I regularly pick up my prescription here and occasionally do some light shopping inside. I've never had a bad experience with the staff, and the pharmacy went out of their way to make sure I got my prescription transferred when I had just moved here.Unlike most other Walgreens I've been to, they seem to be adequately staffed.

GO ELSEWHERE! A couple things:Staff: Pharmacists and staff are ok, the customer service people in the Pharmacy have always been the issue. When Walgreens first bought them, it was awesome.. then something happened. They hired the old people back. Yuck.Stock: They don't have stock. they've been out of very basic meds, its stupid when I can get amoxicillen for my cat, but not my kid. (just one example, they were out of birth control, reflux meds,andmore) Whatever, it was fine, I just went to CVS.. go there.. its busy cuz they don't suck.

The pharmacy has no rules on how to help the customers in line and the person who is behind the counter is very bad on getting customers name and slow at typing the name in the system to lookup for the medications. I am thinking of moving to CVS just because of the poor customer service they provide.

My 3 year old son was waiting in the car for one hour waiting for rapid Covid test! We arrived on time but they just let my son wait, wait and wait! I called the pharmacy and they said wait 10 more minutes, after 10 minutes they said wait another 10 minutes… If they can’t make it, why didn’t tell us at the beginning?! Come on, he is only 3 years old, without food or water (he has to stay in the car for Covid test)!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This pharmacy should just close. They have never filled a single rx in the past two years without issues. Same rx’s, same insurance every month. I live in the neighborhood and have to drive to Bernardsville to have my prescriptions properly filled. They lie constantly. Sometimes I swear I’m on candid camera. I will be moving all my rx’s to CVS.

I want to know what the problem is with the old lady who works at Walgreens located at 544 Allen Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.I went there today and she doesn't say hello, she has no manners in dealing with the customer. Extremely rude. It makes me not want to go there any more. It's not the first time I've had the misfortune to be attended by her. I don't know how the manager allows employees who don't care about customers.

Horrible service at this location. I was trying to return a product. The store manager James refuse to do so and ask me to leave the store. When I try to make my points, he simply ran out of store and disappeared from the site. 😱

Very responsible pharmacist: they followed up my prescription with other stores and transferred my prescription to a store to fill it, instead of just dropping it. I was able to obtain my prescription timely.
