Only issue with this Wawa is the people making the food. The amount of times that the orders have come out completely weird has me wondering why I bother going here. If you go here, get your snacks and don't bother ordering anything specific. They'll mess it up.

I drove all the way here to get the beyond meatball sandwich. The place had more people in there than I expected but got everything I needed in a timely manner. The place was clean and put together. This location also has a gas station. They had different choices of the beyond sandwich but only like 1 full vegan choice. You can also customize a sandwich as well. It was pretty good but had a tangy aftertaste from the marinara sauce. The price wasn't too bad either.

Came for the Wawa pizza, the only available one was the personal which I was extremely disappointed with, but I gave it a shot. After bringing the pizza home, it was barely cut and I was unable to tell where the slices where. When I picked up the slice, the cheese just slid right off. I wasn’t expecting much because it’s just Wawa, but this was an extremely disappointing experience.

Terrible service, you order through the application and they don't have it ready. It's happened to me more than three times. During the meal you ask for extra and they don't put it in. In addition, the Internet doesn't work inside the store to open the application. I informed the manager and didn't do anything

Mac and cheese was barely filled up, we would have rather paid for a small. Definitely will be going to the other one even if it’s the only one that’s 24 hours. Plus , the staff members were too busy talking to each other when we were waiting for our order.

Today I was waiting for my breakfast burrito as the 2 female employees and 1 male employee were debating about having multiple sexual partners at the same time and how one of the female employees was caught cheating by her significant other and how he asked to watch as he “pleasured” himself. It was such an entertaining and non disgusting discussion, I only hope they have such enlightening conversations every time they prepare random customers food as they wait and overhear their ever such entertaining conversations.Burrito was dope though.

I normally come to this location to get breakfast, which is good. But today I couldn't deal with the lack of photo signal when come to this location. Everytime it takes a lot longer to use there wawa app and to pay from the app due to signal blockage at this location.

Anytime that I am in New Jersey I make it an absolute point of coming to wawa. I am from New York and unfortunately we do not have the absolute pleasure of having wawa which is very depressing honestly. Ive come to this specific wawa a bunch of times and I like the people who work here and how easy it is for me to get to and from. The place is clean and has enough parking where I have never not been able to go.

I stop here on my way to work everyday. Even at peak hours in the evening I am always welcomed by Tyrese with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. The level of professionalism is always 100. This is in fact a direct reflection of their management. I have watched over the course of time how Lana interacts with her employees and it warms my heart to see the support and positive encouragement she shares continuously with all the staff . Keep up the great work. I love my Avenel Wawa.

I've always had issues with my orders, but nothing bothers me enough to the point of review, so you know I'm fuming. My sandwich cost $7.52. I gave the cashier $8. While I was waiting for my .48, the cashier said "you're good" without giving me a receipt. So I didn't get a receipt or my CHANGE. Okay, yeah, it's only .48, but it's the principal. It's stealing. Who knows how much change she saved that day.

My sandwhich order recently has been wrong I'd say....30% of the time? Wasn't like that before. For years I don't remember it ever being wrong -- staff is nice, store is clean. No other issues but the inconsistency on my order makes me hesitant to go there sometimes.

It's always a gamble with every wawa and unfortunately this place is a miss, I paid for a double meat ham on my Italian and just got a regular and they missed my pickle chips. To pay so much and to get so little is awful, line was huge with only one cashier and minimal workers for the deli. Several other workers wandering around doing meaningless tasks. Skip this wawa and save your money

Should be shut down. The quality of this place dropped significantly since the pandemic. I got disgusting food from there once, a chicken cheesesteak that tasted like something from kitchen nightmares. I made a mistake of ordering there again and now I've got food poisoning I've been in the bathroom for the entire day past 6am.DO NOT BUY FOOD from this place, the food I tasted tasted off and it made me sick. They need to be condemned.

I had very bad experience today at 11.15pm.Manager name is Mike he is the one who rude and did disrespectful behavior to me and he is one who made my drink completely different instead of apologizing to me he is making fun of me with kitchen staff. Specially in kitchen white fat lady did disrespectful behavior in front of customers. I already complained about the manager to customer service hope they take action regarding this behavior. Still I’m not going to let go I took reference number of my complaint and I will keep follow up about my complaint ask that manager have to apologize to me. I wish he loss his job no one need this manager who do not know how to behave with customer. Wawa need to take action about this man name is Mike.

I always have a terrible experience when I go to this location. The staff are rude, specifically Dolores. She hates her job… and the managers have no training. They never smile and are always cranky. I will not be spending any more money at this location.

lazy & had no breakfast or hashbrowns ready in the morning for people on the go. Whats with having all these pumps for gas if you can only use some? Are the workers that lazy they cant walk to the other side to pump gas? Youre creating more problems this way.

Order a sandwich and you’re gonna have to listen to them complain about making it, happens every time, and never fails, Smh. Especially that lady who does overnight.
