I recently stopped by the 7-Eleven located inside the Exxon gas station on Mountain View Rd in Warren, NJ. It was a convenient pit stop to grab some quick essentials while filling up my gas tank.Here's what I liked:Convenient location: Right off Mountain View Rd, making it easy to access for travelers and locals alike.Wide selection: They offer a good variety of drinks, snacks, and everyday items, perfect for grabbing on the go.Clean and well-maintained: The store was clean and organized, making it easy to find what I needed.

This store is well stocked and generally clean although, the restroom could be a lot cleaner. Many travelers shop here because it’s next to a gas station and right off the highway exit ramp. It is also close to several hotels and large office centers so the parking lot is usually busy. The employees are friendly and keep the checkout lines moving. Please pay attention to your receipt because I have been overcharged a couple of times and needed to get a refund.

Owner could careless. Only ONE coffee left was hazelnut..um no thanks. I couldnt believe there was no coffee. Barely any flavors of cream. All same flavor......never again

Owner Mark is an amazing person who takes pride in the quality of the food and puts a lot of time making the store a destination instead of a convenience store. The bathroom was always clean, the food fresh, and the backrooms were as clean as the store, spotless.

They gave me a bag with 3 taquitos, the bag ripped instantly as soon as I walked out the door and fell on their porch. I went back in to complain about the ripped bag, and why they use those for taquitos, however the cashier ignored me and continued inventory in the aisles.

I was there to pick up my Amazon order from the locker on 11/11/2022 at around 7:35am but they stacked a huge pile of boxes in front of it. When I asked the store staff to move them so I can access to the locker scanner, he asked me to move the boxes myself. When I refused, he replied “Then you can return the order to Amazon. I don’t care.” And while I was moving the boxes, he just stood there and said “See? You are a strong man. You can move them.” We began to argue and he grabbed the collar of my coat. He also threatened to not break any of the things I moved out of the way. I plan on seeking legal actions.

One of the best 7eleven locations i have been to. Every time I do a trip on my way to New York City. I stop here along the way. They have a Lotta good food items to choose from in a very reasonable price and a good selection of food and items store is also very clean and well-kept.

I stop here often on my way from work, and they try their best to trick me into NOT getting their advertised sales. For example, on a fountain soda, they 7-Eleven always scan the iced coffee barcode on the cup. So then I started covering those barcodes with my hand so he HAS to scan the fountain soda one, but he'll finalize the sale before I put my phone number in, preventing me from getting the big gulp promotion. I say something every time, and the guy (always same guy) will literally yell at me, that I'm wrong.And I can go on and on about other things...7-Elevens in the hood have way better customer service and are even cleaner.

Stopped at the store this morning I notice the place was filthy.. Nothing shows me that they are wiping down coffee machines or handles the floors were stained there was bags of chips laying on the ground. This is a new world we live in I work in retail and have to constantly clean my work area and show the public it is safe this place has done nothing to do so.

No soap in bathroom and we were told it was being delivered in the afternoon. I could not get coffee from a place that breaks all health department guidelines. Are the workers making the coffee with dirty hands???

I travel for work, am staying at a hotel close to this 7-11 for two weeks. I am surprised by the personal service I receive. Mark's amazing attitude makes me feel like an appreciated customer, or long lost friend. I can't go anywhere else now. Thanks Mark!

Great 7Eleven! I go there at night before I go to work to get a coffee. Fresh coffee at night. Its only one worker there at night. He works extremely hard. Always in good mood!! Great, Clean 7-Eleven

Well stocked with a great selection of things. Dirty surfaces and restroom. Attendant was purposely ignoring customers waiting to pay. Otherwise, it was fine. It does it's job.

I'm a regular at this 7 eleven and the owner is a awesome guy . Even when their are long lines, you still get out of there quickly . Your customer service is greatly appreciated .

This 7 eleven doesn't honor the 7eleven app promotions. Tried to use my points to get the slurpy I earned. He took my points but didn't give me the free slurpy, he put up a fit and still charged me for it. Uninstalled the app because it's a waste of time

7-Eleven is located on Liberty Corner Road in Bernards I notice that there are a lot of 1 Star reviews which is weird maybe because all the snobs in this area are not use to convenience stores anyways the store was very clean with a great new vibe the selection was good the service was decent and the prices are expensive

They don't have anything in the food part and the cashier took a long time to collect since he was on his phone and he didn't care that he was at the register waiting to be served
