may vary…

I was a patient here for about four years. I’ve never been to any other dispensary. Recently bought an eighth. Went home to find out it was only 1.80 g. I called and they told me to bring it in with the receipt. I think if may be over the phone she had told me, there’s nothing we could do. I would be like oh well. But I took my lunch break to go down there and they told me there’s nothing that they could do about it. I just don’t understand… How am I supposed to know that the product is not what it supposed to be if I legally can’t open it in the store ? i’ve never had a reason to look at another dispensary. But maybe this is my queue.

Today was my first experience at curaleaf and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that it is the absolute best place on earth. The selection is bonkers, the staff is friendly, helpful and just a downright delight. My purchase was quick and easy and the product was top notch. I definitely do not miss the days of going to sketchy places with the ever present danger of arrest.

Who doesn't love the fact that we can finally go to a store just like those drunks. Difference is alcohol is 100 Times more debilitating than weed. The workers here are super friendly, shall I say 420 friendly. And it's just an all around great place, with deals out the Wazoo!!! Everyday there's a sale on many products. 10 star!!

Can be hit or miss, sometimes there are lines and other times you are in and out. The 1/4 I just got was dry and it shouldn’t be dry so that was annoying. If it’s a holiday weekend you will be waiting for least 30 minutes in line and sometimes you have to stay in line outside. Staff is nice and welcoming, just don’t like the set up of the store.

I placed an order and was denied at the door from security. I previously called and was told by a women that it was okay to place an order for recreational and that I would be able to pick my order up I came all the way from Philadelphia. I will be reporting this location for denying paying customers and customers who placed orders online. I will be reporting to better business bureau for being told in inaccurate information and not being allowed in a location that doesn’t close until 9:00pm. When I arrived at 7:30 pm so this location closes at 7:30 pm. And they can deny customers anytime they want. Even when that’s not there closing hours. Beware of this location I been here previously and liked the location but because of this I won’t be returning.

After some minor miscommunication on my behalf, the visit turned out very well. This was my second time using my medical card. And I messed some stuff up which caused some confusion. But Kenz and the person before her was wonderful with me. Even Rachael was amazing. Wonderful staff there. Thank you guys!

Usually an ok experience, the staff is nice and the product is good. Just be aware that the hours can be inconsistent between what is on website vs what the phone prompt says, vs actual experience. Google says open until 9, staff on phone said recreational was available until 8. Was prevented from entering at 7:42, it was a bit of a long drive so kind of disappointing.

It was a pleasurable experience. I love the way their presentation was demonstrated as to knowing how the process is performed as wells their knowing the business and utilizing what you can state with exactly what you were looking for to make your experience detailing what your purpose is to be.I will return to the facility as I like the attention that we paid towards what I wanted even though I wasn’t exactly sure as from a time when the help was not available. They have a whole world of merchandise that you can purchase and ways the can be used to have the effect that you do desire.

The security staff outside met me with intimidating stares as I drove in to park in the medical patient parking area. It was an hour before closing and the place was not busy at all but they still felt the need to aggressively confirm that I was parked in the right place. I was very annoyed because there is no way that they are treating every medical patient with that type of aggression to make sure they are parked correctly.I did get a little worked up as I met the staff checking me in as I was venting to myself about being profiled. It is not a good feeling but I apologize for bringing my frustration into the establishment as they had nothing to do with it. The security guards obviously had a bias towards me. The guard Interrupted me while I was in the middle of my transaction saying that the store was closing soon and it was still open for an hour. I spend way too much money at this location to have that experience.The staff inside was absolutely pleasant and helpful as always.

Upon rolling up I was shocked by the number of people in line before the place even opened. Finding a place to park was difficult but that's not on them so to be fair, don't rate them on your ability to find a place to park. I got in line and surprising enough, it moved pretty quickly. The staff were chill and all about getting us in and out as fast as they could. Dude I dealt with to get me my precious was friendly. No doubt I'll be a frequent customer.

I decided to visit with a friend and check out how the recreational roll out was happening near me.First I'll say the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, my friend was a little nervous but from the security in the lot, to the older gentleman who took her order, to the cashier, everyone was extremely polite and welcoming. It helped her relax big time. I appreciate that.The building itself was pretty big, little confusing at first since medical and rec are separate, but you get the idea of it in no time at all. Our cashier confirmed the order, talked to us a bit until we had no more questions and we were in and out. Maybe 5 min. No long lines or anything (we went on a Monday afternoon so take that into consideration.I don't smoke myself, but my friend was pretty damn vocal about how much she loved what she got. So I'd say this place is doing it right, ya love to see it!FYI - You can buy online and just pickup at the venue. Makes a fast process even faster if you are looking for that.

For the first time being at this dispensary, it was nice! I went when there wasn’t a huge line out the door and it was chill. Whoever had the aux…..you did that! Had me jamming so hard I couldn’t even put my order in. All in all it was a great experience from the front of the store to the back!Update: I got the ozone soft chews and they are great!

Some items I ordered on line were out of stock. Brandon was a great help, he made sure my order was filled by checking for restock and finding other products similiar to what I ordered. 2 other enployees even answered a few questions I had while Brandon was looking. Great friendly staff.....

Store hours are advertised as 8am-9pm. I showed up last night at 7:30pm and was not allowed inside. I was told they had too many people and had to have them out by 8pm. If that's the case then don't advertise your hours as open till 9pm!!! The guy at the door was so rude! Will take my business elsewhere ... half the products are terrible anyway.

First time for this old school gal to walk in a shop like this. Process was user friendly and plenty of people to guide you in the ordering and payment process. Blake was personable and knowledgeable. Perfect combination for a CSR. Would go back ! Highly recommend.
