Has the experience and special touch to handle all types of animals that typically experience stress or simply dont like groomer basedon previous neglect or mis treatment from other groomers in the field... shes been servicing my 3 dogs for over 7years now. I am so happy, going there we were very nervous because our puppy had a bad experienceFirst time at another place and he fell in love. Thank you Ceci for treating my Oreo like your own. Took my golden there at 9 am and they didn't finish till about 5 pm. When he came back he was limping as they had kept him in a cage for so long and did not even give him any water. His hair was improperly cut and they charged $120! He still has some matted hair and shedding all the hair that they must have cut. Don't take your dog their if you care about its well being!

I took my Maltese mixed bichon for a hair cut today. I went to this establishment because of the reviews. However I was not happy with the outcome. My dogs hair is uneven on the top of her head and all over. And she still had some little knots on her ears. She cut too much hair off and was charged a little high. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this establishment. My regular pet groomer was booked for the next 3 weeks, this is why I came here :(

I have a Yorkie. Had him since he was 3 months old. He is 15 years old now. This place isa CHOPSHOP...They HACKED MY DOG UP. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I have taken him there in the past a few times more than a year ago for a couple of years. I thought the new owners were going to make things better. My dog is 15 years old and this is the WORSE cut he's ever had in his life. It's choppy, he has spots of long hair and short hair, they cut his moles so he bled. They didn't even know that They were moles. You work with animals everyday. You don't know? They chopped off his mouth area, NO whiskers left an it's uneven. At least in the past they would do a little style around it. They left doo-doo on his butt that I had to clean and his nails weren't cut. Teeth not brushed because they no longer do that. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Do not take the chance with your dog. I called to complain, they said to bring him back, To do what? I have to wait months for his hair to grow back unevenly. $60 for a chopshop job??? I refuse put him through that again. I can't believe it. Everyone says he looks terrible. He was brought in with more than enough time for them to work. They need to take their time. They did not. They charged extra because he needed extra care. That was cool. They charged extra and for what to back him up? RUNNNNNNN

The amazing groomer that works here is the best animal handler i have ever met. She is super knowledgable of all breeds. She has this amazing way with the dogs and cats that come in. Such a calming soul to them. She is gentle and so loving and caring. I love taking my four legged baby to her every month. Her name is Cely btw.

We contacted the business via phone to ask if they clipped cats nails. The person who answered the phone was not easily understood and responded, "We are not interest Bye" and hung up on us. RUDE and unprofessional via telephone, so I can only image the service when you take your animal there.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I walked in here one day and seen them mistreating a dog and walked right out. Not knowing this, my mother brought her two dogs recently for a hair cut and some grooming and they came back with fleas. Contacted the staff at Rin Tin Tin and they told her they had no fleas and were going to charge her to flea dip them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!

Very pleased happy that they made space for both my yorkies friday and chloe. In my situation i was not able to bath them myself because of my health condition the owner left my dogs nicely clean and groomed. Very pleased and friendly place will recommend this place to anybody.

Beautiful cut and was so pumped...then my dog came home and realized the next morning he had fleas. I'm now compulsively vacuuming my house and miserable. I wish i would have just brought my dog to Petco.

Wanted to take my puppy for grooming ! I called to make an appointment & to ask for prices . A woman picked up & as soon as i started speaking she hung up , i called back & she says she doesn’t speak English & she can’t help me . Very unprofessional, if she doesn’t speak English she shouldn’t be answering phones, & she should be told not to hang up on English speaking customers period . I have nothing against Spanish speaking people at all but if your running a business you should have someone who can speak both languages especially if their answering phones . Sad to say this but i won’t be giving this business any of my money .

I just called for prices and the lady hung up on me. So I called back and she answered saying she dont speak english. Which is not even the problem for me. The problem is that she could of said that the first time instead of slamming the phone. And why is there no one that can speak english there when people are calling. She said only on Saturdays. Mad unprofessional.

Lady complained how my dog would lay down and not let her cut him correctly...he is a shitzu and his paws were still fluffy...half his butt still had hair and under his chin and un even cuts $70 for an awful job!!!!
