I would have given them a 0 but is not allowed.Our experience with this Marina is the worst and the most unprofessional. I don’t know if the owners are aware since I don’t know who owns it, but maybe they should read this review.After being there for the previous year we decided to stay for the 2020 season and paid cash in full back on November 2019. Since the Covid-19 started back in March I asked this guy the manager to please applied that payment for the 2021 season because we decided not to put the boat in the water because my mom lives with us and she is 82 years old and we were afraid. Instead of saying no right away and keep the $500 for deposit and give us the rest of our money, he kept giving me the run around so I though they were going to agree and I stop calling him and when I wrote to him this week he rudely answered no and never texted me back. Today my husband went to get his marine box with a friend and our spot has being rented already without the season being over yet. So please if you decide to go there do not pay the full amount till is needed to. DONT TRUST THEM.I will be consulting with my lawyer since although there was a contact I asked them early and there were specific circumstances due to the COVID-19.

Very good for an overnight. Close to restaurants and the Barnegat Light State Park. Easy walking distance.
