I could not love this location anymore. I am an avid lululemon shopper but usually shop online. However, I recently had another baby and wanted to try on some items that would comfortably fit my postpartum body and find clothing that was breastfeeding friendly. From the moment I walked into the store, all the girls were SO helpful. I had my baby with me and they immediately made a space for me to put my baby, they told me to shop around and baby girl was fine! They helped me go through a bunch of clothing, try on different sizes, carried my baby and diaper bag to the dressing room and even offered to help me get everything back to my car after checking out. I left feeling so good and happy with my purchases! I will always shop now at this location vs online or other branches.

4th time at this location and once again had a terrible experience 5 girls working a small store and are on top of you the entire second. . Every time we picked something to look at it an employee standing behind me like we were gonna take it out the door. Trying to tell us what they think we should buy. I am dressed head to toe in Lululemon and don’t appreciate being overwhelmed by the employees. We didn’t buy anything due to the uncomfortable environment. Will not return to this location I’d rather go somewhere where the staff doesn’t make me feel like a criminal.

Alex helped me out yesterday and wow, very professional and helpful. I felt very comfortable and she was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service. She took the time to find pieces that fit my needs. I'll definitely be back!

Amazing store! Above and beyond custom service. Everyone super friendly and helpful and they seem like they all genuinely enjoy working there which isn’t always the case with retail. They went above and beyond to assist me with an exchange and even offered to watch my baby while I tried on different sizes. Very impressed with the level of customer service at Lulu Avalon!

Love The store, the merchandise and the staff. Can't thank you enough for all of your assistance. I went in for a yoga mat and fell in love with a top. When I wanted it in other colors I didn't even have to go back. They took care of everything for me over the phone and had it to my house in a few days.

Took the grandkids shopping. Nice clothing, good service. Experience, especially for kids who may not be careful about what they wear when. We still got them what they wanted. Thank god for the military discount!

Two ladies working this morning were unfriendly, snooty, not helpful…didn’t uphold Lululemons reputable return policy…offered to cut the pants into shorts instead!…one made a gesture to watch my daughter when she was returning a top to the rack she had tried on
