I had a custom aluminum fence installed around the front and side of my home. Very easy working with sales and finance. The product quality is outstanding installation was professional and extraordinarily exacting. The finished product was beautiful. The added value to my home is 5 times the cost. I ordered my fence through Judith today. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my order! She even gave me recommendations on different gate latches that they offer that I didn't know was an option. She triple checked my order and made sure it was all correct. In service they are lousy at least in the home part, I placed an order on May 19 they told me that they delivered in 2 weeks when I went to pick up two weeks later they only delivered one piece when I got home that they The person who picked up realized he went back, they told him that they had made a mistake and to apologize and instead of compensating me trying to deliver me as soon as possible, it took two more weeks and on June 16 when the person who is going to install I went to pick it up, they told him that they had to present the original invoice, I spoke to him on the phone and asked him to please give him the receipt that he had brought and they did not want to, they forgot that they were the ones who failed when they had to deliver, super irresponsible I I had an inspection and due to their irresponsibility I could not pass my inspection. I think I would never buy there, much less recommend them. I gave it one star and that's too much, they are lousy in serviceService: Custom fabrication

I had this company install a gate at my house over two years ago. I had trouble with the gate opening system for the first four months, which finally got resolved. Two years later it has stopped working again and I have been going back-and-forth for over three months with this company and still no one has address this problem. National Fence is great company with great quality! Nick was very professional , responsive and up front about the project. The day of my estimate he made some time and write my brother an estimate. I had an issue with the town so I had to make some changes. I called Nick up told me not to worry and came out a second time to write another estimate. I got a called to confirm my appointment and the guys were there on time. I don't remember the workers names but they were very professional and polite. Ran into a possible issue called Nick and worked everything out in a timely matter! the installation was very well done, my backyard looks beautiful! I highly recommend Nick and National Fence! They were professional and always asked questions during the installation process to ensure that I both understood what they were doing and if I approved to any decisions they had to make during the installation. Furthermore, they always called at least one day before to tell us when they were coming and at what time. My sales representative Mike was super responsive and helpful. He is the nicest staff member there. The secretaries are a little rude but Mike is amazing. The service, quality and professionalism they have as a company is amazing. They completed the fencing around my house and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they completed. I strongly recommend if you are looking to a get a fence done to speak with Mike. He is very informative, timely and accommodating. The pricing is very fair, honestly worth every penny. They do all the work and provide the materials in the cost which is more than reasonable. Soo happy with my fence, my house looks different.

The salesman was at my house with in a few days of calling, we walked the job down and he took detailed notes. Now, it did take about 2 months before they could get to my fence but when they did come they knocked it out of the park. I had an old existing fence (~220) that had to go and then the installation was (~260) of new vinyl fence. The yard is flat so no issues there. They arrive at 7:45 am with 2 trucks and 7 guys. By 9 am the old fence was down including existing post and already transported off the property. By 2:45 they were done cleaned up and ready to go. They installed a double gate in concrete and they cut holes in the concrete and didn't use those metal brackets to hold the post. The fence line is perfect, straight as can be. The gate is perfect, the job was perfect, the clean up was perfect, it was just perfect. I highly, highly, highly, recommend this company.Service: Vinyl fence installation

Dan from National Fence is a true professional. We were extremely particular about the fence height, type and overall layout so he came out personally and gave us his recommendation – which was different than mine. The absolute best decision I made for my home was going with my gut and trusting Dan’s advice and we could not be happier with the turnout. We have friends that have used National Fence and their quality is unmatched (and Hurricane proof). The installation was not rushed and the foreman was experienced and professional. The work and cleanup was done perfectly and professionally and all of my high expectations were exceeded. If anyone is looking for a fence installation – do yourself a huge favor and speak with Dan. We’ve researched and spoken with many companies and he is “hands down” the best!!

I really do not know how to rate. I called this company to get a quote. Was ask if I was a home owner or contractor. As I was being transfer they hang up on me. The second I called, I said I'm a homeowner, do you serve homeowner or do I have to be a contractor. His reply we do have different departments but this person would be able to help you. He transfer me over and the line went dead. Well, I said the third time is the charm. I called back however this time I specifically asked for the person who handles homeowners estimates. My luck mailbox is full can't leave message and the machine automatically hang up. Not sure if is a sign or not but I will not bother to call again.

Very easy to work with. Dan (salesman) was very accommodating and gave initial phone quote and then he came out to walk property, give his ideas, and give me final estimate. I had gotten multiple quotes and theirs was lower and a better fence in one section. Showed up on the day they were supposed to. Commute incanted well by phone when people would arrive. Ivan (foreman) and his associate worked hard. They also were good at working with me to understand the layout, ensuring we were within property line, and getting the best look. Fence looks great. Multiple complements. They made a custom size gate since I had an odd size opening.Someone else recommended them to me after she had work done. Very little clean up for me when they finished. Dan was available when I was uncertain and wanted to double check something. You are going right to the source for the fencing and knocking out middleman markup. Thanks Guys!,

National Fence System deserves a 6th star.What a great company to do business with. My only regret was wasting my own time when I called Lowes first and got a ridiculously high quote. I definitely should of done more research... I am more than happy and satisfied doing business with this company. Dan from National Fence System was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to work with me to get me exactly what I wanted and offered great advice/options. The office staff made it a point to kept me informed regarding scheduling and the laborers who installed the fence worked extremely hard and qucik. They went above and beyond doing some light pruning and removed the existing posts/fence. They were extremely clean in their process and left my yard looking better than it did before. When the job was completed they took me around to show me all they had done and made sure I approved before signing off on their work. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and product at an affordable price.
