We were out shopping and looking for a quick pick me up and found exactly that here. We got the roasted turkey, topped with Swiss, a fried egg, and a hash brown. Gotta say, it was delicious but could have benefited from some sort of garlic-y sauce or even ketchup. Might be worth asking as an add on. They were busy and it makes sense. Their signature sandwiches all look fantastic and we'll be back next time we're in the area.

I came here for the second time with someone who has never come here before. We ordered bagel sandwiches for pick up and aside from not getting helped for our pick up order, my sandwich had a giant black hair in it!!!! It was absolutely disgusting and we will never be returning, it seems like this place needs a serious visit from the health inspector

Delicious NJ bagels, a neighborhood spot whose quality and taste is beyond its confines. These bagels are better than most any you will encounter. Solid sandwiches too. Selection of muffins and other breakfast treats are above average but I'm here for the bagels. Seating is tight. Parking easy. service pretty good.

Lil Pickles has the best food! Even my bagel connoisseur NY native mom says they have the best bagels!! I had great customer service from Erica when she very kindly allowed me to reserve the bagel my mom wanted me to bring her in the hospital (a Lil Pickles bagel was the first food she actually was interested in eating since her surgery ❤️)

I've had enough bad experiences here to warrant a review...1. They changed their prices but did not change their board listed price and they refused to honor the listed price. (~2yrs ago)2. They ran out of the bagel we requested, which is fine. They said we could wait 15 mins to get it. We did, we left the shop and found out they gave us the wrong bagel anyway...(~1 yr ago)3. They gave us the wrong bagel again. We called them them to let them know and even said up front we weren't looking for a refund or anything and they were still rude to us. "Yeah what do you want me to do about it" was what stuck out to me. (~1 yr ago)4. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and although it's not listed on their menu, they put mayo on the sandwich and I very much dislike mayo. (Nov 2023).I don't go here often at all but every time I do I'm disappointed in some way. I would come here much more often if I had better experiences since I love bagel sandwiches but between the cost being $8.50 for a sandwich now and all of the above. I don't find it worth it.

I attempted to get breakfast for take out. This place is the worst!!! Service is horrible. I went this morning and was ready to order to have the OWNER/BOSS push me aside to help someone else, I figured the customer may have been here before me waiting so I let it be. Then after he finished with that customer, he went on to help another customer that was in line waiting after me. Really?? Was I invisible or did I do something to offend you?? How can someone like this run a business without etiquette and needs to learn to provide proper service....I know how, because he's the ONLY fresh bagel store on this side of town and that's the ONLY reason he has this jig going for him.I would never EVER step foot again here and will definately tell all my friends and family. His bagels aren't that good that he thinks he can treat people the way he wants especially when he's the OWNER. So....needless to say, I left and didn't want to give him any of my business nor will I plan to in the future... Too bad so sad!!! No respect, no business!!!

Our favorite place in the area to grab breakfast. We pretty much always get the same thing: an everything bagel with lox spread. It never fails. If I'm especially hungry, the breakfast bomber is what I get.The staff have always been very fast at completing an order even when it's super busy.Speaking of busy, it seems to be very popular on Sunday mornings.

Asked for an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and bacon (my standard) and got some spicy cream cheese with red stuff in it, but it was good. You can trust that the bagels here are really good. 5 stars, yummy soft bagels. 😋😊😊

Fresh bagels, fast service and great prices.... I usually get my bagels toasted but here they r so fresh it's unnecessary.Parking: If you can't get a spot on the side no worries, just park in the back, there's an entrance from the other side and there's plenty of parking, however, thats where you don't want to bring a wheelchair, the door to lil pickles door is pretty narrow on that side and I personally couldn't get a wheelchair through the back entrance.. But if it's nice out you can eat outside!

Thought I had finally found a good bagel place near work only to be disappointed already the second time I visited. Was told they were out of my bagel and it would be about 10 minutes (I don't mind a wait if you let me know), only to wait 20 minutes and then be given the wrong order, which is incredibly frustrating considering I ordered a single bagel with spread. Not realizing it was wrong til I was on my way, I foolishly thought I could trust that my simple order was correct and enjoy my bagel, only to have a huge mess created all over me and my car as I was driving to work, because the wrong spread was used and there was no attentiveness to a simple order. They weren't even that busy. The bagels are good but as other reviews state, the prices are not cheap, especially when you're paying for what they feel like giving you rather than what you actually order.

Went there this weekend with high hopes but was disappointed. Bought a dozen bagels. Most of them looked a little undercooked, and three of them where U shaped. Cost was also a bit high. A dozen bagels and small cream cheese was $25.36. Much better options around for less.

Absolutely awesome breakfast! The bomber has a great crunch and creamy contrast, can't wait to come back!

My wife picked me up a Lox bagel with cream cheese and a jalapeno everything bagel this weekend. Most of the time the bagels here are crunchy on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside with just the right amount of spice. One time the bagel was hard, like it was a day old, but I consider that the exception. The reason for my bad review though, the prices! Lox bagel $18 in store and $22 on grubhub. Cream cheese spreads are half a pound for 1 pound prices - $4 in store and $6.50 with grubhub.Back to the lox, its good but it's not Alaskan King Salmon. I don't see how they get away with these prices... I guess there are plenty of suckers to go around in this area.

Loved the food. Had to come back for two different days to try more. I dont know if they make the muffins and crumb cake on the spot but they were also really good. They do sell pit early so make sure you dont wait to go. The big bomber is a go to. Meat, eggs, cheese, hash brown. All on a bagel of choice. My only downside is the price. It's a little expensive here.

We’re local and decided to tryout a new place. I regret doing so. First, the prices are absolutely outrageous for what you get and compared it other bagel places in the area. I spent nearly $30 for two people here. Then, the food we got was underwhelming to put it nicely. The sandwiches had 1 over cooked egg on it. For how expensive it was, i expected at least two eggs on an egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I also expected it to not be hard and burnt. Bagels themselves were not that bad actually, just not for $30 for a quick breakfast. Definitely will not be going back here when there are plenty of other options within a close distance that we can try instead.

Good bagels? Sure. But who are you kidding? This is New Jersey! You can find good bagels all over the place! For what they’re charging it’s not even close to being worth it. Total rip off. Expensive as all hell. Idk how they only have one “$” on Google. Beyond me.

Firstly, very good bagels. That is where it ends. A bagel, which takes time and man hours to make, costs $1.45. Ok, I get it, the cost of goods has gone up. BUT, to add butter to a plain $1.45 bagel is $2.50. ARE YOU SERIOUS? That is highway robbery. I assure you that I will NEVER step foot in your establishment ever again. I will also make sure that this gets seen as many times as humanly possible. Sorry, but you shouldn't have been so greedy to fleece people over butter.

Sandwich was good, took 20 minutes to make which I think was a little ridiculous for a bagel shop, usually you’re in and out in 5/10 minutes. You can tell the counter girl was a little over whelmed, she was on top of it though.

Got two bagels from them with flavored cream cheese so I can put lox on them at home. Pictured is “everything” bagel that barely has any seeds on them. Charging $9 for two bagels with cream cheese is an absolute ripoff.

Best bagels around. Always hot and fresh. The Bomber is the bomb- by far my favorite sandwich. The coffee is always fresh and brewing. Prices are very reasonable! So happy to support this family owned business. Be sure to go in and check it out!

Food is OK, not the best, and twice now I've been served after EVERY man in the place, even if they came in after me. Expensive and rude, this place is apparently truly for those with "lil pickles."
