I buy my dog food here. I also have my dogs groomed by Greta, (who is awesome by the way) we totally trust her with our babies. The staff is attentive and friendly. The only reason I give 4 stars is the parking lot. Its busy and tight. I also miss the Lanoka harbor location.

Greta does a fantastic job grooming my dog. My dog is very anxious and gets nervous about the groomers but she actually gets excited when she sees Greta!

I've lived in this area for some years now and I forget they were there. But I just got a new kitten and I needed a better place to get pet food then the grocery store. Now I need lots of food and variety for my two cats. This place is great for that! They don't run out of the stuff my cats love the most!

I have been taking my dogs here to get groomed for many months now. The staff is friendly and flexible. We are very pleased with the haircuts. I have never met anyone at this location who did not go out of their way to welcome my pets or to help me with any questions that I had. Great staff. Great store.

I came into the store with a coupon from the back of a shoprite receipt. It was $5 off $35 or more OR $10 off $60 or more. After scanning all my items I’m told my total is $60.24. when I hand the cashier my coupon and say “I have this coupon” she doesn’t even look at it, and proceeds to type in a number for a coupon code. Then she says my total is $54 and change. I said well I have the $10 off coupon. Then another employee jumps in and says I’m only getting $5 off. I said well my total was over $60. Then I’m told I need to spend 8 more dollars to get $10 off. Because the total she was looking at was AFTER I was given some random discount that wasn’t on my coupon. 10 percent of $60.24 is around $6 so I assume the cashier typed in the 10 percent coupon. If either one of them took the time to look at the coupon I was using, they would have realized they gave me the wrong discount. It’s unfortunate and an innocent mistake but it’s annoying because that extra $5 off helps. I will be taking my business to the lanoka harbor pet supplies plus as they have always been more helpful and consistent.

Ok pet store with lots to choose from. Some of the dog treats, well most of the dog treats like bully sticks are super expensive. The antlers are also pricey. But this is true with all the pet stores. At least here they don't sell hard plastic Frisbees like they do at pet smart. So this is just as good if not better than the big pet stores! Never took the dog here for grooming. But she loves to hang out front trying to hook up with another dog.

Came here today to look for a couple of items for my daughters hermit crab. Did not find anything. A young girl, who is an employee, walked by me and said nothing. No hello can I help you find something..nothing. She looked miserable. Not going back to this store. Rather go to Petsmart or Petco.Also.saw a big guinea pig in a small enclosure. Horrible!!

I don't leave reviews often but absolutely had to today. I shop here for pet supplies often and always in store and have never had a bad experience. The pet supplies perks card has saved me money here and there many times in the year or two I've been coming here. They've been friendly to my very energetic pit that comes in with me occasionally and love to give out little treats to her when they're not busy. Today I'm leaving my review specifically to mention an employee there named Anna. I am not feeling well and did not want to go in store as a precautionary step but was down to my last scoop of food for my pup. I tried ordering curbside online but had trouble with the payment being accepted. Anna was the associate who helped me when I called to place the order on the phone and went out of her way to come to my car to grab my payment and then brought the big dog food bag out to my trunk so I wouldn't have to go inside. The team here is always helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this pet store to anybody in the area. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My Minibernedoodle Jetty is 4months old and just had his first grooming appointment at Petsupplies Plus in Bayville. We had a wonderful experience! Our groomer is excellent in every way! She took her time with him and he came out looking and smelling amazing! This is definitely my spot for not only grooming, but for everything for my dog! The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly and the prices are competitive. Especially with sales and coupons! I highly recommend it!

Just moved to Toms River recently and was very happy to see there was a Pet Supplies Plus in Bayville. Such a great store, clean, stocked with the best stuff and the staff is great! Always prefer a PSP over any of the big pet stores. Thrilled too that they carry the food I feed which isn’t always easy to find as well as the frozen raw for my allergy ridden guy.
