I started a subscription with this store for meal shake supplements from Metagenics. The first time I ordered, I received incorrect items. It took them a while to straighten things out but I eventually received what I had ordered. Similar to one of the other reviewers, I kept calling and was told that someone would call me back in an hour and no one ever did. Now I am on my fourth month of subscriptions and my order is wrong again. I reached out a week ago, and followed up a few days later, until I finally heard back on Friday. The person I talked to complained that it would cost them $8 to ship the incorrect item back to them, and then another $8 to ship the correct one. This was frustrating as I was hoping to receive an apology for their error. They stated I would receive my correct order by this coming Monday (Tomorrow) and that they would share the shipping info when it was sent out. The correct items haven't shipped yet, so there is no way they will arrive tomorrow. This defeats the purpose of a subscription service set up so that my supplements will arrive right when I need them. There is no sense of urgency or apology when an order is incorrect. I am writing this review to share my experience with others, and also in hopes that I get my correct items I paid for in a timely manner so I do not have to dispute the transaction with my bank. I will be cancelling all future orders with this company. Lastly, rather than asking customers to delete negative reviews, it might be a good idea to be proactive and meet a basic level of customer service so that negative reviews are not needed in the first place.

I ordered online & got an immediate email that I would be notified when shipped. Almost a week later, I emailed to see if they had any idea on when my order might ship and got no response. After a full week+ I called and was told I am not the only one calling but the one person that handles online orders didn't work weekends and would call me on Monday. I never got a call, just a refund of my purchase with no explanation, which sounds like a better deal than some people. Pretty frustrating. I am giving an extra star just for the nice woman I spoke with on the phone, even if she couldn't help me at all.

I completed a purchase online. After a week of nothing I emailed them. I recieved an email stating they would get back to me. I never received another response.I do not recommend ordering from them online.

Excellent pharmacy service where they take care of you like family. They have an adorable fountain service area within the pharmacy where you can get a milkshake or smoothie. Wonderful people at this place!

I purchased supplements online 09/24 and as of 10/3 nothing has shipped.I emailed requesting a refund or a tracking number with no response.I called once in the am and was told that only one person is responsible for online orders and was given assurances he will call back when hes back in - in about an hour.When I did not hear back I called again in the late afternoon only to be told he's now on break and with assurances again he will call back. At that point I requested a refund from the person on the phone and said he couldnt process a refund I would have to wait for the person in charge of online orders. I said I cant keep waiting for callbacks that dont come and will have to file a chargeback. He sounded amused and said maybe you should do that to teach the online rep a lesson. I asked why its my job to teach Farr Hill employees a lesson I just want my money or my item. He said he cant do anything for me.Online buyers beware - very frustrating and needlessly difficult to deal with - doesnt appear to have good customer service skills with basic transactions.UPDATE: Finally got a callback from the store after writing this review. The caller claimed he called me last week as my item was out of stock. He acknowledged he never left a message or emailed. I am still unclear why I wasn't automatically refunded if they item was out of stock or why that item is still currently listed as available on their website.He did request I remove the review.I will not be removing the review as other buyers should be aware and pay attention to any online orders placed through Farr Hills Pharmacy.

Took me back to the 1950s, a Soda Fountain up front, novelty item in many isles. Medical supply well stocked. If you can't find a greeting card here it's not made. Pharmacist & staff are very courteous & most willing to help. Trans. All my Rxs from Fanwood to here.

this is an update from a previous review about Far Hills Pharmacy. i had another script submitted on 4/3/2023 from my Dr. it was received by Far Hills and processed on 4/4. I picked it up at Milltown Pharmacy which i believe is their associate. Things were a lot smoother this time. I was notified by Far hills that the script was made the same day they received it. Then was delivered to Milltown pharmacy and i checked with them to be assured it was there. I picked it up and met with the pharmacist also and things all worked out much better this time around. Far Hills pharmacy turned an unpleasant experience to a great one! thanks again

My first visit to this pharmacy has been amazing. Unable to locate my prescriptions, they kept me informed and finally located it within a timely manner. The pharmacist and his staff exceeded my expectations!!!

This a great local pharmacy! Costumer service is great and prescription are filled quickly. They also have a great selection of over the counter medicines, smalls gifts, cards and even ice cream! They call me when my prescriptions gets refilled automatically to remind me to pick it up; great service!

I went to Far Hills Pharmacy to get a fast results PCR Covid test for my employment and the technician, Crystal was so very friendly, professional and more then helpful walking me through the whole process. Results were emailed right away (within 1/2 hour) along with a receipt for insurance purposes! I highly recommend this pharmacy! Overall a great experience!

The entire staff is always so incredibly helpful! The staff especially Carmen, Alona, paumil always go above and beyond with any request concern and issue and are incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend the pharmacy as well as all of the cute items you can purchase around the store such as candles cards etc…. Thank you for being a wonderful community gem!

And where else can you go and have an ice cream soda while you wait for a prescription. During the Pandemic, I just put a credit card on file, and Pop’s medication was placed safely in my trunk. DO NOT visit Far Hills Pharmacy for COVID testing. They took over 6.5h hours to process a sample that was guaranteed in 2 hours. I called nearly 100 times to ask for results that were needed for travel, when I got through, they hadn’t even processed the sample yet.They did not check identification on site, simply asked our name and had a young person (not a pharmacist, doctor or tech) swab us. Anyone could walk in and get test results under any name.Maria, the manager wasn’t even on-site. They offered no apology or remorse.I get that labs are busy these holidays, but at $220 a test, with test slots ever 10 minutes, they are taking in $5-11k a day. Process these properly, train your staff, and communicate effectively! These practices are simply taking advantage during a pandemic.

Went for a covid test, second time at this location and both times it took an hr after the scheduled time to get their txt to come in and get tested.Convenient because most places don't even have appointments available right now and an hr wait isn't terrible but it should be stated on the site. There also is some confusion when you come for testing, anyone who hasn't been here for a test regarding checking in online vs walking in they do say check in online don't call in your confirmation email but they send a few of those reminders too so I'm sure people don't read all of them.Staff was nice though, I would just recommend checking in 30-60min prior to your appointment if possible

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Scheduled on their website to get my 5 year old a second covid vaccine. When we arrived the pharmacy was closed and they said come back the next day. The next day they said that they don't have a vaccine for him. Why did they let us schedule then and never notified us that they don't have it or would be closed. Now it's going on day 3 of my poor son's anxiety of the shot. Never coming back here again.

Not sure about the opinion’s of other reviewers but the big corporate pharmacies pail in comparison to this local gem. This pharmacy is very helpful and speaks with their patients at the human level. Explanations of prescriptions and dosages are clear and concise in a language that everyone can understand. They know that if you have to be at the pharmacy you may not be having a good day so they cater to your needs. Bianca processed my script fast and efficiently and Hardik consulted with me about “dos” and “don’ts” with the medication. As a Marine it is imperative to keep myself at peak physical condition. That being said Far Hills Pharmacy has an excellent variety of supplements as well as an on-site nutritionist to help with any questions that may arise.

Far Hills Pharmacy is more than a pharmacy. They have high quality gifts for most occasions.They have a full time nutritionist on staff. Premium supplements . The pharmacy does custom compounding prescriptionsAnd they have a good old fashioned soda and ice cream fountain!You can get a milkshake or a health smoothie

Old school pharmacy where they know your name and truly care about their customers. Take the kids and travel back in time to have a Brooklyn style vanilla or chocolate egg cream (of course no eggs are used). Sitat the counter and have an ice cream cone, chocolate malt or root beer float. They hire local teens to stock shelves and wait on customers. This place has everything you like about a small town business. This place blows away any CVS or other chain store you could go to to save a couple of dollars. Even when I'm sick, I feel good every time I go in this place.

A few months ago this pharmacy changed management. Since then it has been absolutely awful. No one cares and it has not been the same. If you are looking to support a local pharmacy please do yourself a favor and choose a different one where you will be respected and not looked down upon by management.

Very helpful staff...Had enough products to find something U may need...Had a great card department with lovely choices...Also had enough small gifts to choose from to bring to a dinner, visit, or a B day U just found out about!A little far for us to use for prescriptions but the pharmacy was very well stocked...A very clean and orderly Shoppe...
