The staff is so friendly and handled my little 3 week old kitten Graycie with so much care and gentleness! I’ve had dogs my whole life and she’s my first kitten and they provided me with all the necessary information I needed to care for her properly and I’m very appreciative of them for that!

I can truly say that for the first time visiting the office was a good experience.. The office was clean and the receptionist was very kind and professional.. The doctor and technician was very helpful in explaining everything and gave helpful tips in teaching my baby GiGi… Before going there I looked up reviews and gave them a chance so far I don’t retreat it..

The staff is very friendly. I was running late and Dr Patel waited for me so I wouldn’t miss my appointment for my new kittens. All of the staff treated my pets very sweetly. Dr Patel explains things with lots of detail and makes sure you understand everything.

I was losing confidence until Dr. Ng took care of my cat companion. She listened to me and performed a thorough exam. We tried several medicines. Ultimately, she could not be saved. The entire experience was made easier with a pleasant, efficient staff and the compassion showed by the doctor and her team.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by Kesia during a challenging time for my cat Oscar aka Chuck. They literally saved my dog! After a quick appointment about a minor issue, I placed my dog in my car with my purse and was accidentally locked out. I went back inside trying not to panic as I couldn't get the doors open and it was a 90 degree day. Once the staff knew, they immediately tried to help me get the door open. They were so calm while I was on the verge of panic. As they were trying to get my door open, someone went across the street to the towing company and got someone in what must have been 15-20 minutes (in my head it was an eternity). My dog Josie was very overheated by the time we got her out and they had me bring her back in to help bring her temp back down. What could've been very traumatic for both me and my dog, was saved by the calm quick acting staff and Dr. Dorney. Unfortunately, I don't know everyone's names, but I wanted to say thank you!!I've brought Josie here a few times before all this and have never had any issues or complaints with their services. Everything from booking the appointment to checking out is very efficient. My dog has been seen by both Dr. Dorney and Dr. Patel both of who are very nice and caring Doctors who have helped resolve my dogs ailments. Even the vet techs that assist with the appointments are very gentle and kind with my very timid dog. I have since moved out of the area, but will continue to make the drive here because of the wonderful care my dog gets. I can't thank them enough!

The staff here are great. We have been able to make same or next day appointments when necessary when other places are booked for weeks. Dr. Dorney is knowledgeable, professional, and very kind- you can tell she loves what she does and is great with your pet. Same with the techs and front desk staff, we have had all good experiences here. And when we had to unfortunately help our cat pass, they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this vet practice!

They always take excellent care of my little shih tsu. He gets anxious and they calm him down by being so caring and warm towards him. The doctor was patient and kind and listened to all my concerns and provided me with all the information I needed to make informed decisions regarding his health care. Dr. Patel and the Technicians were fantastic with my cat. My initial visit was for a concern about her tooth. They got me in quickly and were very helpful. I will be back for her dental cleaning as well and bringing my other cat in as well.

They truly care to get your animal back to as good of health is possible. They put your pet first,& never excuses. They ask many questions of there health history, don't do unnecessary expensive tests, offer different options. Every staff member and Veterinarian explains everything step by step. If I'm ever in a situation where someone's animal is ill. In a second they will always be my first choice!!!🐾🐾

I love this place so much! Both Dr. Dorney and Dr. Patel have taken excellent care of my cats and have kept them very healthy and happy whenever they were unwell. They are very thorough and professional with their examinations and I can tell they truly care for my pets. This place is the e worse all they care about is the money. I bought my dog there for shots and arthritis and they did blood work told me all good for blood work at another vet two months later and they told me cushings disease
