this Dollar general store number 12373 is very dirty u boats all over the store with items that should be on the shelfs parts of the floor where its coming apart dirty floors all need a good moping & good sweeping the family dollar right here in bayville that we used to have was so much cleaner

Love dollar general. The store has everything and at a really good price.I do think the clearance prices are higher than the original price.Often, I get pet food on sale at great prices.Saturday is 5 dollar off 25 dollar purchase.I forgot my coupon, so staff gave me one.Very kind.Definitely would go back.

I went here to buy a coffee maker or something to make a coffee. They didn’t have nothing. No coffee machine, not even a tool for making it. I only found a instantaneous coffee ( the one u add hot water that’s it). I ended it up going to Walgreens to get a small coffee machine and I found it. I don’t know why but this store especially this one didn’t have enough stuff. I wasn’t satisfy and everything was all over the place! :(

As far as layout of the store it tends to be a little tight navigating the aisle especially if there is a lot of unkept stock. Probably something Corporate should address. The Employees however are always welcoming, helpful, and make the shopping trip pleasant. The prices are great and there's a great mix of products to choose from.If Corporate addresses the retail space & layout I'd give them 5 Stars.

This store has a little bit of everything at great prices. Can't beat it for seasonal items. I love the friendly and helpful staff. The downside is they are almost always taking down stock and moving it, mainly the seasonal aisle. The aisles on the periphery of the store are almost always the same so you know where to find what you're looking for quickly. All in all it's a great place to run into and any food staples, they have a well stocked dairy too! It's way more than the Quickie Mart!

Dollar General never ceases to amaze me. How they fit so much variety into such a little space. This isn't a place to find produce or health food, but pretty much everything else they do have. It really is a great pitstop if you need something quick and don't want to wait in long lines at a grocery store.

The five stars are given solely due to a fantastic employee!! He has blonde hair & very light skinned. The young man was absolutely fantastic with his customer service skills!!! You don't see that anymore & it was a pleasure to shop there. This man is a model of rectitude! I will return to Dollar General because of this experience alone!!!

I've gone to this store for several years. Today I was really disappointed. The shelves were bare, not even rice. This store seems to always be under stocked, even before COVID. The store was a mess and the floors were filthy! I think I will go to the store further down Rt. 9 from now on.

Dollar General I'm leaving mama's house heading back to my house and I need that milk or the cat snacks or just some little odds and ends they have all kinds of stuff in there and they stay open late and the people are fantastic show you want a good break on money you want to get in and get out. Their Dollar General thumbs up

The store name is somewhat deceiving, there are very few items that cost $1. Chose purchases carefully since many items cost more here than at larger stores like Walmart or Target. Varieties of certain products is limited (like cat or dog foods, or cleaning supplies, for example.). Certain food brands are discounted everyday (like Hostess or Tastykakes.). Most trips I make to DG are simply for convenience because of location and no wait for check out.

Great as a general convenience store. Great selection. The quality isn't bad if you don't mind paying for the convenience. Some stuff is a bit pricey, but let the buyer beware.

Great prices you can get twice as much there as you can in ShopRite for the same price. It doesn't have fresh vegetables or fresh fruit they have both in canned version. Plenty of parking.

Woman here have a real problem dunno g a register. Don't know their inventory and take r5 mins out of your busy life to call other stores even when price is on item. She you succumb to giving up 4x on the item the girl w/ acne and brown hair insists on calling holding ur stuff "captive"....what a nut.....when my husband said put it all back...she claimed out loud she was cursed at and called police!.....I'm an EMT ...SHE NEEDS TO BE TESTED FOR SOMETHING.

I love dollar general the people are very nice you will always find a bargain. Make sure you check out the items that is on sale. Once you get use to how the store is set up you can usually find what you want.

I was a lil surprised that this store doesn't carry ANYTHING for my hair I am an African American woman and I found it disturbing that there is no hair care products for me in this store there are black ppl in the area that frequent and spend money in the store in BayvilleWhy is this???

It's not a dollar store it's a RIP off store bought a Lego set 10$ had no price on it. Went to pay bam 10 bucks people behind me other wise I'd given it back...grandson was with me ODD LOTS bigger sets half the price won't go back to you anymore....

Again,can't go to wrong with a dollar store,especially those of which are "chains",then again I suppose U can go wrong in the employee/staff area & I believe its at this dollar store that has the somewhat rude man that works there!
