This place is amazing. They took very good care of my German Shepherd. He always looks so well groomed after. They cut his nails, wash him and clean his ears. Their prices are very affordable. So happy that I found this amazing place. Super friendly staff and you can tell that they care about the animals.

We used The Grateful Dog today for the very first time. The services was for our cat though, a Maine coone mix. The owner and staff were very professional and courteous. Our cat was really good with the groomer, and they were super friendly with him. They didn’t have to scruff him. Our cat walked out of there looking so handsome! Thank you for all you do for our pets. We’ll be back with our dog.

This place is amazing!! The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. My dog loves them and looks fantastic after he’s been groomed by Tracey. I especially like that they do lots of charity work. Every year they have Santa come and take pictures for a donation that is given to Popcorn Park Animal Shelter.

If i could give this place negative stars I would! Horrible, HORRIBLE staff. Heavy set women screamed at me because I told her that my dog was being choked by the lead. Told me I shouldnt come in the place while my dog is getting groomed? Okay then answer my calls???? But all the employees ignored the (3) THREE calls i made. They were all sitting around doing nothing. Why is it taking my dog 4.5 hours to get groomed???? It normally takes 2. TERRIBLE PLACE- SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE IN BUSINESS

We have been bringing our Silky Terrier, Lola, to Tracey and her staff for grooming since she was a puppy. Have never had a better grooming experience with any other shop and now 4 years later Lola is still a happy customer. Highly recommend The Grateful Dog for all your grooming needs!!!!

We moved to the area over 2 years ago, I was so nervous about finding a new groomer. The Grateful Dog was closest to our house and was our first option. We never had to look elsewhere! They are AMAZING! Tracey welcomes our babies with open arms and did an amazing job! We have a high anxiety furbaby, who can be a bit hard to work with, and she always comes out looking like a diva! She's poses the dogs with these cute landscapes that she makes herself, too. I love that they do give backs to local shelters and PPZ as well! Highly recommend them! 💙

Mackenzie is dog aggressive and taking her to a groomer always concerns me. From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely safe and trusted the employees with my dog. She was done extremely quick and smells and feels great! Thank you so much. We will be returning

The entire staff is always so amazing. I have a very aggressive dog but that doesn’t stop the owner from happily cutting his nails or performing any other service I request ! Great place to take your pets:)

I have three dogs that got their nails done. One is a beast but the patience given to her was great. My other 2 dogs were not much of a challenge. I will return because I felt comfortable there so it made my girls more relaxed.

The Grateful Dog is the only salon I take my yorkie, "Mini" for her grooms. Tracey and her staff are professional and caring. My Mini always looks so cute after her day at the spa!!!

They told me they scratched her ear but didn’t show it to me. They cut her ear fold it is deeper then expected. Also it took 3 and half hours to do a groom on my small 11 pound dog that’s been groomed her whole life she’s 11 years old is always perfect for her grooms. Always gets out at hour after not 3 and half hours. She also pooped on herself when she got home , this was the worst visit I will not return.

I called to see if I needed an appointment for a small dog nail clipping. They were polite and said to just bring her in. We walked in and had the job done for $10 and walked out in under 5 minutes.
