I recently took my pup Rocky for grooming, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The service provided was beyond amazing – not only did they give my puppy a fabulous grooming session, but they also took the time to ensure he felt comfortable and happy throughout the process. The attention to detail was impeccable, and my puppy came out looking and feeling like a million bucks. I can't recommend this place highly enough – if you want top-notch service and a wonderful experience for your furry friend, this is the place to go!

I’m so upset with my most recent experience. My dog was NOT matted yet he was shaved down! When she took him, she even put a comb through his fur which proves it wasn’t matted. I realized later that the store was closing and they just wanted to leave early. They got done with my dog within 30 minutes! I’m switching places. They constantly cancel my appointments because groomers keep quitting. Be smart and don’t give this place any of your business!To your response: the comb went through his fur just fine. YOU have rescheduled numerous times in the two years I’ve been a client. The reason this appointment was pushed back so far was because you decided to close on weekends, reschedule my appointment, AFTER I booked that appointment five weeks in advanced. I can only come on weekends so I had no choice but to push this appointment off. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere and I recommend others to do the same.

We took our 13 year old pup Mickey for grooming. He was pretty messy. What a great job. The shop was great and felt I was leaving him with family. Such a warm professional shop. We already booked our next appointment. Before and after.

Great experience! Kristel did an amazing job grooming my girl! She looks beautiful! The best was that it was quick… done in less than 2 hours so less stress on my dog! The spa is spotless, everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you!

I called this morning at 11:15 and asked if I could get an appointment… I was lucky somebody canceled. They got me in at 12 o’clock… The girl informed me she would take about an hour and a half and she would call me with a 15 minute window to pick her up… She sent me a picture of her as she was getting groomed to assure me she was doing well… They did everything they said they were going to and more .. I couldn’t be happier !! My dog is usually upset after grooming and anxious to get home .. I arrived and I said hello to her and she just kept walking around the salon happy to be there !Very polite and very professional everyone was! My Groomer name is Lilli and we laughed because my dogs name is Lily as well! I highly recommend coming here!! I would give more than 5 stars !!

I came from New york and was nervous using a new place for my dogs. I loved my groomer. But I am so happy I found them. It’s clean m, friendly and they are so caring.I love Krystal. She always does an amazing job and really loves the animals..I highly recommend Village Pet Spa ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everyone was so kind as soon as I came in for my puppy’s first haircut! They did a great job with my Moose’s first grooming experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend:)

I had a terrible experience at Village Pet Spa & Boutique. My dog was injured during grooming, and the owner's response was dismissive and rude. She denied responsibility, accused us of lying, and demanded proof from a vet. This lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. I urge others to avoid this establishment and find a groomer who values their customers' pets and treats them with respect.

My Bishon Poodle mix, Jake loves going to get “beautified “ at Village Pet! They are so sweet to him. He is in and out in about 1 1/2 hours, sometimes less, sometimes a little more. He is never in a crate. He loves playing with other dog(s) while he waits. There is never more than 2 other dogs there. Everyone there is so nice! Thank you for always making time for Jake!❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾

We tried many groomers with our miniature poodle and only this place manage to shave his face. I also like that’s they do not keep your dog for hours and everting is very efficient and nice! I will come back :)

This was my 5 month old puppy’s first grooming appointment. Kristel got Rosie to feel comfortable right away, and 2 hours later she came out smelling fresh and looking great. So happy with Village Pet Spa - clean, friendly, and a very warm environment.

Jasper absolutely loved his first visit to Village Pet Spa! From the minute we walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcomed! I love the fact that it is a crate free spa and it gives the pups the chance to interact with each other. Jasper looked so cleaned up and handsome, not to mention he smelled amazing! Emily & staff are so wonderful! Our 12 year old Shitzu loves being groomed here! They give her a beautiful haircut and I love that they keep to a very tight schedule so that the dog doesn’t sit at the groomer all day long in cage, waiting to be groomed! The dogs roam free while they are waiting so they are not stressed out and it’s a calm and loving atmosphere❤️ 10/10

Village Pet Spa was terrific! Every other time my dog would get groomed at a different place, she would have to get muzzled. River did an excellent job with her and my dogs temperament was wonderful with them. I will definitely be using them all the time.

This place is so poorly run. After changing their policies requiring to bring our puppy in every 5 weeks, they failed to honor our appointment twice. When you are unable to find reliable help it sheds light on the type of owner this establishment has. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I wouldn’t bring my doggies anywhere else! The staff is patient with my elderly, 90lb goldendoodle. My smaller but skittish Maggie loves them so much she lets them trim her without a fight! My dogs always come home smelling sweet and looking dapper!

Awesome neighborhood spot with great staff! Brought my dog here to get his nails cut and grinded since he doesn’t let me or ANY other spot I’ve been to do it. I’ve tried many places and would always be turned away because they weren’t able to do it. Here, they were able to do them in 10 minutes! Will for sure be back!

I cannot say enough good about Village Pet Spa! The staff are the sweetest people you'll ever meet! They listen for what you'd like and genuinely know every single one of their customers! My puppy made a little friend there and they make sure to schedule them around the same time so they can play together during their visit! They're all amazingly talented and my little girl comes home cuter and happier than ever!
