I purchased a new above ground pool this year and it was installed approximately 2 weeks ago. From the very first day I went to Jeff’s establishment, The Pool Place, he was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I did not know anything about pools. He walked me through the process, helped me fill out the paperwork for the permit, and even recommended an excellent electrician. Once the pool was installed, Jeff came to inspect the work and taught me everything I need to know about maintaining the pool. I had several questions and had to call him several times for guidance & he was always very responsive/helpful. He is very experienced, honest, and trustworthy. Owner Jeff is as good as it gets. This is the type of business you want to patronage. I thought I reviewed them a couple of years ago but don't see it now. But that's a testament to me continuing to use them years later. If you need an above ground pool or supplies for it, this is where you go, worth the trip for me for sure. I can’t give this place anything less than 5 stars!!! Hands down, the best there is. Awesome customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable in what they do. The owner Jeff is definitely the go to guy as well. When I say that he knows his stuff, he really does. I had a problem with my pool and my filter and Jeff came out and fixed it within minutes. A business is only as good as the staff that’s works there right! Definitely check this place out if you need anything for your pool or even have any questions. Overall this place is amazing and I’m very pleased to do business with them!!!

Jeff gets 5+ stars for his outstanding service and his accommodating ways. He made our pool buying experience an easy one, he went out of his way to help us obtaining our pool permits, recommended the right pool heater to buy, worked with our pool installer and electrician to make it all a pleasant experience. Jeff also kept pool in storage until we were ready for installation and helped me closed it for the winter. I actually recommended Jeff to one our friends already and will continue to do so to anyone for all their pool needs. My wife and I cannot thank Jeff enough for all his help and support through out this process.

Jeff is great! Even with my pool purchase getting pushed back because of issues dealing with covid Jeff was always in communication. Free water testing and tells you how to resolve your water problems right then and there. Would def recommend stopping in if you need anything for your pool.
