So thankful for the knowledge & experience these folks have. With their help we have been able to treat some of our koi babies back to good health! The expert advice we've gotten has lead us to saving our pond. Rick has helped us so much to nurse our babies & our pond back to health. Additionally he has built beautiful rock faces on our waterfall three times. We are blessed!

We have gone here for years. Today was the first we we greeted by the “office” manager. Today was also the LAST day we will be shopping here. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

We cleaned our own pond. Rich was very helpful came over and gave us directions, even had all the instructions wrote down,on what we needed to do and how to do it. He kept in contact with us the entire process just to let us know if we needed him he would be there. He was great!!!! If you, have a pond please take time for the maintenance it will save u a alot of time in the long run!!!

I have been to Water garden several times and always left feeling more confident as to the care of my aquarium staff are informed and offer different ideas which as a novice I find very helpful. I’ve also bought their aquatic plants that thrived during the season. They a vast variety for both pond and tanks

Friendly staff and beautiful ponds but not a big selection of koi for sale and not the greatest selection of filter supplies. Wondering if we hit it on a bad day or if they are suffering from online competition. This is the first time they disappointed us.
